Chapter 120 : Shocking Reveal (Rewrite)

"I am the best." Kirito had a smirk smile on his face.

She looked at him with wide eyes and only asked in a shaky voice.

"How".

By the looks of it, even Kashin and others also wanted to learn the same.

"I might tell you if you tell me your name, MS No Name" Kirito teased. There was a victorious smirk on his face.

The girl just huffs and although annoying as she is. She looked cute even in this.

"Kirito, where did you learn that technique," asked Kashin.

"Well, I just copied her style. After seeing this many times I figured out what she was doing to hit me all this time. I just ended up copying her style" Kirito replied.

"Lie, no one can learn the Raging Water Goddess this fast. It took me almost 2 years of extreme practice and training to master the style to the point which you show me" the no-name girl said.

It was strange for Kirito that even between so many people this girl refused to tell her name to him. Or that he did not even hear her name from someone else mouth.

"She is telling the truth, This technique which you just used is a very difficult technique used only by the masters of Raging Water Goddess Sword Style. And is usually not suitable for boys. Mainly girls use this style" Kashin said.

Kashin knew that Kirito was actually from the future and might really have not learned anything about this style. This also means that Kirito has an unprecedented talent for sword art.

"Would you mind doing some training now with me? If you are not tried of course. I want to see how good you are in swordsmanship." Kashin asked.

Both of them completely forgot that Kirito was fighting the no-name girl. This brought even more angry huffs and snorts from the beautiful redhead who looked a combination of Erza Scarlet and Rias Gremory.

That entire day, Kirito and Kashin ended up fighting. Kashin taught Kirito a lot of moves and smoothed out his fighting style with the sword.

The Raging Water Goddess Style was not a good choice for Kirito. There was another very powerful style which Kirito could learn.

Like the white fang style or Uzumaki's own Whirlpool style but none of them was the best match for Kirito.

By the end of the day, Kirito was determined to create his own swordsmanship style someday.

"You are the most talented person I have ever seen" Kashin praised Kirito.

"At first I thought that you are good at Ninjutsu and Seals but your talent in swordsmanship is by far the strongest" Kashin looked like a kid who got a new toy to play with.

"Really, I don't think so. I might be better off sticking with straight Ninjutsu and Fuinjutsu" Kirito replied. Considering Minato never used the sword. That was a normal assumption to make.

"And waste the phenomenal sword talent you have. No not happening on my watch. I always wanted to take a worthy apprentice in my life. But none had the affinity to learn the ancient Uzumaki swordsmanship which was passed down in our clan. I might be the last person who has practised it and I too am not very talented in it.

But you Kirito, you have the talent to learn this style." Kashin said.

Kirito was stunned. An ancient swordsmanship style. This is pretty interesting.

"What style? and it's that even okay to pass down an ancient clan style to just like that" Kirito asked in awe.

To this, Kashin just snorted and said.

"I might very well be the last user of this technique and with me, this style will end. I rather pass this style to you than see my clan's legacy end. Maybe that is what happened in your time. I don't want that to repeat." Kashin said with sadness in his voice and he was looking older than he really was.

"That will not happen. I will save the Uzumaki clan. You have my word" Kirito said.

To this, Kashin just smiled.

"And yes please teach me this technique. I really want to learn the true essence of swordsmanship" Kirito said.

Kashin smiles even more.

"Okay then, we will start from tomorrow. We have less than a week for the war to start so we have to use all the time we get" Kashin said.

Kirito just nodded.

"By the way, you wanted to ask me something right ?" Kashin asked.

Kirito almost forgot in all of his hype about swordsmanship, why exactly he came to Kashin in the first place.

So he ended up explaining the entire thing which was happening to him. About his sudden power-up in both Sensing and Steel Release.

He even told Kashin about his recent discovery when fighting previously with the no-name girl.

Kashin heard him in fascination and lastly after thinking too much about it, said.

"Kirito, it is possible for you to have the Haki," Kashin said but to himself, he sounded like he did not believe his own words.

To this Kirito this word sounded familiar.

He thought about it. trying to remember where he heard the word. But then suddenly.

"One minute Haki. You know Haki " Kirito asked with wide eyes.

"I too am not sure exactly but this is something which has manifested previously in the members of the Uzumaki clan. The number of users in the long history of the Uzumaki clan is so less that you can count them on your fingers with only one hand" Kashin said.

"I don't know much about it but there might be more records about this in the library. I will look for them for you" Kashin said.

Kirito was stunned. His mind works thousands of miles a minute.

Then like a light bulb lit inside his head he snapped at Kashin.

"Check this out," Kirito couldn't help but shout.

He quickly shows his steel release to Kashin.

And the outcome was exactly what he anticipated.

It was Observation Haki.

Meaning the HyperFocus he was using all this time was actually haki.

Even the steel release he was using all this time was Haki.

This makes sense how come he is able to predict attacks? Or why he felt mental exhaustion after using Haki for a long time.

The spiritual cap lifted and now he suddenly found himself strong. 

HAKI...

"Okay that sounds good" Kirito said and sighed.

"Talk about a shocking reveal. Now I think about it. There might even be a possibility that the One Piece world is connected to the Naruto world. Possible" Kirito thought to himself.
