"Why? Why do you want to support Orochimaru and not Minato?"
"I made a deal with Orochimaru, If I help him become the Hokage, he is gonna help the Uchiha clan."
"And how is he gonna do that?"
"No, more discrimination against the Uchiha, we are going to get the same job like a normal shinobi, expand our clan territory, get more resources." Replied Fugaku.
Yama shook his head. "And you trust that snake? Do you know who else is going to be supporting him? Danzo, Danzo is going to support Orochimaru and do you think Danzo is gonna let you live your life peacefully?
"And do you know why Danzo and Orochimaru are partnering with each other, it's because they are both helping each other perform research on different things such as human experiments, research on Keke Genkai, dojutsu and one of the most important things they research on is the Sharingan."
"What! What proof do you have?"
"I have my ways, I have told you this much I am sure you can do a little digging and find out whether I am telling you the truth or not."
Fugaku was very angry, Sharingan was the pride of the Uchiha clan. He couldn't let the outsiders possess the pride of their clan.
"If what you said is true I am going to kill them but if it isn't and you are lying I won't take too kindly of making a joke about the pride of our clan."
"Don't be dumb, will you even be able to kill them? Even if you fight one of them you might not be able to deal with them forget about both of them and did you forget about Danzo's root."
Fugaku calmed down a bit when he heard Yama's reasoning.
"What do you suggest I do then?"
"First do a little digging and gather some evidence against the two of them. Second, we are going to make Minato the Hokage."
Fugaku didn't seem to like the idea of making Minato the Hokage.
"Fugaku, let go of your pride, I know you and Minato are rivals and you don't want to support him but has he ever done or said something against the Uchiha? The sole reason you don't like him is that he is better than you."
Fugaku didn't know how to respond, everything Yama said was true.
"So, listen to me you are going to support Minato because even if you support Orochimaru he isn't going to win. The third, Jiraiya, the two elders, me, the people of Konoha everyone is going to support Minato. Orochimaru has no chance of winning."
Fugaku thought for a bit and nodded his head. "I guess, that's true."
"So first you are gonna find some evidence against Orochimaru and Danzo. Second, we are going to help Minato become the Hokage. Third, we are going to wait, once the perfect opportunity arrives we are going to eliminate both Danzo and Orochimaru."
Fugaku looked at Yama for a long time. "Fine, I will trust you and do some digging on the two of them."
Yama smiled. "Good and once you find the evidence and you trust me completely, contact me again I will tell you some good news."
Yama left the Uchiha clan territory and headed back home. He entered the house and saw his mother, Pakura, and Friday waiting for him.
"Why are you guys still up? It's already 1 am."
"I was just having a chat with Pakura and the time went by really fast. Anyway, where were you till now?" Luna asked.
"I went to visit uncle Takauji. And speaking about Uncle Takauji, please sign in this scroll mom." Yama took out the scroll and handed it to his mom.
"Mhmm, what is it?" She took the scroll and started reading it.
"What? How did you convince your uncle to make you the new clan head at such young age? Yama doesn't lie to me, did you trick or force your uncle in some way to make you the new clan head?"
"Mom, have a little fate in me, I won't harm my uncle just to become the clan head."
"Then how did you manage to convince him?"
"Just ask him when you meet him tomorrow, I am tired so I am going to sleep. Friday let's go." Yama went towards his room along with Friday.
Luna looked towards Pakura. "Have you started sleeping together with him?"
Pakura turned bright red. "Nowe haven't done anything like that yet."
Luna laughed hearing Pakura's embarrassed voice. "So, you are the shy type. Until you are ready I will prepare a separate room for you."
Pakura nodded still embarrassed. Luna signed the scroll and led Pakura to her temporary room.
A day passed.
Early in the morning Hiruzen, Danzo and the two elders were at the meeting room.
"So, he disobeyed your order and attacked an anbu?" Danzo asked.
"More or less."
"We tolerated him because he is a genius young kid and decided to give him a chance but since he is so arrogant let me take care of him. I will make him loyal and make him join the root one way or the other."
"Looking at his actions that might be the best decision." One of the elders spoke.
"He said he is going to come here today, let's not be too hasty, he has close relation with Jiraiya and Minato if they figure out we did something to him the consequence might be dangerous.
"Not to mention the Inuzuka clan, although the clan is small if we take their genius kid they might cause a big commotion which will affect our relationships with other clans." Hiruzen said.
"Then what do you suggest we do? Watch that arrogant kid dance all over the village and betray it in the end?" Danzo said angrily.
"Let's just watch him for now, he is going to meet me today and based on his actions today we can judge what to do next."
"Fine, this is the last chance I am giving the kid. If he acts up again I am not gonna ask your permission before making my move."
