84 Chapter 84

[Ding, you have achieved the 4th level.]

Echoed the notification in my ear, and I couldn't be in a better mood.

Currently, I was fishing with my family, Nejire, and my two daughters. Eri was around, feeding the fishes.

I was doing this to strengthen the bonds between family and make Asami loyal to me. You know, she has her own free will. But emotions weren't something one could easily ignore.

Nejire had been staring at me, then at Rin and Asami.

"I get it that Rin is a business partner, but who is that? Why is she so close to you all of a sudden?" asked Nejire, pointing at Asami. "And why do they always have to be huge?"

"She's my little sister," Rin interjected.

Asami nodded, "True. But am I prettier, no?"

"You wish," Rin replied.

"Oh," Nejire raised her head and didn't say anything. "Makes sense."

"So, where are you planning to go for your internship?" Nejire asked. "You know, it's our last internship before passing the hero license test… well, you're not counted in that."

The vacation was getting near, and as a hero course student, I'd be moving around to work as a sidekick.

"I don't know. I'll stay around," I pondered for a moment. Maybe going around and seeing Night Eye could be a good idea. Or I could simply find another location and go. There weren't many heroes with interesting quirks nowadays, not inside Japan that I knew of. It'd be good to take their DNA. So Night Eye was a good option. At least, I could cultivate without much bother.

"Must be nice to know the principal," Nejire pouted.

"Don't worry. I'll be nearby," I replied to her.

"Like old days," she smiled.

What did she mean by old days? It was just a year ago.

"Anyway. I'll come back," I stood up and excused myself to leave, walking to a nearby boat. I patted Eri on the head before getting to the boat, picking up a drink for myself.

I was pretty excited that I'd finally achieved the 4th level of the system, where I could interact with the immortal realm.

I opened the system's chat, and I observed what kind of stuff they were selling.

[Immortal Energy worth of 1000 years (5 million coins)]

[Heavenly Immortal Elixir. A drop of it is enough to provide energy for a mortal to break out of the world (1 Million Coins)]

[Immortal Bead: Seal one's immortal Qi from heaven not to ascend and live forever as a ruler in their world. 10 million coins.]

[Fate Reading skill: Read the future possibilities. (100,000 coins)]

From the side of cultivation, there were countless resources and weapons provided at this level. If I started cultivating with the resources available there, I'd ascend to the Heavenly Level to the Void Realm in a couple of days. Then, it would take me a couple of months to reach the King realm and then the emperor, then a few months to reach immortality, and I didn't take into account that I could change my cultivation method.

'I'm up for a few rude lightning showers,' I thought to myself. 'But it seems that the world will kick me out once reaching immortality. So having an immortal bead for 10 million. Why am I thinking it's expensive? I can get it for free.'

I then realized something. I was going to reach a level where I could destroy the planet easily, and I wasn't talking about immortality. Just Combat Emperor Realm would be enough to do that in one strike.

--- Reminder, the levels are like this: Qi refining – Earth Realm – Heaven Realm – Void Realm – Combat King – Combat Emperor – Immortal.

I shivered, thinking that I was getting a bit overpowered.

And did I forget to mention that the cultivation methods at this level were in different leagues? No wonder it was illegal to resell stuff from this level to lower levels. Anyway, I shook my head and decided to look for the rest of the items displayed on the market.

[Chakra Fruit (1 Million Coins)]

[Eyes that could see through all. (Byakugan. 500,000 coins)]

[Cosmic sealed Shinjutsu Scroll: (Capable of destroying a planet of 10,000 meters radius.) (300,000 coins)] [Time Reverse Shinjutsu: Reverse the time in your world up to a year (1 million coins)]

I could tell you about the stuff that was being sold here. Bloodlines, skills, martial arts, and other weird things that could alter the fate of any world. They felt like a divine level. But I didn't have the lifetime to alter them.

By the end, I decided to buy an immortal level cultivation method, and by that, I wanted to buy the most expensive one.

[The Divine Dragon: Cultivate the spirit and vitality of a dragon. (5 million coins)]

[Phoenix Bride dual cultivation. (1 million coins)] that was for Nejire.

With this, I could cultivate to a higher level. I wondered if I could help Rin and Asami to cultivate faster with dual cultivation. But that would be cheating… I could go around it. Like a wise man once said, if clone sex with your woman is self-cuck, then clone having sex with other women isn't cheating.

I shook my head, deciding to think about that later. I literally have hundreds of years to think about that. There was another question lying in my head now. 'What the hell lies in level 5?' in that level existed realms beyond the immortal realm. Could it be Dragon Ball worlds? Possibly. They have very advanced magic, and blowing up planets was a feat achievable to the weakest characters.

In my vision, appeared a fluffy face of a white-haired red-eyed little girl. "Big brother? What took you so long."

"Nothing." I patted her on the head, "Did you enjoy feeding fishes?"

"Mmm… whenever I throw them bread, they come. When I let my hand closer, they escape. I think they don't like me." She said, a hint of childish sadness in her tone.

I chuckled and patted her on the head, "It's their instinct. They can't help it but escape whenever they see someone bigger than them. Just like villains when they see a hero stronger than them."

"Does this mean Eri is a hero?" Eri asked, pouting her lips.

I nodded, patting her on the head. "Let's go back."

A couple of days passed by. I was standing at the top of an isolated mountain, staring at the sky, which was filled with violent thunderstorms.

One lightning bolt after another descended on me. But I felt nothing, really. I was wearing an item from a higher realm that allowed me to store lightning. With it, ascending was a plaything.

After I was done facing the storm, I achieved a breakthrough to the Void Realm.

Suddenly, I had an understanding of the spatial law of the world. Like I had learned how to play with air to fly, I learned how to control the space around me. I extended my hand and chopped down, and a black portal appeared. I entered there, finding myself in a black space. I could see another dimension, which happened to be the one I came from.

I moved around. I found that my speed had increased dramatically. I headed back to my home, and surprisingly, no one could see me while I was at the void. I entered my house, finding Nejire lying down and playing with her phone. I then wrapped the space, allowing myself to get out of the void.

"Woah!" Nejire flew and screamed, seeming to sense me approaching. When she saw my face, she sighed in relief. "That scared me. How did you appear from nowhere? Wait! Your quirk allows you to do that too?" she then surrounded me, looking at me from every angle.

I chuckled as I laid on the bed. "It's a trick you'll learn when you cultivate the energy."

she placed her hand on her heart, "That scared me. Don't do that to me again."

"Right." I said, turning and was about to leave.

"Where are you going?"

"To get Mirio back." I said, chopping my hand in the space, creating a portal to the void.

"Don't forget, we have a date later." Nejire reminded. "It's the last one before the internship."

A couple of months passed by, and by the time we got back to our classes, I was standing there, above an isolated mountain, looking at the cloudy sky. The heavenly tribulation, here we go again.

I rolled my eyes; the feeling of leveling up didn't excite me anymore. I was already the strongest creature in my world, and ascending to any more levels would just make me stronger and have a longer lifespan. But on the plus side, having a longer lifespan meant that I could equip more quirks into my body without damaging it.

With the tools I had, the lightning tribulation did nothing for me. It was just a passing trip.

Once I was done, I was quite unexcited. There was no point in getting stronger or anything. But I had to go to max level. Going to max level wasn't an act of love but an act of pure despise. I needed to see this to the end.

Also, I forgot to mention that Nejire was about to achieve the heavenly level, thanks to my deeper energy and her immortal cultivation method. I needed to help her if I didn't want to end up as One-Thrust-Man.

Currently, I was at my class.

"Today, you're going to have your final exams. The same as last year, the same opponent." said Midnight, smiling. "But the difference is, the teachers won't hold back. Hope you're ready for that."

Then, everyone turned and gave me a pitying look.

"All Might, again," Tamaki, who was sitting next to me, smiled nervously "I think they are joking about not holding back."

I stretched my limbs, thinking, "Well, better than half serious last year."

"You're crazy?" Tamaki asked. "Not even the most fearsome villain would take that statement lightly."

'I'll beat him without a quirk,' I thought to myself as I smiled.
