6 Chapter 6... Lunch and Stuff

"So why now?" I asked her

"Why now what?"

"I mean it's the mid of the year, why transfer now"

"Well, My parents got a better job here and we had to leave early," she said, I could feel she was a little sad, maybe she misses her friend.

"Hmm...my mother also stays away from home most of the time so I am also alone most of the time, I wouldn't mind changing school since I only have one friend and he is also an introvert like me so.."

We kept talking about our likes and dislike, it turns out that she also likes playing games and is good at them if her boasting is anything to go by, We exchanged each other numbers, home numbers since mother won't let me buy one, makes me transform cash to buy a phone.

We decided to have a game of Taken this weekend and soon as the break ended, we went back laughing and making jokes at each other. It was a real good experience, maybe it's because, despite her naiveness, she is still somewhat more mature than others in her age group.

It was pretty fun to be around her, my days were much brighter with her and the weekend passed without me even knowing.

With a chuckle I decided it was time to go, I am probably the only kid who goes to school alone and comes back alone, haha, the mother still thinks I take the bus.

After finding an empty alleyway, I quickly changed into Cedric and started floating in the sky, it was still afternoon and the wheat or was nice. I could see the bus leaving with children in them.

I looked down and saw a car chase, probably some third rate goons running away after a robbery.

A bright white bolt was released from my wand and made its way to the car, just as I thought it would strike the car and successfully stop it in it's tracks.

The driver made a swerve and dodged it. He looked up right at me and shot a bullet.

"Ah, shit" I couldn't help but shout out the protego spell.
