God's Paranoia Chp 25

I was pissed off at the audacity of this b#tch. I went to punch her but then she threw stone spikes at me to try and impale me. I flew through them and saw she launched an energy blast at me. I didn't want to risk me becoming a god yet, at least not one from marvel.

I dodged the blast and when I got close enough I threw a punch at her face which connected and she went back a few meters but held her ground.

"Looks like this isn't going to be as easy as I thought," I said

She looked offended by what I said

"I AM GOING TO KILL YOU," She roared

"Before that, why did you attempt to seal my power?" I asked curiously. But having an idea why she did so.

"The Skyfathers and the ones who preside over fate told me you were dangerous and had to be destroyed or you will ruin this world," She told me in an angry voice with some remorse at the end.

"You are fateless which means that if you cannot be controlled then you will be destroyed," She told me

She looked to be mostly angry at what I called her. She looked to be angry at me. But something she called me, fateless. Does it mean what I think it does?

"You called me fateless what does that mean?" I asked her which seemed to surprise her enough to stop her from raging

"It means you are free from fate, no one can see what you are going to do, they asked to destroy you personally as they cannot interfere since you have yet to act against them, and they are fighting over who will get your soul when I kill you," She said calmer but still quite angry.

I noticed that she making some sort of armor around herself while I had asked my questions.

"Let's fight then," I said resigned that I may have to confront the sky fathers

I flew over to her and she launched a punch at me, I did the same. Our fist collided making a shockwave that destroyed the cliff beneath us. I sent a kick to her face but she blocked it with her forearms. She grabbed my leg and threw me into the ground and when I crashed into it, the ground began trying to eat me.

(She is the earth itself sh#t,) I thought to myself

I began forcing myself out of the hole but she seemed to surround me with metal. As dirt was transmuted into it I could see the molecules being rearranged.

(What is this metal) I thought trying to break it but only managed to form cracks on it. Gaea looked smug.

"Don't think this is all I got you c#nt," I said trying to piss her off, which worked as she roared.

I used that moment to vibrate around the metal that was covering me. I was free and then I went and punched her into the air to get her away from the ground.

"I hope this works," I said while trying to get into her mind to force her consciousness to stay in the body I am fighting. It didn't work and I realized that she was using that body as an avatar to fight me. This was a pain since if I wanted to kill her I would have to destroy the earth in order to do so.

A lightbulb appeared in my mind. I went flying to her and punch her into the ground I could see my fist imprinted on her side. As she went down I went flying up and then when I reach the area where the satellites typically are, I went down fast. I began to use the speed force and crimson energy to go into the ground and into the core.

I was going to threaten her to stop and leave me alone. When I reached the ground I made an explosion that I made sure was mostly taken in by the speed force to not break the planet. In a few moments, I reached the core I was just pretending that I was going to strike it when...

("STOP, DON'T DO IT,") Said Gaea in my mind

("Swear on your existence that you will not try to weaken me again and that you will not help anyone to try and destroy or subdue me, either directly or indirectly,") I told her in a no-nonsense type voice.

("I swear to everything you demand,") She said scared at my actions

I noticed that she patched the hole where I came in from. I could feel the oath-taking place. I quickly began to leave as having lava around me was uncomfortable and it was weird I just managed to do that. Granted, I was more than prepared to go down to the core like that. I had to be very careful now as I just went away and went back to the fortress.

#Gaea#

He is too powerful and unpredictable. I will have to speak with him soon to see his intentions. I may not be able to read his mind but his emotions were fair game. I realized he wasn't going to actually destroy the world I wasn't in the right state of mind when I answered his oath.

Now, I have to go and tell the Sky Fathers of what he has done and my failure at weakening him and killing him. I could destroy them all but it just isn't worth the hassle. The Fates on the other hand are going to be whining at me for not giving them the mortal under their control. They have grown too powerful over the years, which must be because of the Asgardian's cycle Ragnarok.
