its a great idea, but there are multiple times where the author states things then doesnt implement them. likewise the world building (while nice) seems a tad forced. things going for it are its decent usage of the English language, meaning its coherent. otherwise its as good as most naruto fanfics (just more confusing from its weird first couple chapters)

writing quality is good story development until now i'm liking character design it's naruto so... mc personality is good updating for now it's regular background is good too but just WHY NOT HINATA !!!! WHY NOT SAVE HER !!! thats the only reason for why i would drop but i will keep reading to see where you are going with it
