5 Chapter 2 (part 3)

In a secret underground cave, Gato the merchant listened to his subordinate's report.

"Sir, those two failed and is now missing. Even Mist lost tract of them along with their sick mother."

"Ptui! What a waste of money!"

Gato is a short man with brown hair and beady eyes. He wore his signature black suit and tiny sun-glass.

He look at the flickering candle light, and glanced at the door that opened.

"It's copy ninja Kakashi... I'll deal with him."

Team seven and Tazuna continued their journey without any mishap till they reach the lagoon.

Naruto cheered as he smelled the sea.

"Whoa! It's so pretty!"

The rest nodded, it was also the first time for Sasuke and he felt it was beautiful too.

"Tsuyu and I will go charter a boat. Naruto, Sasuke, the two of you stay and protect Mr. Tazuna." Kakashi ordered.

"Alright Tsuyu, let's go."

Tsuyu and Kakashi ran to the address given by Tazuna. He introduced the other person as an acquaintance and they should be fishing now, so Kakashi and Tsuyu had to go fetch them.

Although, it would have been better for Kakashi to go alone and leave Tsuyu behind with the team, he had a few words to have Tsuyu.

"You can't kill can you Tsuyu?"

Tsuyu stopped his track. Kakashi stopped a little further but he didn't turn back.

The later answer with a shrug.

"I feel bad even hurting an ant.."

"Tsuyu... you're not fit to be a shinobi."

The other answered without even thinking, making Kakashi displeased.

"Sensei, I'm not even trying to be one."

Kakashi sight then fell on the man sleeping on a boat, the man matched the description of the person Tazuna had said.

However, he lost interest of the mission already.

Tsuyu walked up to him.

"Sensei, in fact I want to destroy this Ninja-system."

"And I condemn violence."

"The fire-diamyo is actually my grandfather and he sent me to Konoha for safety."

"I only became a ninja to make friends."

Tsuyu original intention was to get closer to Naruto and the rest and hug their thighs but that was before when his power was weak.

Tsuyu power grew, and along with it his ambition.

So why not make this world a bit more pleasant? Tsuyu thought.

He has the ability so he only needed to figure out how to do it.

And during this mission he finally got a gist of it.

Kakashi removed the hand on his shoulder.

"Tsuyu as soon as this mission end. I'm removing you from team seven."

Kakashi wasn't happy anymore.

He turn back to look at his favourite person.

"You think all of THESE is a game!"

Tsuyu won't survive with this mentality, he thought.

"Countless people gave up their lives for the world we are in... Rin... Obito... they gave up for this syst-..."

Tsuyu sighed interrupting Kakashi's monologue.

"Then do you want others to sacrifice as well?"

Kakashi flinched.

"Sensei... This system was built for the convenience of the upper echelons."

"Everyone else is suffering... Countless innocent die without reason."

"Does a child deserve to go war for the ambitions of the one at the top?"

Kakashi shoulder dropped... Have I been thinking wrong all this time? He thought.

"Parents lost their children and children becomes orphan.. lovers are separated..."

"But I stand for the people, by the people and of the people."

"I'll change the world. Stop me if you can."

Tsuyu walked away leaving Kakashi alone.

Him being respectful doesn't mean anyone can climb over him.

Seeing him coming back alone, Naruto asked.

"Where's sensei?"

"Behind."

Sensing that the mood was off, Sasuke asked a little worried. He wasn't used to seeing Tsuyu look sad...

'Gah! If sensei did or say something hurtful to Tsuyu, I'm killing him along with Itachi!'

"Did something happened between you two?"

Tsuyu shook his head... he didn't feel like talking now as his mood was bad. He was afraid he might say something he don't mean to his friends.

They waited a while but Kakashi didn't return.

"YOU!"

Tazuna pointed at Tsuyu making the latter frown.

"Where's Kakashi?"

Just then Tsuyu remembered that Zabuza and Haku would come today.

"Guys lets go! Sensei might be in danger!"

Standing on the water, Zabuza had trapped Kakashi in his technique: water prison.

Zabuza was a famous ninja from the mist, he is one of their legendary swords user and was quite formidable.

With Zabuza's strength and as Kakashi was distracted, the later was caught off-guard.

Kakashi struggled to get out but he was losing strength by the moment.

'Haha... am I dying just like this? I haven't even apologized to Tsuyu yet..'

As he was about to gave up.

The technique that trapped Kakashi vanished into thin air making both Zabuza and him surprised.

"What!? My technique! How did you-!"

But before Zabuza could figure out what was going on, the air around him started to burn and he was caught in flame.

He flailed in the water, but the flame won't extinguish. He felt a sense of crisis and yelled for help.

"No one messes with my dear ones." Tsuyu said coldly to Zabuza whose skin had melted.

Kakashi who knew the character of Tsuyu was moved to tears.

'Atleast someone genuinely cares for me in this lonely world.'

While the team was distracted. Haku had taken Sasuke as hostage.

"Undo the technique or he dies!" Yelled Haku.

Actually, Haku was no match for Sasuke but the later saw the sharingan in Kakashi and didn't know what to feel... did sensei betray me?

When he came to his senses, his sharingan had evolved into it's third form.

The red sharingan with three rotating tomoe glared at the person who was holding him 'hostage'.

Haku got trapped in a genjutsu and lost consciousness.

Sasuke, glared at Kakashi.

"Your eyes... how are you related to my clan...?"

Sasuke spoke through his teeth and approaches Kakashi steadily with a Kunai.

"Sasuke! CALM DOWN!"

Naruto tried his best to hold back his friend.

Kakashi looked at the sky and sighed.

'What a mess.'
