Bounty

He just laid on the river and started to relax and tried to get his mind off what just happened but he couldn't. He kept thinking about what he just did. The more he thought about it the more flaws he found in himself.

'I feel so dumb. They were just ordinary bandits and I panicked while fighting them, and why did I use Arnament haki on my whole body for no reason and drain both my chakra and stamina.

'And why did I back away after attacking the 1st guy and give them the time to recover, fuck that was terrible, those guys were like bugs compared to me and I was nervous facing them.'

Yama was very dissatisfied with his own performance. He spent a long time in the river and finally relaxed a bit. After washing up and refreshing a bit he went back near the cave to question the last guy.

Soon Yama and Friday reached back to the cave. Yama removed the piece of cloth that was covering the guy's face.

"Please, let me go, don't kill me."

'This is gonna be easy.'

"I won't as long as you answer a few of my questions."

"I will do anything just let me live."

"Sure, 1st tell me a little about your group."

"We are a small bandit group who rob merchants and people who are running away from the land of leaves to the land of fire for protection. We also sometimes sneak into the battlefield after the battle is over and identify the corpse of people who have a bounty on their head and collect the bounty."

"How much money have you collected till now?"

"About 9 million Ryo."

"Good now hand me all that money."

"It's deep inside the cave."

"What, you don't use storage scroll?"

"We are civilians we can't use chakra to store or remove the items from storage scroll."

"Lead the way."

Yama and Friday followed the man inside the cave. The man wasn't lying they soon found 9 million Ryo on the cave floor. Yama quickly placed all the money inside a storage scroll.

"One final question, tell me the location of the black market, I like the idea of becoming a bounty hunter."

The guy explained the location of the black market in a detailed way.

"Good, you have been very helpful to me."

"Ca…can I go now?"

"No no, since you have been so nice to me I will send you off by my own hands."

"Plea.." Before he could even say a full word a kunai pierced his neck and killed him on the spot.

"Friday looks like we are heading to the black market."

Yama didn't want to stay here any longer because the smell of blood would attract a lot of wild animals and as well as shinobis so it was not a safe place to stay.

A day passed and Yama and Friday finally reached the black market. The black market was a dangerous place and Yama didn't want to appear weak and let others see him as prey so he transformed into a big and intimidating guy.

He also activated observation haki, it had already become a habit for him to activate observation haki whenever he was worried or nervous. He told Friday to stay outside and wait for him.

He could sense a lot of chakra signatures inside the building. He entered the building and saw many dangerous-looking people drinking beer and talking with each other.

Just judging by the amount of chakra of the people here the majority of them were high-level chunin and some were jonin. He looked at the counter and saw a skinny-looking guy standing there.

He looked the weakest out of all of them buy Yama could see the amount of chakra everyone has thanks to his observation haki so he could tell that the skinny guy was the strongest out of everyone in this place.

He was most likely an elite Jonin level shinobi and not many people would be able to take him down. Yama slowly walked towards the counter.

The skinny guy asked with a smile. "How can I help you, sir?"

"I want to buy a copy of the bingo book."

The skinny guy took out a copy of the bingo book and handed it to Yama.

"Can you also give me the detailed map of the warzone between Suna and Konoha?"

"This is quite expensive, sir are you sure you want to buy it?"

"How much is it?"

"The bingo book is quite cheap it's only 10 thousand Ryo but the map is 5 million Ryo."

"Yes, I would like to purchase them both."

Yama didn't want to stay in this place more than necessary so he walked out quickly. He met with Friday and went back into the forest to find a place to stay.

The two of them soon found a place to stay. Yama sat down and took out the bingo book and started to look through it.

He could see a lot of people from Konoha on that list. Satutobi Hiruzen -150 million Ryo, Jiraiya -100 million Ryo, Orochimaru- 105 million Ryo, Tsunade- 98 million Ryo, Fugaku Uchiha- 50 million Ryo, Minato Namekaze- 15 million Ryo.

"Damn, Minato is already getting attention from the villages I feel bad for the bounty hunters that go after him. The world will soon realize how dangerous he is once he slaughters Iwa shinobi."

He kept looking through the list and found people from other villages. 3rd Raikage A - 148 million Ryo, Son of 3rd Raikage - 55 million Ryo, Onoki -145 million Ryo. All the Kage had more than 140 million bounties.

He knew he couldn't take anyone with more than 20 million Ryo bounty so he started to look for people who had less than 20 million Ryo bounty.

Sasori- 18 million Ryo.

"Haha, these people are crazy, this fucker is gonna kill the strongest kazekage in history within a few years and his bounty is only 18 million Ryo."

He kept looking and finally found the target he could probably take.

Jo kichiro (Another OC)- 8 million Ryo. :- Target is a chunin of sunagakure age -16, he has shown good potential in medical ninjutsu and concocting poison. Target is proficient in using puppets and poison.
