Marvel Multiverse, Universe 199999 timeline 616, Milkyway Galaxy, Solar System, C-53(Earth), USA, Avengers HQ.
The Quantum Travelling machine inside the room beeped, and soon all the Avengers teleported onto its Quantum platform, everyone was wearing White colored Nano suits.
"Did we get them all?", asked Banner while looking at everyone.
"You telling me this will actually work?", asked Rhodey looking at everyone.
Soon they realized that three people are missing. Banner turned to Clint and asked," Where is Natasha?". Clint doesn't reply and remains silent with a sad expression seeing which Banner quickly understood the situation.
"Where the hell are Thor and Rocket?!", asked Rhodey looking around, Bruce fell on the floor still not recovered from the news of Natasha's Death while Tony quickly moved towards the Control area and started searching connection to Thor and Rocket but to his disappointment, he found the connection was broken.
"Goddamn!", he cursed while slamming on the computer, Bruce stood up from the floor and moved toward the Computer while small tears in his eyes and said," Let me try it", he quickly started typing and found that on the computer it showed unable to locate. Bruce screamed in frustration and then slowly walked away and sat on the sofa downhearted.
Tony sighed while putting his hand on his face in frustration, others were silent but they knew that mission has failed, or so they thought as a Magic Circle formed inside the room shocking everyone, they quickly got on their guard and soon a blinding light covered the room.
"Friday quickly equip my suit", Tony said after the white suit quickly disappeared and got replaced by his Battle Nano suit, he aimed the blaster at the point of the circle, and as the light dimmed they heard Thor's voice," Tony! Don't shoot it's me!". They all looked only to find three people in the place, Thor, Rocket, and an unknown person.
Tony's mask came off as he said," You almost scared us", he then looked at the unknown entity who looked at him with interest or so seemed to him," Who is she?", Steve asked looking at Raphael who looked back at him with a smile causing him to blush involuntarily, after all, Raphael while having a sort of androgynous face is really lethal to men.
"Don't be worried guys, he is the one who helped us come back", said Rocket, Thor nodded and Raphael glancing at Nebula turned to Tony and said," Why don't we chat in a more comfortable place?".

Raphael was sipping Coffee sitting on a Sofa while Rocket and Thor explaining about what happened to them and when they were done explaining everyone was shocked. After all, how wouldn't they be? Suddenly learning that a parallel world exists is enough to shock every one of them.
" So let me get it straight, both of your devices malfunctioned and both of you ended up in a parallel timeline where this Lad*Cough* Guy is the All-Father and your elder sibling, and then helped you two returning while providing Reality Stone", asked Banner.
Rocket replied," Yes that's what happened in simple words", Rhodey rubbed his head and said," This sh*t got crazier", hearing that Tony said," Not gonna lie about that", Clint suddenly said," We have all the Infinity Stones right?".
Scott answers," Yes", Steve suddenly moves toward Raphael and put forwards his hand, and introduces himself, "Steve, Steve Rogers", Raphael accepts his gesture and does a Handshake with him," Raphael", he says a single word.
Steve was a bit surprised by how soft Raphael's hand was, but quickly recomposes himself breaking the handshake and says," Thank you for helping Thor and Rocket and lending the reality stone, it means a lot to us", everyone could clearly hear Gratitude from his voice, all of them too were grateful to Raphael as without his help their mission would have failed.
Raphael shrugs and replies," Not a big deal, and Thor is my Brother, and seeing his miserable state I was unable to stop myself from helping", obviously it was a lie as he didn't care much about what happened to this version of Thor after all only the Thor of his world his sworn Brother not this fatty. He helped them and tagged along because he just wanted to have some fun.
Bruce came near to Clint and asked," What happened to Natasha?", the situation in the room became gloomy as everyone heard his question, Clint with grief replied," Condition for acquiring Soul stone was special, as you all know one had to sacrifice someone dearest to them an- and she sacrificed herself for that Goddamn stone!".
Thor suddenly says," We have all the Infinity Stones, don't we? We can bring her back!", his mood made everyone's mood lighter except Clint who before could say anything Raphael replied," It's not possible", everyone turned to Raphael who put down the cup continued," For a soul Stone you need to sacrifice a soul, the deal is irreversible and permanent even snapping while using all the Infinity stones can't undo it as it basically will be cheating, and Soul Stone won't allow it".
Bruce turned to Clint for his words and saw him in grief, and he replied," H-He is correct, that's the truth", Bruce's mood became bad hearing that, and then he said," If that's the case then we can't let her sacrifice go vain", everyone nodded and soon they started preparing for the Snap.
Tony carefully places the stones in the gauntlet he made while Bruce and Rocket watch. With nervous precision, Tony manipulates the machine and carefully places all six stones into the gauntlet.
Suddenly Rocket says," Boom", scaring the hell out of Tony and Bruce who jump a little and then look at him with a deadpan look causing Rocket to ask," Was the Joke wasn't Good?", they both sighed and then move to another room.
"So it's ready but the question is who is going to snap?", asks Tony. Everyone looks at each other and Thor comes forward and says," I will", everyone hearing quickly holds him and Steve says," Stop Thor we haven't decided who is gonna put that on yet". Raphael laughs causing his attention to shift.
Raphael moves to Thor and says," If you want to blast like a ballon then sure go ahead and try it", Thor gulps down nervously and asks," You are joking right?", but seeing him not replying he started getting nervous," Okay I am not doing it, I am not in a mood to blow up, wait what the hell all of you are laughing on?!", he said looking at everyone who tried their best to not laugh.
" Should I do it for you guys?", Raphael asks but Steve denies it," No need, you have already helped us enough we don't want to be selfish enough to involve a person who has nothing to do with you". Raphael just replied," Okay, Your choice". Then after talking for a bit they decided Hulk will do it and soon he snapped which destroyed his right hand.
Bruce faints and Steve shouts," Bruce?!", he moves to him and Bruce holds his hand, soon Clint gets a call from his wife which he took and struggled to say anything properly due to sheer happiness, A smile comes on Raphael's lips as he looks above while Bruce opens his eyes to see Sanctuary II up in the sky and a single missile heading towards the base.
"What the", before he could speak anymore, the missile blew destroying the base and blowing away Scott, Then a continuous array of missiles destroys the base completely and everyone sinks below the ground.
Raphael becomes invisible and floats above the debris, he was ready to witness the Big three v/s Thanos legendary fight, creating a Golden Chair sits on it, and creating some chocolate popcorn he starts watching it, soon Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor come out and seeing Thanos they get ready to fight.
The fight starts and he could see some deviation in the moves from the real, this time three of them had better synchronization than the original but Thanos still managed to throw Iron Man like a pile of metal and then Thanos attacks Thor and manages to get the upper hand, Steve tries to stop him but gets easily manhandled.
*Crunch* *Crunch* *Crunch* *Crunch*
Meanwhile, Raphael was seeing the live action very seriously while munching down the chocolate popcorn, suddenly he created a can of Pepsi and gulped the Cold Drink, then released a breathe while looking at Steve holding Thor's Hammer and striking Thaons with multiple Thunder Strikes."That's so spectacular!", he comments but his voice was diluted by Thunder, thus no one paid heed to it.
Thanos managed to break down Steve's Shield and throws him across the field, while Steve staggeringly tries to get up, Thanos summoning his whole army to the ground looks at him, and said," In all my years of conquest– violence– slaughter– It was never personal. But I'll tell you now– what I'm about to do to your stubborn, annoying little planet– I'm gonna enjoy it. Very, very much".
Soon the legendary scene arrives as Raphael's inner Marvel fan goes full throttle seeing Golden Portals appearing he smiles,' Damn it's fun to watch it in real life, but seriously I have gone crazy by human standards if they knew how I killed whole Avengers earlier I wonder what expression they would have made', he thought.
All the avengers, Magicians, Asgardians, Aliens, and Wakandians come out of the portal, Steve smiles and Doctor Strange comments," Is that everyone", Wong looks at him strangely and asks," What you wanted more?", suddenly loud voice echoes," Actually there is more".
They turn to see a person above sitting on a floating Golden Throne, Raphael jumps down creating a loud sound while the ground under him cracks, "Who is that?", asks Wong, while Doctor Stranges almost loses control and directly curses," What the f*ck!". Indeed he never saw Raphael in any of the possibilities, not even the one in which they win.
"Sorry before you continue your fight I would like to have my stone back", he said as the Infinity Gauntlet from Clint's hands flew to his hands, Raphael took out the Reality stone barehanded surprising and scaring many of the people and then took it between his two fingers he did something shocking as he smashed it."No!!!", Thanos shouts.
*Boom*
A Red Aura surrounds him and then gets absorbed by his body, then he takes all the Infinity Stones out of the gauntlet and takes them in his palm, and starts throwing them up and catching them again, seeing him playing with stones like that many of Avengers's heartbeat stops momentarily, Tony quickly shouts," Raphael listen to me for my dear heart Don't play with them!".
Raphael smirks and replies,"~Ara~Ara~ What should I do with them? Shall I destroy them?", Steve, Thor, and Tony quickly moves towards him and stopped a few meters away, Thor carefully looking at the stones said," Brother listen to me, please keep them back in Infinity Gauntlet", Steve quickly said," Yes Raphael doesn't destroy the stones, we need them to return it back to their rightful place".
Tony too nods nervously while Thanos grits his teeth, others look at the scene weirdly not knowing what to say, the whole field was silent with the big Three trying their best to convince Raphael who is playing a prank on them to stop from destroying the Infinity Stones, the scene becomes weird while Strange says," We are f*cked up".
Raphael sighs and puts all the Infinity Stones back in the Infinity Gauntlet and then says," Bah! You guys are no fun!", he then puts the Infinity Gauntlet in his Spatial Storage while others see the Gauntlet disappearing and Raphael says," Go on fight them, I will keep it safe till you guys win".
Thanos grits his teeth and jumps using his full strength like Hulk attacks Raphael while swinging his blade at him, others weren't able to react due to their shock and under their very eyes something shocking happens, Raphael easily stops Thanos's Sword just his two fingers, Thanos becomes surprised and then he felt a force on his stomach, he fells hundreds of meters back and crashed on the ground.
The whole area became silent, the person who erased Half of the life of the entire Universe, for whom the entire Avengers have assembled to battle him was played like a child, Thanos who was thrown away stands up slowly as a few drops of blood come from his mouth, he looks at Raphael and asks," You! Who are you?!".
Raphael's face which had a smile became emotionless for a brief moment, again a smile appears on his face as he replies," Well before I introduce myself, shouldn't you introduce yourself? The President of Universe Family Planning Committee", his words make several people laugh, especially Spiderman.
Sam asks Captain," Who the f*ck he is Captain?", Steve sighs not knowing what to answer while Thanos genuinely looks confused by Raphael's words, still understanding that he is asking for his identity he replies," I am Thanos, the savior of the Universe!", his words contained confidence that would even put Terrorists into shame.
"Pffft... Hahahahahha", Raphael starts laughing, then wiping out a tear from his eye he said," It is amazing! Your Savior Complex is at a whole other level!", Thanos grunts signaling his army and said," Fine, No matter who you are, the result will be same", then he shouts," Charge!".
The Avengers quickly took their stance ready to charge, but well Raphael snaps his finger and energy travels through the entire planet," Wait is that..", Bruce says as the entire army of Thanos except him turns into dust, Thanos looks at the scene baffled, shocked and terrified, he sits down seeing his whole army vanishing waiting for his demise.
"Can just anyone tell me what the f*ck is happening?!!", screams Peter Quill, everyone remains silently watching the entire army of Thanos turn into dust, Thanos finds himself the only one remaining and sees the army of avengers in front of he looks at Raphael and asks," Why I am still here?".
Raphael teleports near him and replies loudly," Because you saved this Planet!", he says exaggeratedly while the entire Avengers look at him if he is mentally ill," Uhh Thor you sure your brother is fine?", asks Rocket while Thor just shrugs."Well, Thanos, this planet is basically a Host for a Cosmic Being aka a Celestial, aka a World Creator, and since they feed on the energy produced by intelligent lifeforms by killing half of the population you delayed his birth from a few weeks till now!", he said,
Thanos stands up and says," Celestial, you know about them!", Raphael nods while the other Avengers look Gobsmacked, "So our planet is basically a snack for a God?", Tony sarcastically says and looks at Dorctor Strange who well gives him a small nod," Yes that's true but normally we wouldn't have to worry about it".
Avengers became silent while many directly cursed," What the f*ck man, one problem goes out and another comes in, what is with our luck?", cursed Peter Quill, Raphael meanwhile says," Thanos, so would you like to retire now?", he snaps his finger and a portal opens, on the other side of the portal there was the farm of Thanos.
He looks at it and then at him," No, I failed, Kill me, but before that remember it, Celestials are the real threat", he said and looks at Avengers, Raphael decisively just erases him out of existence as he closes his eyes peacefully, "Wait a minute! We need to know what he meant!", said Rocket while Raphael just starts humming.
The whole place remains silent not knowing what to do, finally, Doctor Strange flies towards him and asks," Who are you?", Raphael looks at him with a smile and said," You want to know?", Doctor Strange feels something wrong and tries to deny it but Raphael grabs his head and says," You are too late to back off now".
"No Raphael!!", screams Tony loudly but he was too late, time stops before Starnge's eyes and he founds himself in Universe before a figure so huge that galaxies looked small sparkling rubies he gasps looking at the figure as if he was looking at the God, so huge, so powerful, he could feel nothing but as being a speck of mere dust in front of him.
The next moment he was back while Tony blasted a repulsor at Raphael who turns them into nothing," Wait a minute Tony! He-he*gasp* *gasp* didn't do anything", said Strange, Tony stopped and looked at his friend, finally Raphael says," Now, the war is already over how we celebrate?".
