5 Weariness Chp 5

I was being attended by the medical droids still since I nearly froze in space which means I need a bit more energy.

I was resting and thought of getting something to be able to absorb the sunlight in the fortress-like solarium a room dedicated to helping me get sunlight in it. That way I can get a safe area to rest and recover.

What I was thinking was of getting the new element made by Iron man as it is essentially a sort of pseudo-infinity stone. Maybe I would get even more powerful than being in the sun. This is theoretical I have no clue if it would work like that or not.

Something I have noticed is that my strength is also rising even faster soon I might be able to keep using my powers without the sun. I have to learn how to fight in order to not depend on my superior strength and speed. I have been learning Torquasm-Vo a Kryptonian mental discipline, achieved by meditating to reach a "Theta State", which allows for mind reality-warping whis essentially fighting in the mind and resistance to various attacks such as transmutation and soul attacks.

While I was confused about the reality-warping in the mind it just means that I can fight someone if they manage to get into my mind by creating or changing the environment in my mind. Better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

This was also going to be essential as it comes with meditation techniques.

While they may not seem much they have been a literal godsend since they have helped control my powers immensely which in all honesty I am guessing my powers are more instinctual since Kal took years to get his powers to where they are while I have ideas about them.

I have also been learning Torquasm-Rao which uses the "Theta State" achieved by Torquasm-Vo. It helps use all my senses to their fullest and it uses something like the spider-sense but with the way it works it reminds me of ultra-instinct for one specific reason, it ups the strength limiter of the body.

The average human can use up to 40-50% of their strength while a pro bodybuilder can use 60-65%, the reason being is because our brain cannot receive all messages sent by protein cells or muscle cells in general at once and it also does this to protect the body from damaging itself.

While Kryptonians can use 60-70% at max with this technique it allows them to use all the way to 95% if my calculations are correct. With my adaptation, if I force my body beyond the limits it will adapt naturally and my strength would increase. It might explain why Zod was sometimes able to go against superman his training as a general and years of experience boosted everything about him. Superman rarely has to rely on his strength without sunlight.

But general Zod did, it also might be the reason when Superman was lifting about three times the weight of the Earth with no more solar energy in fact from what I remember he was being hit with red sun radiation.

Afterward, his powers increased immensely, his strength increased massively to the point where he was able to do it without sunlight for a week again.

It's like the problem with Super Saiyan as while the transformation is indeed powerful it is a crutch. Imagine a Kryptonian being in the Super Sayian transformation his whole life. Think of superman having a power level of 5,000 with sunlight and Zod having a power level of 85 with no sunlight then give him sunlight, his power level rises say by 50 times his power level is 4,250. That is the Issue with Superman he has barely even used his base strength for anything.

Kryptonians can become even more powerful than others and then some of the knowledge that came with the fortress revealed that the council of Krypton banned any Kryptonian being exposed to any kind of star other than a red star.

This gives an explanation as to why they wear space armored suits when they go off-world where they may be close to an environment like Earth. I have a theory that Rao may have manipulated them somehow as when Superman made a pact with the source itself he was freed from his control and it goes further he was born not made by a machine.

Since the knowledge in the fortress comes with a limited codex and a genesis chamber. I could make my own army and while it is tempting to create a sexy Amazonian army to be nothing more than my soldiers and baby mommas to create even more soldiers and diversify the gene pool...

...Ok, I am going to do it.

But later since If I do they might get captured and if they worship me I might become a god in Marvel. I paused at that and facepalm so fast I made a sonic boom.

That explains how the Avengers always seem to survive the Impossible or show feats that stand out from others they have before. Hero-Worship might help me become a god.

As the heroes might seem like gods to civilians and some might worship them. empowering them and it would explain how they seem to come back with no negative effects even after being left half-dead. They essentially receive the faith energy instead of the gods they believe in.

I just figured it out. How Captain America was able to hold Thanos with 5 Infinity stones back. That explains why so many supernatural beings want Earth how some came to it. To have humans worship them as gods, maybe but this is marvel any explanation can be true or not.

Look at Thor he is an alien and still referred to as the god of thunder. And he apparently is although it doesn't make them gods they are just empowered in order to deal with the situation at hand. Like when Loki used a born stone to help them fight the Void.

I was remembering the hero civil war and how some heroes were being ostracized from society as the media was manipulating things when people saw them they were seen as monsters if they didn't have anyone stopping it their power declined and the ones who registered were seen as heroes over the supposed "Villans".

I was wondering about this while the droids finished making the mines on Jupiter alongside the teleporter connect to the fortress to send the supplies there. I wanted to make armor like the Hell-bat from Batman as it was able to make a human albeit one in top physical condition, go up against Darkseid.

I was going to need a lot of time and research going into this armor. Superman very rarely wears any sort of armor at least to my knowledge as I know Superboy-Prime wears a suit that gives yellow sunlight but I don't know if he made it with any special materials.

I looked around as far as I could trying to find any strange metal that I didn't recognize but I found none of them. I was disappointed but hopefully, I would find some later on.

I didn't make many advancements on magic while the fortress comes with some knowledge of it, the Kryptonians left it alone as the effect was just too serious on their world eventually they stopped everything related to it after a demon was summoned and killed a huge population of them, prompting the creation of the genesis chamber I was able to use some very standard spells like elemental magic. But not much else what I found out though is that I have a magic core since some Kryptonians do have them.

But since I wished to be free of the limits imposed by Rao and his machinations I was given one. At first, it was separate from my body's way of charging with solar energy. But then I remembered I could manipulate my body to adapt so using magic to empty my core I thought of the sunlight also charging my body it took me a while as I had to empty my core again and again and think over and over to myself to make my core adapt to also use sunlight to recharge itself. And it worked a little too well as I theorized that my body used and sent most of the energy my body absorbed to make the adaptation possible I thought to myself

I was resting for a bit as I had barely regained the ability to travel around the world fast, now I am stuck back at Mach 3 speed. Fortunately, my body seems to just have used the energy to make the adaptation happen as when I was in contact with sunlight my absorption rate stayed the same but my core only charged up three times faster.

Which in my mind it was an improvement since before it took me around 17 hours before it went full again. It only took 5 five hours now it may not seem much but it was an improvement and I will take to anything at this point since I have had the fortress scan the Earth to be on the lookout on any villain I remember from DC comics. And I found out someone that somehow survived an encounter with a grey-skinned monster and bony-looking spikes before it disappeared I knew then who it was...
