A doctor can been seen frantically running around a room, clearly in a panic. Multiple nurses can be seen in a similar situation as the doctor. In the center of the room lies a mother in pain with a man next to her, holding her had.

"Come one darling push push, I believe in you. Don't worry I'm right here for you."

The man tries his best to comfort her with the doctor being an incompetent fool running around when he would be helping.

(POV the MC)

I feel constricted, like something is super tight around me. I can feel hands pulling on me trying to pull me out of whatever I'm in.

'What!! What's happening? Where am I? Did I die, wait I did die, ohh shoot what's going on'

As I am questioning my situation I can start to see lights and colors all around me. I start to cry as I'm scared as fuck, put into a new environment with scary lights and colors. I scream my little heart out. I feel that im in someone or somethings hands.

"Anata no kodomo ga umaremashita ga, mondai wa nai yōdesu"

(I think they speak Japanese in the one piece world)

I hear some sort of incoherent sounds, it seems to be some language but nothing that I can make sense of. I am then handed to another person who has a pleasant feel to them.

"Watashi no chīsana otokonoko, anata wa totemo kawaīdesu. Watashi wa anata o eien ni taisetsu ni suru tsumoridesu"

The woman says with a smile on her face, looking sweetly at the child in her arms.
