Chapter 142 : What Comes Next 2 (Rewrite)

The situation was grim and the atmosphere was heavy. Sarutobi Hiruzen just call for all the elders, especially those who already know the reality of the Whirpool Invasion.

He let Sakumo explain everything to others. That includes how the Uzumaki people won the battle. How big of an army they win up against? The dead of Raikage and who killed him exactly.

"That child, no wonder he dared to talk to us like that in the last meeting. He is capable of killing the Third Raikage." Hamura said.

"Are you sure that he can use the flying thunder god technique?" Koharu asked.

Konoha did not even know right now because this information was only known to those shinobi who survived Kirito's clones using Hiraishin in the last attack, that Kirito killed almost 7000 people on his own.

This information is something that the other villagers will get before Konoha as those villagers' shinobi were in the fight.

But here is another very interesting fact that not many people will realize. Kirito defeated Raikage after he fought and killed almost seven thousand shinobi early that morning.

"Could it be that Mito Sama gave lord third jutsus to him" suggested Sakumo. He knew that Kirito spent some time with Mito Uzumaki before leaving Konoha when he came last time.

"No that is not possible. There is no way that he can learn this jutsu this fast" Hiruzen reasoned.

"We can't have him grow up. He will be a huge problem if he is given more time to get stronger and reach his true potential." Danzo said.

"Yes, but that is not important right now danzo" Hiruzen interrupted.

Hiruzen looked towards all the elders around him and said. " The real important thing right now is that we have to decide what to do with the Uzumaki clan.

"What are you thinking, We did not help them in this invasion and now I don't think that they will keep the alliance with us or they will provide a new Jinchuriki for us," Danzo said.

"Yes, I am well aware of that," Hiruzen said.

"Sakumo is there anything else that you can tell us about this war or that Blond Kid" Hiruzen asked.

"Hmm, there is not much information but when it comes to Kirito Namikaze, then I might have something. I am not sure actually whether this was his doing but in the middle of the fight, he ended up bursting out with a powerful pressure which totally suppressed all the shinobi around him.

I am not sure because I was very far away from the fight but even I and my team were able to feel a terrible corrosion from him." Sakumo said.

What he was talking about was Conqueror's Haki but he could not tell exactly because of how unstable Kirito's haki was at that time. This is because it was his first time using it in his anger.

"We need Mito Sama's help here. If it's her then the Uzumaki people will listen to her" Koharu said.

"Yes but are you sure that Mito Sama will help us after Konoha did not send reinforcement to the Whirlpool even after they repeatedly asked us?" Hiruzen asked himself.

" We will do that but currently we need to connect with the Uzumaki before anything. If Konoha do not even send their response about this invasion then there is no way that those Uzumaki people think that we are honest. about our alliance." Hiruzens said to everyone and others also nodded.

"What are you going write to them and who is going to deliver the letter," Danzo asked.

"I will not write, It has to be a letter from Mito Sama and when it comes to who will deliver the letter then I guess Jiraiya is the best person.

Out of all the capable people who can represent Konoha right now, Jiraiya is the only social enough to not directly enrage those Uzumaki even more." Hiruzen said and others also nodded although with a little sweat drop thinking how Jiraiya usually make friends.

What followed was Hokage and Danzo going to the Senju clan. Their intention was of course to request Mito to convince the Uzumaki clan for them.

Although Mito did not want to do that in the end, she knew that this would create more problems for Konoha and finally agreed.

Soon Jiraiya was also called back in the village and the letter was handed to him.

It took only 10 days for Sakumo to explain what happened in the war to Jiraiya taking the letter and coming to the Uzumaki clan.

This was also the exact time the Uzumaki clan was about to hold their meeting to discuss what to do with Konoha, after repairing the village and handling everything else.

What about Kirito though? Well, he shut himself inside his house and dedicated all his time to researching. He did not even give any help in repairs in the village after considering that he was the person who destroyed the entrance section in the first place.

But no one was able to tell him anything because he is also the person because of whom all those Uzumaki complainers are alive.

The only other thing that Kirito was doing besides his research about this time travel mishap was training in swordsmanship and Haki.

"Clan leader, some shinobi from Konoha are here." said an Uzumaki shinobi to Ashina.

"Damn, I knew that they will act first like this. Quickly call all the elders here. I am immediately taking a higher-up meeting and also bringing that brat here.

If he does not come then drag him to come here" Ashina shouted.

Because of the slow repairs going on, he had to postpone the meeting about the war and Konoha. Not to mention, Kirito was giving him a headache right now. He was not even coming out from his place. Only researching ancient seals and training from time to time.

Ashina could not care about some sort not brat but Kirito is different. Not only does he know critical information about the future but he is practically irreplaceable because of his individual strength

"Ashina sama, I don't think that I can drag Kirito Sama even If I took an entire team to catch him." Said the Uzumaki shinobi with a wary smile.
