137 Chapter 137 : A Conqueror Among Sages (Rewrite)

Raikage even being injured and almost lost his left arm. Was more than a match for Ashina. But he did not go forward to Kill Ashina. After fighting him, he was sure that Ashina was the easier target here. He needs to kill Kirito first.

He once again raised his hand towards Kirito's back who was right now looking towards the ground.

Both Ashina and the no-name girl saw Raikage coming towards Kirito. They were horrified. Kirito was not moving at all. He was out of chakra long ago and now did not have any way to save himself.

Raikage with lightning speed came close to Kirito. His fingers coated lightning.

"I told you, I will kill you today no matter the case. Even if it had cost me my arm, I will do it" Raikage said the moment he arrived near Kirito.

He was about to pierce Kirito with his attack but at this time, his attack suddenly stopped.

Raikage at first did not even understand what happened. This was the first time his attack was stopped midway.

"What, what happened," Raikage thought to himself. Ashina and his granddaughter also were stunned.

Raikage quickly looked towards his own remaining arm. There he saw a smaller black hand holding his strongest spear.

"What impossible" Raikage shouted.

This was none other than Kirito's hand. And it was black. To those people who know Kirito would say that it is his steel release but that was not the case.

It was him mistaking that it was steel release. It was haki.

Raikage also looked towards Kirito when he finally faced him. But immediately he regretted it.

Kirito's eyes were not his usual blue. They were red. Not Sharingan red but rather glowing red. Slowly the colour around Raikage and other people started to face.

In everyone's eyes, the world started to turn black and white. There were flashes of red all around.

And then it happened. A terrible energy which brought fear and complete demise in the hearts of people rose. The entire earth was Shaking and shattering.

Kilometres away, the ocean waves started to rise higher and higher when came in contact with this terrible power.

The entire army and Uzu force halted their movement. Like they were shackled by iron, they could not move.

Those of the weaker will already lose their consciousness. Only those who have a strong will and spiritual power were able to stay conscious. There were not many of them.

"This is Haki, this is the last and the rarest kind of haki" Kirito said.

Raikage at this time was close to Kirito and he was feeling the upcoming dread. His body started to lose power. His mind was giving up. His intense fire-like fighting will be collapsing at this time.

Ashina was bearly holding onto his consciousness while his granddaughter had already fallen.
