63 Chapter 63

The car that had been sent flying by the shift in the road was still floating.

There was nothing wrong with gravity. But as a cultivator in the Heavenly Realm, I could control the air around me and fly, and I could fly while lifting heavy stuff, such as this car. I got out of it and quickly got to the bottom, lifting it above me.

This car was a sports car, and it wasn't cheap. Sure, I own a company and all. However, liquidating cash without paying taxes was something to reconsider.

"You know, guys down there. I'll have you know, I'm fully authorized to use my quirk for self-defense," I said as I descended from the sky, gently placing my car on the ground.

Luckily, my assurance covered the villain attacks.

"Kenshiro." A man who was covered in hoods said as he approached me. "We'd like you to come with us peacefully.

"Or what?" I huffed, cracking my fists.

"Based on your data and abilities, we've prepared a few guys that can deal with you." He turned his head to the other hooded men. They brought them down, revealing their dark-colored faces and no-skull heads, leaving them with exposed brains.

Nomus, they were.

The man in hoods continued, "and each of these guys is stronger than you were, even if you increased your power by 50 percent."

"Is that so. So you are using old data." I smiled, mockingly. Right, the last fight against that weak Nomu was a test for my powers.

"A 4-month-old data." He replied.

'Bitch please, I wouldn't even need my Qi to defeat you. Just my peak heroic rank mana warrior is sufficient to deal with that Nomu.'

"Whatever. I won't move without a fight, so get over here." I invited them. I didn't want to start attacking since that would put me in legal trouble and may force my hands to pay for the public damage.

One of the Nomus flickered to me at a blinding swiftness. Knowing that they had a super regeneration quirk, I knew that I'd have to do damage faster than they could recover.

I made a gun gesture with my left hand, shooting a super-focused ray beam from my hand, hitting the Nomu with a massive explosion.

At my cultivation level, the sunray beam was way stronger and less energy-consuming. I could explode a building using it. Not only that, but even if I exploded a small rock, the quality of my attack was very high.

The Nomu, which exploded, had a man-sized hole in his chest, most of its body glowing in red. This should surpass their super-regeneration ability.

Unfazed by their comrade's death, the remaining two Nomus dashed at me, jumping at me from different directions.

Just as they were about to catch me, I vanished. They looked left and right, searching for me. But I was above them in the air, smirking mockingly at them.

'If you guys don't bring high-end Nomus, or the Nomu you made to deal with All Might, then you've got no chance against me.'

I pushed my palm in their direction.

A 9-meter-long palm appeared, wrapping the Nomus and pinning them to the ground with a pressure that made the neighbor shake. Now that I gathered them in a tighter spot, I pointed at them with my other hand, mimicking a gun gesture, my fingers glowing shiny white. A beam left my fingers, hitting them at incredible speed, taking them down.

Once I landed on the ground, I looked at the Nomus remaining.

Did I just kill a living being? I was about to throw up, but then, at my current body's level, it was impossible to throw up. I just placed my hand on my nose, covering it.

It was gory, and surprisingly, it didn't mentally hurt me as though it would. I assumed that I deeply believed it was the right thing to do. I turned my head to the man who seemed to be the lead of the Nomus and the couple of guys in costumes.

"How's that possible? These Nomus were made specifically to take you down…" he said, lips shaking.

'Maybe because your data is old, that, and the fact I stopped increasing the volume I lift in the gym.'

I extended my hands at them, muttering a 3rd-level rank magic spell. <<Fire Furnace>>

Usually, I wouldn't do that since these spells usually take mana that my world didn't have, which meant that the source was me.

But screw it.

Golden flames flew out of my hand, covering the villains. They'd have no way to escape.

'Becoming a 4th rank meant that my casting speed increased for previous level spells…'

"The fire should last for 30 minutes, enough for the policemen to arrive and investigate you," I said, before putting my hands in my pocket. "You'll burn into ashes if you touch the walls."

'By this time, Mineta should be in the rescue class.' I thought.

"As a good old brother, I should warn the school from villain attacks." I flew in the air and in the direction of UA. I stopped by a stove on the way, bought a lunch box, so that I could make an excuse to meet Mineta in case the worst happened.

I reached into my phone and dialed Midnight's phone number. She didn't pick up. I tried to call the principal, but his phone was closed.

Damn. How do I warn them about the villains' attacks? Call the police? That won't work. If the police took every call seriously about UA being attacked, then the alarm bell would ring every day. They'd just treat it as a troll call from villains who stole some phone.

With my current flying speed, it took me a couple of minutes to reach UA. I then got inside the door. The barrier didn't stop me, and they didn't question why I came back. UA had its door opened for students who wanted to gather at the library and study. But in my case, I didn't come for the library.

On my way running, I turned my head to the nearest person, who happened to be a robot – the chef of our school.

I yelled. "There is a villain attacking the current rescue class. Please, verify that!"

"Oy, Kenshiro. This can't happen, you know that," replied the robot.

"Verify it yourself!"

Finding that having a conversation now was useless, I boosted my speed, my body flickering. I knew my way in UA, and in a span of a short time, after crossing a few tens of kilometers, I found myself flying toward a giant orb that covered the USJ, the field used for rescue training.

I broke through it, and I got inside.

I could sense, as a cultivator, that here people gathered more than the students, outnumbering them.

From my view, I could see a man covered in dark fog. N 13. Aizawa being cornered somehow by many villains. A large Nomu squawking, and many villains surrounding the students.

There was even Eri here. And she was being held as a hostage by one of the villains.
