Retiring...ish

( A/N Btw pretend cigarettes aren't a thing yet since yk asuma smoked them but idk when they were invented so yh anyways that was kind of a spoiler. Warning this chapter will mainly be talking so uh skip it if you want. I'll write one more chapter just for those who are gonna skip this.)

Rhydian arrived at his room and started writing a list of things to create cigarettes, aslong as the 3rd Hokage likes them then the only thing left would be for the public to see him using them. People would end up getting curious or would want to use the samething as the Hokage which would make them come buy them.

I just need to get the meterials for it...

Rhydian Spent half the day searching for everything he needed and if they weren't there he would go outside to look for it. Since it was pretty sunny he just had to move through shadows using his darkness ability.

It was about 9pm when he finally finished gathering the materials as he started making one of the best cigarettes from earth. ( A/N Idk which is the best since everybody has opinions so ima use the Modelo ones just to use the name. )

Around 11 he had finished creating a pack of them ready for tomorrow, Rhydian remembered many Fanfics and their theories of the 3rd Hokage about how evil he was. He has to keep a good bond with him so he won't end up being merked by Danzo.

( A/N If u need a explanation uh Danzo goes by " I rather kill wrongly than take any risks " So he would be like " He might be a traitor " and then go kill him. )

Since he finished he went to sleep...

Waking up he went straight to the Hokage building and asked for a uh (A/N Meeting? A talk? idk what you call it. My iq is really showing to be 0 sigh )

After a while he was finally called as he arrived at a door,

* Knock Knock *

" Come in " He heard Minatos voice.

* Creak *

Rhydian went inside and saw Minato and hiruzen, hiruzen was sitting in a chair a little away since he gave tips to Minato.

" What are you here for? Rhydian? " Minato asked.

" Im here to ask if i can retire from the anbu work. " Rhydian said shocking both.

" Why? " Hiruzen asked.

" Though i've gotten a lot of experience during the ninetails attack i almost died. And it showed me a lot i still haven't experience, seeing both parents crying for their children and children crying for their parents. Though im retiring from anbu i will still be a shinobi and do missions. I want to start a family if i can and experience life a little more. " Rhydian explained while showing no emotion in his eyes.

' This is unexpected ' Minato and Hiruzen thought.

" Will you still reply to my call if i ask for you? Or will you not take anymore risky jobs? " Hiruzen asked.

" You are still my Hokage and the person that gave me a job, i will always answer your call. But i have a condition. " Rhydian said.

" A condition" Hiruzen asked.

" Yes, i want the opportunity to chose if i will take this job or not." Rhydian said.

" Sigh, i will let you retire. If you ever do start a family let me know so i can go to your wedding. " Hiruzen said with a warm smile.

' This is easier than i expected. Maybe the Hokage was just too kind hearted? ' Rhydian thought.

" Also, i will start a company. " Rhydian said reaching into his ninja pouch making Minato and Hiruzen put their guard up a little. But he ended up just taking out a white box with the name " Modelo " which let them ease up.

" These are called cigarettes. I created them. Would you like to try one? " Rhydian said putting one in his mouth and lighting it up.

Hitting it and letting out the smoke rose the interest of Hiruzen since it worked kind of the same as his pipe. But it was so small it shouldn't be able to match up to it.

" I'll try one. " Hiruzen said which Rhydian tossed him the pack.

" They're for you. If you can do me a favor smoke one in public. Thank you for your time Hokages. Goodbye. " Rhydian bowed and left.

Leaving he ended up making eye contact with Danzo who was outside as he had an angry face.

Hiruzen took a hit of the cigarette and released the smoke and automatically got addicted to it.

" This is good. You think if i do his favor i'll get more? " Hiruzen asked Minato.

* BAM *

Danzo kicked the door open with anger shown in his face.

" You let him retire?! Why would you do that? To experience life? To start a family? Anbu don't have emotions they shouldn't care about any of that! " Danzo shouted pissing off both Hiruzen and Minato as they both released pressure making Danzo shut up.

" Even if he doesn't have emotions right now, he is still human and could always develop them back. Im warning you Danzo, if you even touch him not only will you lose your authority but you will also lose root. " Hiruzen said as he gave a quick look at Minato to which he nodded.

" Tch! " Danzo left just as he came in...Angry and throwing a tantrum.

" Im sorry Minato. I know you are the Hokage now. " Hiruzen apologized.

" it's okay. Plus i was thinking the same as you. After all he did save my family. " Minato said with a smile.

While this happened Rhydian searched for a good building of sorts to start his business, it doesn't even have to be big.since all he would be selling is pack of cigarettes. After a while he finally found a small house looking thing and surprisingly it was next to Ichiraku ramen.

'Does luck and love god still affect me even though i didn't choose them? '

{ Yes, they've seen you live your life. They knew they wouldn't be chosen by you so they weren't offended. }

' That's convenient ' Rhydian thought as he walked to the Ramen place.

Walking inside he saw the only and only sage of the six bowls teuchi.

Rhydian ordered some food and talked with teuchi about how he's gonna be opening up a business next to him so he wanted to get along with his neighbor.
