9 Chapter 9: The Truth(2)

"You see, all these four clans are affiliated to Konoha, three were members while another was an ally, but from the advent of the third Hokage's rule, three of these clans have been exterminated, while the fourth is under suppression, both from within themselves and from outside forces like Konoha elders."

These words were like thunder to the Uchiha brat and all his positive notions regarding the Hokage and Konoha were shattered. He became more thirsty for answers now and the only one who could provide him was sitting right in front of him, the very loser who showed such a mind-blowing change overnight.

"Now you probably could have guessed what I want to say, still I would word it for you. Well, let's start from the very beginning. Konoha was established by the Senju and Uchiha together. But you see, before that, these clans were like mortal enemies. Now both Hashirama and Madara lost their brothers to the conflict and decided to go for peace and .. bam! You got a not-so-hidden, village hidden in the leaves. Still, even after the collaboration of the two clans, Senju Tobirama was not a fan of Uchiha and hated them. It was not that he would go on to kill even the innocent children but still, he hated the Uchihas, thus he created a leaf police force. This gave the Uchiha a false sense of belongingness and a feeling of power, while also working as a check on them. But you see, his brilliant students inherited that hatred but they also got a thirst for power and control. So, when the third Hokage inherited the position of Hokage, he was lost in the bullshit of fire and he and his boyfriend Danzo Shimura hollowed out the village from within.

Now, first comes the Senju and Uzumaki, Uzumaki with their extreme fuinjutsu, although allies were not useful to them anymore so they let them die while taking out a suitable container for the Nine Tails. My mom was that Uzumaki, Kushina Uzumaki. Senju were also repeatedly targeted, their mission details were leaked and they were also forced to take extremely difficult missions. This happened until only one Senju remained. Tsunade Senju. Now Tsunade was a special case, she was a disciple of the Third Hokage and also a Sannin. You can't simply kill her. Also, her medical knowledge was of extreme importance to Konoha. So, to weaken her, they killed her brother and her fiance. And somehow she was late enough to save them which left her with haemophobia.

Then comes another special case of Sakumo Hatake. He was a Kage-level expert who was in the line to become a Hokage. But Hiruzen and Danzo can't let someone not in their control become Hokage, so they sabotage his mission and also make his team members denounce and humiliate him. The funniest thing is that he sacrificed the mission to save those same members who were spouting nonsense about him. Somehow, this mission's information was leaked to the public. But instead of looking more into this matter, Sakumo Hatake, a once-feared warrior, with a Samurai spirit, couldn't take it anymore and ended up taking his own life.

And finally, the Uchiha clan, after the Nine-Tails, when the fourth Hokage sealed the Nine-Tails and died, the whole blame was shifted to the Uchiha clan. You see, there was a Sharingan pattern in the eyes of nine tails. This means a Sharingan was controlling the Nine Tails. This was true but even the Hokage and Danzo knew that it wasn't the Uchiha, or at least those in the village. But it matters the least to them. That guy, Danzo, first leaked the location of Hokage's wife who was giving birth on that day. Since she was giving birth, the seal of nine tails loosened and a masked man attacked them, who by the way goes by the name Obito Uchiha/Tobi/Madara Uchiha. He released the nine tails and using his mangekyo sharingan controlled the nine tails to destroy Konoha. To save Konoha, the fourth Hokage has no other choice but to reseal nine tails, and at the end of the day he chooses his son to seal the nine tails as currently, only he was the best option.

Danzo t..."

This long explanation of Naruto was brought to an end when Sasuke suddenly questioned him.

"Wait a minute, you said only a single Uzumaki was brought here for being the container of Nine tails and you said that Hokage's wife was pregnant due to which the seal was weakened, and nine tails were resealed inside his son. I get that the tailed beast is sealed inside humans, but does that mean Kushina Uzumaki your mom is Hokage's wife and you are the fourth Hokage's son? Is that why you are called Demon Fox, because, well there are nine tails sealed inside you" Sasuke said with a slight surprise in his voice. But there is also a tinge of envy in it. He knew if the Nine-Tails were within him, he could use it to get revenge but what baffled him more was how come the son of the fourth Hokage was treated as some poor civilian and even hated by everyone. Wasn't he supposed to be praised since his parents sacrificed themselves for Konoha, and even he used his own body to seal the nine tails, shouldn't they at most be jealous that the nine tails are not within them? Why the hatred and why is he treated as a poor civilian?

As if sensing exactly what Sasuke was thinking Naruto spoke with a bit of laughter but anyone can point out a hidden sadness. Although this Naruto was not original, still the memories and the feelings were transferred. And both the original Naruto and the current one were orphans and suffered from loneliness all their life.

"Let's assume Sasuke, what if there is a great tool or a child with the greatest potential within him? Now what if he is treated very poorly by everyone around him, he is very poor, nobody loves him, and everybody avoids him like he is some kind of plague but during his darkened life, a light comes and gives him some shelter, a minimum amount of money and a few motivational words. Now that tool or child will believe in that light, he will embrace that light and never let it go."

The language was cryptic but Sasuke understood everything. He remembers Naruto's constant rant about becoming a Hokage but still coming dead last. He remembers him being poor and hated by everyone, but still smiling. This horrified Sasuke now. He was indifferent to everything around him but still, there was a little piece within him that wanted to care. At that point, he felt angry but came to his senses. Hearing Naruto's words he knew things were not simple and he might need an ally and someone with these weird abilities and someone who went through something similar (the whole clan wiped out, betrayed by Konoha), maybe he could find a friend, he might not admit it but deep down, no human wants isolation. Humans are social animals and we thrive together.

"You get it now, do you Sasuke?"

Hearing these words, Sasuke nodded and motioned for Naruto to continue, but this time, his expression was not that of a brooding guy. Although serious but not to the extreme. Seeing this, Naruto internally sighed and continued.

"Danzo continued to target the Uchiha clan from then. But there were two Uchiha who could pose a serious threat to the higher-up's plan regarding the Uchihas, they were Shisui Uchiha and Itachi Uchiha." The atmosphere became tense just at the mention of the last name.
