1 Chapter 1: The plan to kidnap Hinata Hyuga

Konoha had been established for 48 years now.

It didn't really matter if it didn't succeed or not but whether Konoha's higher management would harm their relationship with their own clan's for the sake of their so called 'peace'
"Worthy of the title shinobi, so very vicious~yeah!"
Killer Bee hummed in praise? or maybe ridicule.
"Hachiro-sama, is this plan feasible?"
The Raikage's secretary, Mabui frowned.
"Long story short, we ask a sick shinobi to attempt to kidnap the recently born daughter of the Hyuga clan's main family and if in the event we are discovered, we threaten them with war and take the Hyuga clan's new born heir. It would be nice if the Hokage didn't try to settle accounts but getting him to take the initiative to hand the child over... Isn't that impossible?"
