He looks ahead to where the voice was coming from and he sees a middle-aged woman who was looking beautiful and dressed in office attire, sitting on a chair, there was a table in front of her where various files were there. Overall she was looking like a proper office lady.

'A perfect MILF' he thought while looking at her

"Are you thinking something bad about me?" the lady asked giving him a suspicious look.

"No" he replied with a straight face and asked, "umm where exactly am I, ma'am?"

"Well a short introduction my name is Dinah, and I am one of the overseers of the universe and you are in the afterlife"

"Afterlife?!" he exclaimed, a little bit startled by the answer he got.

"Well in a normal case the soul would have been sent to the reincarnation path where its memory would have been wiped out and sent to be reborn in the same world but in your case, a little mishap has happened"

"Not quite right but still close, you can't choose the world or get any wishes but there's a spinning wheel here which you will spin and it will decide which world you will go to and what ability you'll get, also you can only spin one time so you will get only one ability so everything's up to you or you could say your luck" she said while snapping her fingers and suddenly two spinning wheels appear near him

He slowly approaches the two spinning wheels. He moves towards the first spinning wheel on that a lot of anime worlds, novel worlds, and movie worlds were written like MCU, DC, Naruto, Hellsing Ultimate, The Legendary Mechanic, etc.

While looking at the very big spinning wheel he thought 'So this spin will decide which world will I go, well each of this world is more dangerous than the other one, hope I'll get some good ability or else I will die sooner than I died in my previous life.'

As soon as he touches the spin it starts spinning at a fast speed then slowly the pointer stops at Naruto.

"Oh the Naruto world, a world of love, drama, and killing quite an interesting world" Dinah said while sitting relaxingly on her chair and sipping her coffee

'Well it could have been worse' he shruggingly thought looking at what the pointer was pointing.

'When did she get the coffee' he thought while looking at her

"What, do you want some coffee too?" she offered

"No, I am a tea person"

"Well it's not like you can drink or eat anything in your soul form, anyways spin the other wheel too, let's see what ability you can get" she said with a smirk on her face

'Then why did you even ask in the first place' he thought with an annoying face.

He then looks towards the other wheel there were a lot of different things written on it like Mob Psycho's all abilities, the Omnitrix, Divine Dividing, source of all living matter, Julius Novachrono's magic, etc.

"Ma'am, I have a question about these abilities?"

"Well there are a lot of abilities here that can only be used by magic and there are also some items so how will it work in the Naruto world?"

"You don't have to worry about that as I said you will get one ability then whatever ability or item you get here I will integrate it into your body and adjust it according to your next world where your power will work with chakra, like example if you get the Omnitrix then you could use the power of Omnitrix but it will be your innate ability there won't be any Omnitrix that you will be wearing it on your hand. Also if you are getting the power of any character then you will only get their abilities you won't get their personalities or experience. Do you understand?"
