197 Girlfriend

Lijuan could have said her heart skipped a thousand beats if that was possible, as she blinked at Yun in surprise. She had known he liked her and she had been expecting him to ask her to be his girlfriend for real, but she hadn't been expecting a confession of love from him.

"Wh---at did you just say?" She asked with wide eyes, her heart beating very rapidly now.

"I know it sounds sudden and so out of the blue, but I really think I do love you and would love for you to be my girlfriend... for real." Yun said when he noticed how much his confession had shocked her and moved back to the couch to sit beside her. But Lijuan just kept gaping at him, unable to say anything else. This had definitely taken her by surprise. Their conversation had completely changed in just a minute and it was a bit hard for her to recover from the shock.
