91 Chapter – 91: The Hashirama clone is complete!

'But...'

I can already think of many ways to stop or at least delay the Uchiha massacre, for example, replacing Danzo with my clone, stopping Itachi from becoming a pacifist, saving Shisui, etc...

However, there are two issues with all of them that I need to address before making any kind of move. First is obviously, Sasuke. By changing the fate of the Uchiha clan, I am meddling with Sasuke's fate which will definitely result in a huge backlash! Although, with my current strength and setup, I should be able to handle any kind of problems the world throws at me, I still want to be mindful of it... Also, Sasuke's path is that of an avenger and if I can come up with a plan to keep it that way and save the Uchiha at the same time, I might be able to reduce the affects my changes might cause...

'If I work with Itachi and Shisui, that should not be a big problem...' I think.

Second issue is actually a bit more complex because the problem is regarding what comes after saving the Uchiha. It seems as if every disaster that comes towards Konoha is actually only an additional opportunity for the destruction of the Uchiha clan. Let's say the Uchiha massacre doesn't happen, then during the time of Orochimaru's Konoha Crush, both Danzo and Orochimaru will not let go of the opportunity to gather more Sharingans! Let's say if I somehow manage to save the clan at that time too, then during the time when Pain attacks the village, Obito will surely try to do what he did together with Itachi in the anime... And if by some miracle I save the clan there too, then during the final war, Obito, Kabuto, and Madara, none of them will let the Uchihas go...

Now, the problem can become way more simple if I just change Obito's fate of becoming Madara's pawn in the first place, but then I will be giving up on Kamui! As this is the only reliable way I currently have of getting it, I really don't want to let it go... In addition, if I save Obito then all Madara has to do is simply look for a different target which will be bad for me as I will lose my current advantage of knowing what will happen in the future...

'So, it's not worth the effort to change Obito's fate...' I murmur, 'I will first save the Uchiha and then worry about these...'

For Minato and Kushina, I already have a plan in motion; not for saving them, not yet at least. Instead, it's to get the maximum benefits I can out of them first.

'Well, if I want to, I can always sacrifice a clone after getting Rinnegan by casting the Gedo Art of Rinne Rebirth and bring them back...' I smile thinking about it.

'Another failure!' I sigh.

Ever since the day I got the sample of Tailed Beast chakra, I have been trying to create a copy of it; a shell to be exact. Something that has the same amount of chakra as that of a tailed beast but not its personality. But nothing has worked so far because every time I let it gather more chakra, it automatically starts to take the form of a mini Five-Tails and starts to rampage!

Its not that my experiments haven't yielded any results at all, on the contrary, I have made some significant progress in understanding this chakra. According to what I have seen and understood so far, the Five-Tails currently is a Chakra Beast and it's body isn't made of flesh and blood. However, it's chakra itself acts similar to how the DNA is to any human! That is, If I clone Fugaku's DNA, I will get a clone similar to Fugaku, right? Similarly, since this chakra is taken from Five-Tails, the chakra itself is automatically creating a clone of it!

After understanding this, of course I tried different experiments, like for example, adding a different chakra into the mix before letting it grow. However, till now nothing has worked because if I mix another chakra and let it grow, only the Tailed-Beast part of the chakra grows and after reaching a certain stage the other chakra becomes extremely insignificant to make any difference...

'Maybe it will work if the other chakra is also from another Tailed Beast? But that still wouldn't be what I envisioned for the Artificial Tailed Beast Plan...' I ponder, 'But this ability of tailed beast chakra to influence a part of it even when they are not linked to the main body is fascinating...'

'I should start making plans to get a sample from another one of the Tailed Beasts...'

'Mmm?' just when I was about to continue with my experiments, I get an update from the main clone, 'So, Kakashi became a Chunin, ha?'

Just like I remember, the Chunin exams ended with Kakashi becoming the first Chunin from our batch. What's more is, the matchups during the finals themselves were exactly the same too! Guy had his match against Obito in which the latter had his a** kicked. After that, Guy was defeated by Kakashi earning him the promotion to the Chunin Rank.

'Perfect, even though there were some changes because of my presence, I have managed to preserve the canon for the most part...'

'Once Kannabi bridge incident and the whole Rin's fiasco is over, I can start making changes...'

A month later.

'Done! It's finally done!' I exclaim in joy looking at the clone nutrition chamber, 'Now, I finally have a chance to try out the Wood Release...'
