"Great. Then who comes next" I turned towards the other and asked.
Everyone looked at each other.
Guess they too felt that Haki.
"I will go next," Asuma said and came out.
"Hmm, so you are testing my Kenjutsu Asuma Sensei."
"Not only me but Yugao here will also help me" Asuma pointed towards a woman hiding in the trees nearby.
She had purple hair and when I first saw her, I already knew who she was.
"Okay then come on" I wave my hands as if asking them to attack me.
Asuma did not waste any time and directly took out his pair of special hand blades and attacked Kirito.
Yugao was just observing from the sideline. While Asuma was testing Kirito's fight with Kunai and short blades. Yugao was here to see how good Kirito was in the swordplay.
As the kunai of Kirito and Asuma collided multiple sparks rang in the area.
The speed was really insane.
Asuma who primarily fights with his Chakra Blades blades was pretty confident in his his mastery of his close combat power but now he was getting overwhelmed.
"Yup, this kid is surely Fourth Son alright. This speed is insane" Asuma immediately after the first interception was met by relentless fast attacks from Kirito.
In the side where everyone was watching the fight narrowed their eyes. Having trouble understanding the close-range fight at this speed.
"What do you think guy sensei? Who is winning" Tenten could not help but ask after not understanding what exactly was happening in the fight. To her, it looked like both of the fighters were swinging hands at each other like kids do in a fight.
"Focus Tenten, you will realize that Kirito is overwhelming Asuma. Just see the speed he is moving. Is astronomical that a human can be so fast." Neji and and Lee nodded.
"Yes, Neji. In fact, without opening an inner gate, achieving this kind of speed is impossible, even for me." Guy said.
"And it's not just speed which can be achieved by a technique like Flying Thunder God. This is Kirito's own speed. I am sure that Kirito Kun has worked really hard to achieve this speed." Lee shouted.
"Yes Lee, We can't let others surpass us, Lee. It's time for us to burn the passion and let the Youth guide us.
I will do 1000 laps around the village after this test is over." Guys said.
"Gosh, I will do it too Guy Sensei" Lee chimed in.
Both Tenten and Neji rolled their eyes.
"Tch I can be faster." A green hair man with more than one sword on his waist said.
But seeing the fight between Asuma and Kirito. Plus the impressive illusion of sunset cast by both Guy and Lee. No one gave any attention to this unknown swordsman.
The swordsman was about to say something but suddenly he realised that the art style was strange here and his eyes twitched.
"Shit this is not sea." And after saying he ran off.
Kirito at this time suddenly felt a little weird and he looked around. Not finding anyone suspicious he looked back at Asuma and said.
"I guess this much is enough Asuma Sensei. No need to increase the intensity any further I suppose".
Asuma also nodded his head and back off. Putting his beloved knife back in his pocket. Asuma said.
"You got this one Kid. Just make sure that you only focus on speed and also put power behind your strikes. Many of you were shallow" Asuma said, took out a cigarette, annoying Kurenai meanwhile, and went back to his position.
"Well, that should do for the test. So from now on, everything I do will be more like checking out what I am capable of than actually testing me for Jonin." the words Kirito said were pretty normal but inevitably people around him had a bad feeling about this.
"Who is coming next" Kirito asked.
Yugao was about to jump back as it was pretty normal the the Kenjutsu test will go on but then suddenly the sound of a youthful man came.
"Gosh, I can't wait for this fight. I will be testing out you next Kirito Kun" Guy shouted and entered the fighting ring.
Seeing this Yugao stopped and Kirito also got a little excited.
"Hand-to-hand fighting huh? It has been a while since I really considered it"
Kirito recalled the last time he fought hand-to-hand. Although he fights in close combat he always uses his powers like Haki or other tricks. He doesn't remember doing a pure Taijutsu fight.
"Alright Guy Sensei. Bring it on" Kirito motioned with his hand towards Guy.
"Haha here I come" guy shouted and instantly rushed towards Kirito.
He was pretty impressed with Kirito's speed so far.
"Dynamic entry" Guy shouted and delivered a strong kick aiming for Kirito's chest.
Kirito was quick to dodge the attack and then next he went for a punch while Guy was still in motion.
Guy however being a close combat Taijutsu expert had insane knowledge and experience. He just twisted his body and avoided the punch.
Kirito punch was normal. He was not using Haki or infusing his chakra in that punch so he was surprised that Guy dodged it but still admired Guy after seeing how quick and decisive Guy was in the battle.
"This being a pure Taijutsu battle, I will not use any other technique of mine. Bring it on guy sensei. Let me see how powerful is your Taijutsu."
"Gosh, this is youth Kirito Kun. Come on let our youth shine".
Guy looked more and more energetic about this fight and this drew a little chuckle from Kirito.
"Yup, some characters are just like in the anime. Like Naruto, Guy and Lee are also knuckle-headed Ninja with insane persistence and strong Nindo".
Kirito now was looking forward to seeing how he could stand against a Taujutsu expert in a pure Taijutsu fight.
Guy instantly closes the distance and jabs Kirito with powerful punches and kicks.
Kirito was naturally fast enough to handle Guy's speeds.
Suddenly a pure Taijutsu fight broke out.
"Damn it" Kirito shouted as he got punched in the stomach. He retored back the went for a kick but Guys already saw the kick coming and dodged, then he went for a kick of his own.
Kirito dodged the kick with pure speed but the next instant his eyes widened as a punch directly appeared in front of his eyes.
"Shit" Kirito only muttered and then he was punched back.
It was painful but Kirito stabilised himself and looked towards Guy who almost disappeared from his place if Kirito did not know any better then he would have thought that Guy too knew a teleportation technique.
"No, that pure speed" Kirito knew better.
In the pursuit of not using any puff and only doing Taujutsu fight. Kirito was not even using Hyperfocus.
Before he think anything more a punch came targeting his face once, again.
"Damn it, guess I am a little too depended on my buffs".
He wanted to use his other techniques but he put down that thought.
"No, don't.
This is a loophole in my fighting style and strength. Need to rectify this while I have time. Just like those arrogant Uchihas, I am also getting a little too dependent on my buffs. Especially Haki and Hyperspeed." Kirito gritted his teeth and subdued the desire to use any of his buffs.
"Come on Kirito Kun. You are not focusing on the fight" Guy said and another kick was aimed at his face.
"Oi, what the hell.
What problem do you have with my face? Give it a break. Target other parts of my body as well" Kirito wanted to shout.
