3 Chapter 1
"Well, shit." The high-pitched voice of a child, a boy, slightly echoed inside the bathroom as he looked at himself in the mirror. The reflection infront of him had gray hair, tan skin, and slightly pudgy face.
"This isn't disturbing at all..." He said with sarcasm oozing out of his tone as he not only marveled at his "new" and younger body, but also on his surroundings.
"Everything looks real enough but... more anime-like. What the actual fuc-" Before he could continue his monologue, a series of knocks came from the door.
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
"Kenji-kun? It's time for breakfast." Said one of the caretakers with the door muffling their voice. The boy, Kenji, glanced at the door for a brief moment before saying "....I'm coming!"

'What the actual shit?!' Kenji mentally screamed as he gawked at a kid with an ant head running past him. Following the ant kid was a girl hopping with spring-like legs. Next was a boy with wheels on his elbows and legs. A bunch of kids with weird happenings on or around them soon followed. Some didn't have weird aappendages which eased Kenji's mind just a tiny bit but had like glowing eyes, fire jetting out of one nostril, and a bunch of other weird stuff.
"What are you doing dwandling around, Kenji-kun? The others are going to eat your share." An honest to god Tabaxi (D&D Cat Person.) put a hand on his shoulder making him flinch. With her voice sounding feminine, Kenji guessed that IT was a she.
"I-I---" Before he could say something, a sudden headache caused his eye sight to spin, leading him to the embrace of the floor. The last thing he heard was the the shout of the cat woman in worry before he took off to Morpheus' realm.

''U-Ughh..." Kenji slowly roused as his eyes open. He slowly pushed himself up into a sitting position. The always present smell of antiseptic in hospitals hit his nose before his eyes could focus.
As he started to organize his thoughts, a wave of memories appear in his mind. Kenji Minamoto or Minamoto Kenji since according to his memories, he was in Japan now. A four year old orphan living in Musutafu's Children Orphanage. One of, if not the best orphanages in the city of Musutafu. 'Where have I heard that before?' And Kenji lived in a world filled with... Quirks.
'Ah... That explains it.' A look of recognition appeared in his face before it turned into a grimace. 'So, I've been transmigrated into My Hero Academia... Fuck. I should've watched it!' With an irritated look, Kenji flopped back down on the bed.
'Okay... Let's take stock. I'm four' "Damn it..." 'And in an shonen anime world. What do I know about My Hero Academy or something? Well... I've read a synopsis about it and a bunch of spoilers.' Kenji sighed in annoyance at being sent here of all places.
'Calm down... No need to start hyperventilating. oKay, the protagonist is Izuku "Deki" Midorama or something who wanted to be a hero. There's the supposed "Symbol Of Peace" and THE Legendary hero All Might. I remember Izuku being mentioned as a hero otaku. What else was in that synopsis... Oh! U.A.? I remember something like that. A hero training school? And this world's social hierarchy being centered on how great or hero-material your superpower is, also known as Quirk. Shit. That's all I remember being notable on that synopsis.'
Kenji irritatedly scratched the back of his head. 'How about the spoilers? Those bastards told a few of those... Kennedy said something about slime hentai in the beginning of the series, so gotta watch out for a slime dude or dudette in the future. Mark ranted about how All Might should've died by getting sliced in half by Kurorigi? Fuck... Moving on, he also said something about the hands were fake? The heck does that mean? He also said about wanting to see if its visible once inside Toru? What else did that horny idiot said... Ashi or what's her name's acid as lube, frog girl's tongue around the... damn it, all he said after that was about the female characters! Ugh... Wait, I remember him saying something about a sports festival/tournament event. Hmmmm. Joseph said that Stain was a naive idiot? All right, gotta watch out for someone named Stain.'
'Rafael babbled about a girl named Melissa being his waifu? What else... Ah! He talked about a training arc then a raid? Ugh...Then Paul talked about a time-rewinding kid being basically tortured by the yakuza? That's all I can remember...Wait, I remember him saying something about a hidden organization and liberation in the same sentence. That's gotta amount to something worth looking into.' Kenji sighed knowing that his classmates and friends talked a lot more than that but he already had enough and decided to go home.
He then froze, suddenly realizing something. 'Butterfly Effect...' Kenji realized that all those spoilers he knew probably won't happen or with a super low chance of occurring because of his transmigration. Before he could ponder on the implications, the door to the room he was in started opening which caused him to panic and immediately faked being asleep. Two sets of footsteps walked towards him and stopped to the side.
"Well, everything seems to be fine according to the tests, Dr. Ujiko. The caused for fainting is attributed to Minamoto-san's Quirk awakening." The voice of a mature woman said to the other person in the room who promptly replies "Hmmmm... That's good then. You can allow the boy's caretaker to enter and explain to her everything. I have an appointment soon about a child's Quirk... or the lack of one." Said the old sounding doctor before walking out of the room, making the nurse sigh in pity.
'I-I have a superpower??' Kenji thought in his mind as the nurse went out to bring his cat person care taker inside. The nurse explained what happened to him in detail and what was the cause while also adding that his Quirk will need to be tested before he leaves the hospital and catalogued to his caretaker who agreed without any fuss.
'What's my power though?' As Kenji thought of that question, a spark appeared in his mind and a single word came to its forefront.
