"What is the source of your information and how much certain are you of this matter? " asked Fugaku. Because he was eager to know about it.

"I can't reveal to you the source but I am 100% sure that Minato will become the next Hokage," said Shikaku.

"So when are you going to meet Minato and how are you going to rope him in, you all know how he admires the Hokage and his goal is also to be a Hokage so he will most likely side with the Sandaiame-sama," said Fugaku.

By implementing this plan the Konoha would have additional barriers and alarms for Konoha and it will be available 24×7, with this Heaven's Net even if Akatsuki members come into the Fire nation they will be immediately detected in the periphery of the nation's borders only and by the time they come inside into the nation an action plan can be produced to counter them and by completely activating this Heaven's net there would be no attacks happening in Konoha opposite to the Naruto were Konoha would get attacked by anyone at any time like for example Kyubi attack on Konoha, Konoha crush by Orochimaru, attack on Konoha by the remainder of the 12 Guardian ninja (Sora, and the fire temple arc), attack on Konoha by the Land of Sky village, and attack of Pain on Konoha (the Almighty Push) if you count like this Konoha suffered so many attacks but it still did not deploy any countermeasure against the sudden attacks.
