While on one side Cyclops was acting bat shit crazy, on the other side, Jack was sweating bullets as the Ancient One was staring down at him, it was a weird feeling for Jack, he felt this inner feeling that the Ancient one work harms him, while it also felt like she might trap him in the mirror verse if he slipped up.

"Oh! What could it be? " the Ancient One was intrigued, it wouldn't be anything on the mystical side, she had everything covered and it seemed like Jack knew of her, so she was curious.

"I guess you know what Phoenix force is, right?" As soon as Jack spoke of the Phoenix force, Ancient One raised her none existent eyebrows and looked at Jack

Jack continued, "It's decided on a host, a mutant to be exact, and the said Mutant has undergone some physical and mental strain recently, this has caused some problems to arise between her and the force, I hope you can help her in some way" - Jack pleaded, even though he knew that the Ancient One would help in case of a world-ending event, he didn't wanna lose his friend because he let her wait it out.

The ancient one closed her eyes as she contemplated something and then opened them again, as if surprised about what she thought...or saw

"How come this escaped my eyes? Is this because of you....no, you were far from here, this means someone else is involved." The Ancient One had a grave expression on her face.

Jack also had a similar expression on his face, he could only think of a handful of people who could be behind this, especially a very old mutant who had the knack for making clones and children.

"Sinister"

"What!?" Ancient One said

"I think it's another Mutant that's behind this, he goes by many names, One of which is Nathanial Essex or Sinister. I feel he is behind this." - Jack said.

"I have always protected Earth from mystical anomalies, I may have not taken much interest in other affairs." - the Ancient One.

Jack felt that the Ancient One was hiding something from him but decided to push it back and ask her to help Jean for the time being.

"I need you to help Jean Grey, she can't control the Phoenix force and I doubt sealing her innate powers is the right way to go about it." - pleaded Jack as he slammed his hands on the table. The Ancient One could tell that the young man genuinely cared about this host.

"That would be suicidal, who would do that in their right minds." The Ancient One couldn't help but scoff at the mention of such an act, to seal the great and powerful Phoenix force, not everyone could do that.

"Well, not everyone thinks like that, so maybe you should help out, besides, a strong person with the Phoenix force would be a boon for Earth."

"You are right about that, Young Jack. I will help you with this matter. " - The Ancient One finally agreed, to be honest, she was ready the moment she heard about there being a host of such a universal force on Earth.

Everyone looked at Beast, who had empty vials of potions in his hands

"ARE YOU INSANE!" - Yelled Cyclops as he pointed at Beast, somewhat surprising since he was never this rude, either Jean being sick pushed him, or he had hit his head too hard.

"You better put your behaviour to rest, or I might do that for you." - Wolverine warned Cyclops, who was too angry to shut up.

"Scott, I hope you can leave us for a moment, I would like for you to reflect on your behaviour," said Charles, he was beginning to question the behaviour of the young mutant.

"Ahh! I am sick of this." - Cyclops finally yelled out as he slammed the door and left.

Silence descended in the room as everyone looked at Beast who looked like a suspect with empty vials in his hands.

They had been having trouble with Jean for a while now, and nothing seemed to be working, the only solution was to shut off her powers, but Charles didn't know what that might do to her.
