18.1 | Bounty Hunter?
There is a Black bounty market branch a few kilometres outside the Fire country where numerous rouge ninjas and bounty hunters come on a daily basis to take up assignments that cannot be entrusted to Shinobi village.
Assassinating VIPs like nobility, a complete authority related family, renegade Shinobi, enemy nation Shinobi, and even tiny country Daimyo are among these tasks.
These assignments include everything from kidnapping to hiring rogue, Ninjas for escort, cannon fodder, and so on.
Mannn, if you want something, simply post a task in the Black market, and if the price is high and reasonable enough, you'll have your job finished by the end of the week.
Another thing is that this black market is jointly run by Five Great Countries, well that is what they think, So no one dares to do anything here for fear of being blacklisted from all shops and making his/her life a living hell. However, if you leave the black market with nice goods or if your head is worth more than a million dollars, expect a few rouge Shinobi to attack you.
Don't argue that bounty hunting is a lovely way to make a living.
Rogue shinobi compete aggressively for low-level assignments since completing even a basic mission equals a month's income.

From my clone in Konoha, I received some really fascinating info through merchants.

During the 2nd Ninja war, several nobles were assaulted and had their Nin-guards sacrificed in order for them to survive, and now that Konoha is occupied with the war, Nobles had no choice but to hire some cannon fodder from the black market.
One of the Nobles I had his eye on for a few months has also posted a mission for hiring Bounty Ninjas.
I transformed myself into my past life image, Blackhair , 6 feet tall, blackeyes , and I wore my custom made black clock and wear his Black mask , (Similar to masks in tokyo Ghoul) after that I shushined towards black market to register himself as Bounty Hunter,
According to what I estimated, the 2nd Ninja war will probably be over in 1 years so during this time, many shinobi villages and even some nobles who feared their lives will hire bounty hunters because they were very vulnerable during wars.
When I was within 5 km of blackmarket , I stopped and found a good spot for sniping and made a clone which shushined towards black market.
Few minutes later…
"Hello, Mr., how can I assist you? Would you like to post any missions, we offer a range of services....bla bla bla" Attendant#1 continued to bother Ren, hoping to learn some useful information from him or, if he's a rich guy, to get some Ryo's from Ren's pocket.
I ignored her and went to the bulletin board, where I picked up 10 - 15 missions that I am interested in doing in my freetime. My behaviour also drew a lot of curious eye, because they probably knew I am new here, and taking so many missions at once means either I is strong, an excited newbie, or a moron.
I approached the mission manager, who was in charge of the mission management sector, and said, "Help me Register these tasks under the name Phantom."
"Sure, boss; just give me two minutes." The Attendant despised these smug rogue hunters who thought he was their servant and thought that he did nothing but oversee mission details.

That is correct, but in the manager's line of work, he has learnt how to behave. Only those who are famous rouge hunters, such as Kasaku, scorpion, and others, he fears, and now suppose that nobody like Ren came to him with 10-15 tasks and arrogantly told him to register under the name Phantom.
This codename alone is enough to send Ren to heaven, but he kept his cool and responded to Ren in the same professional manner he did to other hunters.
After all, the collector is a Jounin level shinobi, and if Ren just leaves like this, he may kiss his promotion goodbye. He'd been working hard for many years and was afraid he'd be demoted, so he signalled for his minions to follow Ren.
