Chapter 3

It was Thursday. Diya got ready and went to work as usual.

"Diya darling! Did something happen? Mr. No Moral wants to meet you!" Miss Kala's voice was the first thing Diya heard when she reached the teacher's office.

Every teacher there had a complicated expression on their face. Why won't they? Mr. Rowan is infamous for having no morals. He got the nickname 'Mr. No Moral' in just a week after his posting as the principal. No one will have a good day after an encounter with him.

Diya shrugged her shoulders and started walking toward the headmaster's office.

"How do you do your job? Your student's mother called yesterday and complained about how lacking her son is in the science subject. You receive your salary each month without fail, don't you? Then what's wrong with doing your job properly?!". Diya heard Rowan shouting at class three's teacher.

The poor teacher gave a painful smile to Diya on her way out. Diya took a deep breath before knocking on the door.

"Come in.".

"Hello, sir. Did you ask for me?"

"Oh Diya! Come, come. Sit.". Diya rolled her eyes when he said that. Only does she knows that this guy not only has no morals but he's a pervert too. How unfortunate that she's the only teacher who's young in this school apart from Miss Kala.

"How's everything going? Tell me if anything or anyone bothers you. I'll take care of that for you.". Diya stopped the urge to roll her eyes again and said " Everything is fine sir. And I can take care of my problems myself. Thank you for your concern sir.".

Rowan's smile faded a little. He leaned against his desk with his hands crossed. "Okay then. How about dinner today?".

Diya started to feel uncomfortable because of his stare. She stood up and said, "I'm sorry sir. I don't think I can join you for dinner. I have plans.". The next second, she found herself in between the desk and Rowan.

Diya started to panic. "What are you doing? Let go!" she said trying to push him off her. "Diya, don't be like this. Let's have dinner at my place. I have a special gift for you." Rowan said inching closer to her.

Knock... Knock... The sudden knock on the door made Rowan pause. Diya took this opportunity and pushed him away.

Diya ignored the confused look of the school clerk and hurried over to the teacher's office. The confused clerk asked Rowan "Is something wrong, sir?".

"No. Everything is fine. But don't disturb me again if Miss Diya is inside." Rowan said with a glare. The innocent clerk said sorry and left the office without wasting a second after placing the report on the desk.

Rowan smirked remembering the incident that just happened. "You can't run away Diya. Let's see how you'll escape from me the next time."

In the teacher's office.

Kala and the other teachers worriedly asked Diya what happened after she came running from the principal's office. They were furious after she told them what happened.

A teacher said, "That 40-year-old fart is going out of the limit.".

"He thinks he's a big shot just because his cousin is a big company's CEO. He even fired the teacher who reported him to the police. The police didn't take any action either. How frustrating!" Kala said without hiding her rage.

Everyone went back to their job in frustration as they can't take the risk of slacking off, scared of being on the receiving end of Rowan.
