In Love with a Shapeshifter (part 11)

When we made it home it was just Me and Evan. I turn around and say to Evan," You can come in if you like."

"Um, I dont know, your parents might find out."

"There find out eventually. Plus Blyth might tell them if were hangout in school so, you can come in." I open the door and walked in. He followed.

"So, thanks for telling me the truth" I say.

"Yeah, your welcome. So what are we going to do?" He asked sitting on the sofa.

"I don't know, we can watch a movie." I suggested.

"Sure." I picked out a movie and we watched it together. I was curled up on the opposite side of the sofa he was on. Then we cooked something to eat and talked to each other for a long time.

"Um who is this?" Me and Evan both turn around and see Blyth standing there with Crystal and Seth. Crystal smiled.

"This is Evan, Evan this is Blyth." I said.

"Nice to meet you." Said Blyth.

"Are you feeling better Miss dramatic exit." Said Crystal in a snobby voice.

"I think it got worse." I say. She is really making me mad.

"Were going up stairs, make sure you tell your dad you have a friend over." Said Blyth.

"I think I'm going to stay with them." Said Seth.

"Yeah, whatever." Blyth and Crystal went upstairs.

I was left with Evan and Seth.

"So are you okay?" Asked Seth.

"Yeah, the only part I'm worried about is going to school tomorrow."

"That's all tooken care of. I told the teacher that you and Evan werent feeling well and I told him that the nurse sent you and Evan home."

"Thanks." I said.

"Yeah, so since were all here, do you want to do the project?" He asked.

"Yeah, we can make up for what happened." I look at Evan an he looks at me.

"Yeah, let's get started." We start researching for our project. The three of us work on it since Crystal is upstairs. We work for about five hours and we were half way done. Then my parents came home.

"Hello Seth, Karla," then see looks over at Evan," and who is this?" She ask setting her coat down and hanging up her jacket.

"This is Evan, he's a friend." I said.

"Well its very nice too meet you." She said.

"Nice to meet you too, what can I call you?" Asked Evan.

"Oh, you can just call me Diana, Is anyone hungry?" She asked.

"Starving." Said Seth.

"OK then I'll make dinner. You can stay if you want." She went into the kitchen and stared cooking.

I walked over to Diana and asked," Series my dad?"

"Oh, he's working overtime. His boss asked him to."

"Oh, thanks."

I turn back around and face the guys.

"Do you guys what to take a break?" I asked them.

"Yeah, we can. Let's go up stairs." Said Seth. They both got up and we went upstairs to Blyth's room. We opened there door and they were talking.

"Were coming in." Said Seth. We walk in and all Crystal is staring at is Evan. Uggggg!!!! I just want to go over there and rip out her eyeballs!

"So were almost done with the project, Crystal." Seth looks over at her.

"What, I'm sorry I came over here not to do a project OK, I came over here to see Blyth."

"Well I hope you get no credit for not doing it." Says Seth leaning up against the dresser.

"Oh yeah Karla," Blyth says," I have some clothes for you." She walks over to her closet. She pulls out plies of clothes. Its the pile I found the clothes I'm wearing right now.

"Here, take these to your room." She says.

"OK, Evan can you help me?" I ask him.

"Yeah." Me and him grab the piles of clothes and put them in my room. We set the clothes on my bed. Out of the whole pile I notice a beautiful dress. I pick it up and hold it up to see it better.

Its a beautiful short purple dress that has sparked starting for the bottom then go up. As they are the sparkles go up they slowly fade away.

"You'll look good in that." Said Evan. I total forgot he was there. I blush. My face turns bright red and I get butterflies in my stomach.

"Thanks," I set the dress down,"so you going to eat with us?" I ask turning around to him.

"Yeah, your stepmother is really nice." He said.

"Yeah, she is. Glad your staying." I said

"Yeah, me too." I smiled. We started to walk but to Blyth's room.

"So what are we going to do now?" Asked Crystal.

"Well we can go into the basement." Suggested Seth.

"Wait, you have a basement?" I was surprised.

"Yeah. Let's go." They all got up and walked out of the room, we followed.
