119 Force

In Marvel world Cosmic level Elements are called Force, like Phoenix Force which is combination of Life, Death and Flame Force, 

Odin Force of Odin from Asgard which is related to Knowing all thing and then neutralising the target based on it's weakness, Cosmic Thor of future who has Thunder Force and many such more.

As for Max he also have lots of them thanks to his travel to One piece world where he acquired lot of World Level Forces, like Life, Death, Void, Light and Flame.

And that is the problem they are only World level, meaning against Cosmic level, it is infant fighting against a Adult.

Now he has two way to evolve them, first use Up and elevate them or evolve his Race, and both of them have problem, as his body of Arch Human can't handle Universal Level Force, much less Cosmic Level.

World -> Solar System -> Galaxy -> Universe -> Cosmic

These were the rankings of Force, Max learned from Supreme who was once a controller of Cosmic Level forces.

And if he were to evolve his race, cosmic beings would emerge to find him and seize his secrets for themselves. Although it was bound to happen when he reached Arch Human level, such a scenario didn't occur, as Max inherited it from a template rather than evolving, thus deceiving the Cosmos itself, as nothing new was added.

"Fortunately, I have lots of time" Max mumbled, Cosmic beings only appears much later on Earth, giving Max a lot of time to be ready.

"I can only hope for a template of higher level than mine or a world traveling ticket of higher world" 

Max then shaking his head went back to working on HeliCarrier.

"Rather than making a single transformer, I should Make five of them, who joins together to create a single heli Carrier" Max mumbled as he started working.

Soon the only thing echoing in the Max office was clicking of pen and tapping sound of key Board.

"Are you really participating?" Pepper asked as she saw Tony wearing an F1 race suit.

"It's just a simple race, don't worry. I've been in worse situations," Tony reassured her with a wink as he got into the F1 car.

"I know that, Tony. I meant, what about your work?" Pepper sighed as Tony drove to the starting line.

"Don't worry about him, he's no longer a helpless human," Angel (White Angel) chimed in as she watched Pepper sigh.

"I'm worried about the workload I'm going to face as his secretary," Pepper replied.

"Oh! Then just get a secretary for yourself," Angel suggested.

"Do you have someone in mind?" Pepper asked, intrigued.

"Yes, I do. Widow?" Angel proposed.

Pepper smiled and responded, "Yes, I suppose. Max can't seem to stop worrying about me."

Angel smiled back and said, "That's true."

"It will be the fourth bodyguard after Edward, A Specter, and Angel," Pepper remarked as they took their seats.

"Tell him to send Elisa, if he can," Pepper said, gesturing towards someone.

"Elisa, huh? She isn't available," Angel mumbled.

"Why not?" Pepper inquired.

"She's on a top-secret mission," Angel explained with a shrug, and Pepper nodded in understanding.

"By the way, is he part of this race?" Angel asked, pointing at a man who seemed to be heading towards the track.

Pepper used her Dragon Eyes to observe him and noticed he was wearing an Arc Reactor and whip-like weapons under his suit.

"Probably an enemy," Pepper deduced, and Angel agreed with a nod.

They silently observed as Vanko reached the track and activated his energized whips. "Oh, that's a good weapon, just primitive," Angel commented.

Vanko then sliced an incoming car in two and locked eyes with Tony. Tony, in response, quietly tapped a single button with a middle finger symbol on it.

Vanko watched as Tony's car door opened and transformed into a katana, slicing through his whips and then his Arc Reactor.

"Thanks, Ninja," Tony said to his car.

"Happy to help," his transformer car, Ninja, replied, and then Tony's driver suit changed into the Iron Man suit.

"It took me some time, but I did it," Tony watched his own Nano Suit and said to himself.

Approaching Vanko, who had a long scratch-like wound on his chest, Tony sprayed him to cover his wound and asked, "Who are you?"

"Hahahaha, didn't your father tell you that?" Vanko laughed and retorted.

"No," Tony shrugged.

Vanko snorted and said, "Your Arc Reactor is nothing but a stolen idea." He said this as security apprehended him.

Tony watched as Vanko was taken away and asked Jarvis, "Find everything about him."

Soon, Tony returned home and began reading everything about Vanko.

As he delved into the information, Tony sighed, thinking, Old man, how many things haven't you told me about?

Wearing his suit, Tony started flying to the coordinates he deciphered from the files his father left about Vanko's father.

After an hour of flight, Tony reached a facility in the middle of nowhere.

It is in middle of a jungle on a inhabited Island, in middle of Pacific ocean.

"Must have thought he'd build it on the moon," Tony mumbled as he finally arrived at the facility.

He observed the imposing metal building, constructed from the strongest alloys, and once again questioned why such a place required such intense security measures.

Approaching the door, Tony prepared to hack his way in, but before he could act, a scanning light passed over him and the doors opened. "Welcome, Mr. Stark," a voice greeted him.

"Okay," Tony said, feeling momentarily puzzled, but proceeded inside. Walking through a long white corridor, he eventually reached the central section, where a massive Arc reactor dominated the space.

Inspecting the computers, Tony began to piece everything together. "I see. The old man wasn't certain about this, so he decided to build it here."

According to the data Tony retrieved from the computers, the Arc reactor was intended to generate an inexhaustible supply of electricity for the entire world.

But the risk was equally great, if unstable, it could create a explosion similar to three Nukes exploding together.

Potentially wiping out half of world and making it inhabitable for generations.

"and vanko father wanted to weaponize it" Tony mumbled as he reached close to Arc reactor.

"Jarvis scan this whole structure" Tony said and then from his hand a small amount of nanobots appeared and vanished into the reactor.
