Azura Mazda: Yep.

Mars woke after a few minutes and then was silent for the next 15 minutes and then spoke.

Azura Mazda: I will give you chance to reincarnate in any world of your choosing, you can choose your looks, gender, etc. and with 1 power of your choice but you can't ask to become a god, primordial beings, infinite energy, Ability Creation, plunderer, etc.
Mars: So what I can ask??!
Azura: You can ask for high talent in Mana, Ki, Qi, Chi/Aura, Magic particles, Prana, or any other energy or boosted status like 16 times the strength, wisdom, etc.
Mars: It's too nerfed!
Azura: I am even giving you chance! If not for the fact due to my sneeze your universe got destroyed and after I redo your universe somehow you became singularity and you were not accepted by the world so I took pity on you otherwise you would have been erased by Timeline itself!

Azura Mazda for some reason was feeling like he will become scammed,' Why anime logic is affecting me?! Don't tell me this mortal found a loophole. It is impossible I used my OMNIs while deciding to give him the type of wish!'.
Mars: I want you to adopt me as your son!
Azura Mazda became shocked and understood after all familial relationships, a romantic relationship was a mortal thing and as a Cosmic entity, he never thought of that! Even though he created beings who can be called his sons or daughters he never thought of them as more than servants.
Azura: Hahahahah! a mortal bested me on wisdom! Me! Azura Mazda!
Mars waited for him to quiet and after he calmed down he spoke," So I am your son now?".
Azura: Yes! and my first child was accepted by me!
Mars became confused and then Azura Mazda clarified how he created many beings but never thought of them more than his servants so he will be his first official child.
Mars: So what now? I will become a cosmic entity or I will stay as human while protected from dangers due to being your son?
He asked Azura Mazda to become his son so that even if he doesn't give him any powers he can at least live peacefully. After all, he doesn't want harem like those people who after f*king their harem members say I love you or I love you equally after all if a person reincarnates into a fictional world and whether he/she goes for the harem route or not the fact they say to the characters that he/she loves them despite they only want their body and have balls to say they love even if they met for the first time in their life and forget about their friends, parents, siblings, etc with whom they spent their lives.
Even if Azura Mazda didn't give him powers he will ask him to make him genderless after all if he has any gender he will have lust and it will make him beta and he doesn't want that.
Azura Mazda: I can give you powers to make you instantly a tier 1-A being but won't that would be boring for you?
Mars: Yes it will be too boring so what do you suggest?

Mars: I have thought about that and to avoid becoming instantly OP which will be boring and what about Magicules which is the energy of Tensura after all?
Azura Mazda: You see since Tensura never existed Magicules too didn't exist though mana can act as a very good replacement or you can make a new type of energy.
Mars: I want Magicule to be an energy that can only be used by me or to whom I grant it. It will be an Omniversal type of energy with 40% Mana, 20%Qi, 5%Ki, 5%Aura/Chi/Life energy, 10% Cosmic energy, 5% chaos energy, and 15% other types of energies.
Azura: Done! and I will give you Passive skills Omni-concealment which can conceal you from even a tier 2-A being at most if you want. Next is Existential Resurrection which can resurrect you even if you die by the attacks of Tier1-A beings!
Mars: Thank you pop! and also transmigrate or reincarnate me in place of Ultron!
Azura: Vey well so you want to leave now?
