14.Naruto & Karin

Naruto was sneaking around the hot spring village using Kagura's mind eye. After a while, he sensed four Ninjas entering the village. One had Jonin level chakra and the three had chunin level chakra. Sensing this, he became exited and slowly hiding his presence, he moved on rooftops until he spotted the group. There were three adult ninjas and a young girl similar to his age with dazzling red hair wearing glasses and all of them had grass ninja head protectors. Seeing this scene, he immediately knew that they were grass ninja and he was also able to recognise the little girl as Uzumaki Karin.

Then confirming the targets, he took out some senbones and aimed. At this time, he released some chakra and killing intent. Thus was sensed by the little girl, but he was faster as he muttered "More More speed strength 25 times" and threw a senbone which pierced the Jonin on the head and he died the same way the root Anbu dies without knowing what hit them. At the speed of 25 times chunin level, only Elite Jonin and above ninjas can react. And with the strength of 25 times chunin, only Low Kage level ninjas and above can block the sneak attack. So basically, even if they could avoid a fatal blow, the Elite Jonin ninjas will also be injured if Naruto used a sneak attack.

After Naruto disposed of the Jonin in the team, he muttered "More More speed 20" and appeared behind the two chunin and knocked them out simultaneously. They didn't even know what hit them. Then ignoring Karin, he started searching the body of the Jonin in hopes of finding something valuable. He didn't bother about Karin as he knew she wouldn't be a threat and also that she was basically a non ninja as well, but had chunin level chakra because she was an Uzumaki. He also knew her story and left her out without killing her due to some feeling of pity that he might have had somewhere hiding in his heart.

After searching for a while, he found a storage scroll and some Kunai and also some other scrolls on the Jonin. He then pulled the two chunin and started moving ignoring the stunned Karin. As he moved some distance pulling the two chunin ninjas, Karin rushed towards him taking out a Kunai. Seeing this scene, Naruto dropped the hold on the unconscious chunin and looked at her. The small ounce of pity he had instantly vanished and he was ready to put her down. At this time, she spoke trembling "Who are you? What are you going to do with them? Which village are you from?"

Naruto hearing her speak, sighed and said "Who am I and what I do is no concern of yours. I'm not affiliated with any village as of now. Just be grateful that I showed some pity on you by not killing you and get lost. If you are brave enough to point that Kunai at me again, I won't show mercy". He released a little bit of killing intent which made Karin sweat and dropped the Kunai down and kneel in front of him. Seeing this, He retracted his killling intent and grabbed the chunins and prepared to move.

But at this time, he heard Karin call out to him "Wait" she yelled. Turning back, he saw Karin kneeling down stretching her hands out and trying to get up. Naruto took out a senbone and looking at her asked "What do you want? Do you also want to die?" To which Karin stuttered, but replied "P-pl-Please take me with you." Naruto was surprised by this and asked "Why would I do that?" She replied "I can do all kinds of work. I can be a maid." Naruto stared at her "Why would you want to follow me? I killed your comrades."

Hearing this, she replied "Yes, but I was only like a tool for them and if I go back to the village and report that the ninjas are dead, they will definitely kill me. So I will follow you if I can live. I can cook and do all kind of chores. I'll be your maid or a servant. Please take me with you". Naruto thought for an instant 'Having a personal maid might be good and I can concentrate on training while she does all the other stuffs' but shook his head immediately getting out of his thoughts and said "I'm in no need of a maid or a servant. I've shown mercy by letting you live. So take it and get lost" then he started moving again.

Seeing this, Karin gritted her teeth and shouted "Wait!! I-I have a special physique which can heal others who are injured by them biting my hand and that is why I was used as a tool by those ninjas. I'll be useful to you in healing you if you are injured. Pls don't leave me here." Listening to this Naruto stopped and sighed "Allright. Follow me and don't ask any questions." He knew Karin's story and all the suffering she had undergone. He also knew that if he didn't interfere, she would suffer more finally being a test subject of Orochimaru. So he accepted getting a maid. He can also train her a little and use her in the future.

Hearing Naruto telling her to follow him, she let out a breath of relief and started following him. After walking for some time, Naruto went to an alley and dropped the unconscious chunins inside the teleportation seal and said to Karin "Come and stand beside them". Hearing him, she obediently did as he said and stood inside the seal. Then Naruto did some handsigns and slammed the ground teleporting all of them to the Uzumaki ruins successfully. As the scenery suddenly changed, Karin witnessed broken buildings and wanted to ask many questions to Naruto, but she remembered Naruto telling her not to ask him any questions. So she kept quiet and followed him as he made his way inside the Uzumaki temple.
