Max now has already set up his company based on Touch screen Tecnology for smartphones and Android and Ios Technology giving him fame and title of new prodigy.
Of course he bought all this technology blueprint from system shop, apparently his Magnum came from a higher technology world even better than his previous world. Using both blueprints he created a new Technology which comprise advantages of both Android and Ios, he called NIOS (Neo Improved Operating system) which earned mockery from his big sis Pepper for such name but it still chosen as the name cause it was Max first invention.
Pepper helped him by making all documents for his company while the money come from Tony stark investment in him which cost him 20% of his company Potts Tecnology shares.
Nonetheless he is happy as he knew its just a start for him, plus he knew after 2008 Money won't matter much.
To earn UP enough to buy all thing necessary for his company he in the last Two years goes out every night to save people and capture criminals but after he earned 1000 UP from it, Quest changed now it became 0.1 UP for each Save and each Captured Villain.
But he still earned around 3000 UP in 2 years, of which half went to his company investment.
Now he only has 1600.6 UP left.

It is the Max in Mukluan Armour which odly resembles Eminence in shadow main character Slime suit but it's black and purple instead of whole black suit of Eminence in Shadow.

Max searched for such skill as remaining outside for long time is impossible as Pepper checks on him time to time.
The Only time he can remain outside for a long time is at night but he still don't go far from home fearing Pepper may appear in his room at night which she does.
So, he came up with a idea to create a copy or doppelganger, he saw many suitable skill but this is the best because it's permanent until it's destroyed unlike others, so now he is collecting UP for it.
"Hmm, now where to find more crime scenes" murmuring he started flying and went on his usual patrol he is doing for past 2 years.
After a hour of patrol and catching some robbers he hurriedly went home as his AI Alisa informed him that his sister coming to check on him.
It all started after Max introduced his idea of opening the company, after that one such incident she sneaked at him one night seeing what he is doing and coincidently he was checking the New AI he purchased that same night and tinkering his laptop , seeing this his sister flared and banned him from working at night, as according to her it's not healthy for his growing body.
Of course she started randomly checking on him every 3 or 4 day a week from that night.
Max opened his eyes as Pepper went back after checking on him " hmm only 9 years remaining to Tony Kidnapping and 3 years to Felicia tragedy"
Max closed his eyes after reviewing major events he planned to infere which won't cause much change in Time line.
