1 In Naruto World with Perfect Control- Chapter 1

"Huff! Huff! Huff! Huff!" Hiroto was done with the exercise. It has been a few days since he reincarnated in a new world and finally, 10 years later, he had gotten his memories back.

"Haaah! Finally, I am done with today's exercise. Even if I got small cheats in this world, the chakra reserves are still a problem for me."

Before he had reincarnated, he had met with ROB and got a cheat ability from Roulette.

The ability he had gotten is Perfect Energy Control. With this, his chakra control surpassed the level of Tsunade Senju, The Best Medicinal Ninja in the world who had 97% chakra control.

But he was born into a civilian family and his chakra was even less than that of Sakura Haruno.

Because of this, instead of going through the usual training, he decided to go on a different path.

"After the workout, I can feel my chakra increase, albeit it is less. It still feels good to see the progress. After I am done with Meditation, I will start the plan."

Hiroto Shiba went to his garden and started to meditate. No one was in the house as he is an orphan and the house is the only legacy of his parents.

While meditating, Hiroto appeared in his Mindscape and he started to feel light and free.

An hour later, Hiroto woke from the meditation and stretched his body.

"Finally, I will try the plan. I have increased my Chakra reserves by 5% in the past few days but I still don't know if they are enough."

Hirotos plan was to separate Chakra into his components, i.e. Physical Energy and Spiritual Energy. With his Perfect Control, it would be easier for him but he also has to sense the energies. That's why, he had been exercising and meditating the past few days and trying to sense how the energies work.

"I have already sensed them enough and I am confident in it. With Physical Energy, I will try to strengthen my body just like those Body Cultivators I read about in Cultivation Novels. As for Spiritual Energy, I will try to enhance my mind and then see if I can become a Telepath and use Telekinesis."

Hiroto thought of this plan and decided to try it out.

"Either do it or die trying. That was what I read in my past and it feels the same situation. I just hope I won't get any backlash or breaking the laws."

Hiroto closed his eyes and started to think about his Chakra. He felt some heat around his stomach and then, he thought of separating it. At first, nothing happened but then slowly and slowly, the Chakra in his body started to rotate and then two strings appeared from it.

Hiroto could feel the difference between the two strings and the Chakra and he understood what they were.

He started to focus on the strings and started to stretch them. One of them started to move towards his brain and disappear while the other one started to move around his body and it disappeared.

Hiroto had been thinking of what to do with the two energies and with his intent of nourishing his mind and body, the two energies, i.e., Physical and Spiritual Energy started to move.

15 minutes later, his chakra was exhausted and the nourishment stopped. Even though he was exhausted from Chakra, Hiroto could feel the increase in his strength, and his mind was better than before.

If before, he was on the level of one academy student, now, he was on the level of three academy students. It was like having a breakthrough in smaller levels of a Greater Realm.

"Finally, with this, I don't have to worry about my limit. I can become Physically stronger without exercising like Might Guy and I might even be able to get a Divine Sense, or I should say Byakugan's abilities with a strong mind."

As Hiroto murmured, he lay down and let his Chakra replenish. Even if his mind was nourished, he was still feeling exhausted, and slowly and slowly, his eyes closed and he drifted to sleep.

Next Day, Hiroto after a long sleep.

'I really slept for the whole evening and night.'

Hiroto thought as he looked outside and saw it was morning already. After refreshing up, he decided to take a break for a day as he had already solved one of the problems and decided to go to the library for today.

'I should work on a Parallel Thinking skill. With that, I would be able to work all day and not waste the Chakra.'

Hiroto left the house and started to walk toward the Konoha Library. The library had all the resources that were available at the Konoha Academy. This solved his problem about knowledge, albeit it was less, compared to the ones in Clans.

"Good Morning Hiro," The Library girl said to Hiroto as she saw him arriving. He had been going to the library every day and had gotten familiar with him.

"Good Morning, Miri. I will go to my usual place." Hiroto replied in a polite tone and Miri nodded at him.

He went to his usual seat and started to read the books at the place. One thing that he is happy about is that his memory is good and he could remember most things by just reading ones. And now after his mind was nourished, he felt he could everything like a photo.

'Did I unknowingly get Eidetic Memory? Do I save plot armor that would give me extra abilities after my breakthrough? Maybe it's ROB that added it as he felt the cheat wasn't enough. Anyways, if ROB really added, then I am thankful for it.'

The library was mostly empty as it is morning and only a few people were there. Hiroto started to read the books and he focused on the ones related to Chakra and the Three Basic Jutsus. There was also a book related to Basics of Sealing Techniques and he had decided to check it later.
