Opening my eyes I found myself in some sort of dark room. This is very strange because I distinctly remember going to sleep in the hospital after I was hit by a truck.

After a few moments of looking around in confusion I was startled by a weird blue window popping up in front of my face. After recovering I read what the window had written on it.

My eyes widened as questions flooded my mind. I had been reincarnated? I died!? And finally I'm in One Piece!? I quickly began to read the rest of the window.

Tapping the gift box the System reacted.
