I am looking at Mark as he shakes his head

"NO," He screamed as he went and punched his dad as I followed them

"Someone is controlling you," Said Mark"Dad, dad tell me how to stop them"

"Mark," said Omni-Man

"Let my dad go" Said Mark "Let him go," he continued

"Enough," Said Omni-Man as he grabbed Mark by the forearm, spun him around and send him flying a few meters away

"It's me Mark it's just me," He said

"This isn't how I wanted to do this but I don't have a choice its for you to know where I really come from," He began

"I am from Viltrum but it's not the planet I've told you about we have created a perfect civilization but it took all of our strength, determination, and courage to get there in order for our people to reach their full potential we had to remove the weak from our society. It was a long and difficult process when it was over our population was cut in half but what emerged from the ashes was unstoppable." He told Mark while I listened and prepared for the fight I know is about to begin.

"By the time I was born Viltrum was already the greatest empire in our galaxy, we decided to make it the only planet in our galaxy. Once I was old enough I joined the war effort it was hard but I believe in our cause some species resisted of course but no one could withstand us for long. Soon, our empire encompassed thousands of planets. But as our territory grew our forces were stretched thin and our expansion stopped we needed a better more efficient way to conquer worlds. Our most trusted officers were each given a planet to weaken by themselves," He said which made me wonder just how many planets they conquered

"I was one of those lucky few. I couldn't tell your mother why I was here. But that time's come to an end and now we need to get Earth ready to join the Viltrum empire." He finished with his tale

Mark had tears coming out of his eyes

"Mark this is good news. We can finally do what we were meant to do. Be who we were meant to be," he said

"You lied to me," Said Mark

"You couldn't know the truth not until I was sure," Said Omni-Man

Mark raised his head towards his dad

"Sure of what?" He asked

"Sure that you were a Viltrumite," He responded putting his hand on Mark's shoulder

Mark shook his dad's hand off

"So if I wasn't I'd just be one more human to conquer, no this doesn't make any sense you love me, you love mom, I know you do," Said Mark in a broken voice

"Do you have any idea how long we live the older we get the slower we age. Viltrumite DNA is so pure you're nearly full-blooded you'll live for thousands of years. Do you understand what that means? Everyone you know and love will be gone before you even look 30. It's not something I want for you. This isn't your world it's theirs but we can help them we can stop wars, eliminate hunger give them medical technology centuries ahead of what they have now. we are already doing it if it wasn't for you and me this planet would be in flames," he said

Omni-Man flew back from him a bit

"I do love your mother but she's more like a pet to me..."

"A pet"

"...this is the only way Mark"

"Don't touch me," Mark said getting angry

"Calm down," said his dad

"I will not calm down. This is insane what do you think is gonna happen? That I am gonna enslave my friends for a bunch of aliens I've never met. This is my life these are my people," said Mark gesturing behind him

"We have a responsibility to Viltrum..." began Omni-Man before Mark interrupted him

"I don't give a sh#t about Viltrum and I don't care if I live a f#cking million years this is my home and I won't let you destroy it," said Mark while clenching his fists

"You don't know what you are saying and I can't let you interfere," Said his dad while narrowing his eyes

"I know exactly what I am saying," said Mark as he raised his fists and I got myself ready

"So be it," Said his dad before sending a punch towards him which hit him on the chest and he was quickly behind him and punched him into the ground

"Do you really think you can stop me," Said his dad, and after that Mark tried to punch as he ripped through the dirt and hit his dad's palm and he closed it on Mark's fist

"Maybe he can't but why don't I give it a shot," I said he turned to look at me

"Forgot you were there," he said emotionlessly as he lifted Mark up and grab his leg and slammed him into the ground, and then sent him flying away

I punch him in the face as he went and crashed into the ground leaving a trail of open ground as he caught himself and dug his hand into the ground

"I have never heard of any Kryptonians but you said you are the last one so maybe it's time I make them extinct," He said as launched himself towards and tried to punch my head off but I raised my arm as it hit my forearm blocking it and made a shockwave come out

I punched him in the chest and a shockwave happened as he went flying into the ground. In a few moments, he flew up dirt flying up as he screamed and flew towards me with surprising speed and I let him hit me to test something.

(I am going to let him hit me in order for my adaptation to help me get stronger) I thought when I widened my eyes at the thought(My adaptation makes me look like a masochist)

When he hit me I felt pain again but unlike the giant wolf, this actually sent me flying back. I let out a smile.

(He can help me get stronger)

Just as he came over to me I grabbed his fist and punched him in the face making a tooth come out. He spits blood out of his mouth as he glares at me.

We stare at each other and then fly towards the other. Our fists clash as I feel the shock go through my arm as we begin punching each other. I didn't care if I got hurt I was just hitting him as he hit me even though it hurt like a b#tch I am taking it like a champ.

He used both of his legs to kick as he sent me flying away a bit. He began breathing lightly as he got into a fighting stance. I got into one myself

(So this is going to be a fight of skill, even though I haven't really been giving it my all) I thought

"You are strong," He said with a glare

"I know," I said getting serious as I have no idea of his fighting skill this might be an opportunity to get some experience and he must still be holding back as his hits also got stronger.

At an unspoken signal, we clashed against one another as we began our true battle
