4 Small Council

When Arthur had reached Crownland for the 'Heir's Tournament', there were knights and noble's here and there. From the nearby people, he learned that the Tourney would start only after 2 days. So, Arthur went into the venue to register his name for it.

"Hello, I am Arthur from house Valhalla. Put my name in the upcoming tournament."- Arthur told a woman who was sitting in the central of the venue.

"Age? I don't know any house named Valhalla?"- That woman asked Arthur curiously.

"I am 15 name-days old. As for the question that you don't know any house named Valhalla, it's because it went extinct. I am it's last member."- Arthur answered the woman in a boring manner. In the short time arriving in crowlands, many people were interested in Arthur because of his appearance. So, he knew what that woman would say next time.....

"Now, you will say ' Please don't put your life at risk'. Relax, I know what I am doing."- Arthur told the woman before she could ask him again.

"There are melee and joust in the tournament. Which do you want?"- That woman questioned Arthur with an angry look.

"Both."- Arthur quickly answered.

There were silence in the venue because that woman couldn't believe that a 15 year old boy would participate in this bloody tournament .Moreover that boy would participate in both joust and melee. Yet she had to write his name.

"1 gold dragon."- the woman urged Arthur would give the entry fee which Arthur gave fast.

Arthur went away to book an inn for 3 days. He had to make new plans because the timeline followed the show not the book. Arthur remembered that in the book Cristone cole would win this time and become a kingsguard. He would become 'Rhaenyra's shield'. Then there would be 2 more tourney. One for the fifth anniversary of King Viserys I and Queen Alicent and one for the wedding of Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen and Ser Laenor Velaryon. Arthur knew that the wedding between between Rhaenyra and Laenor would get bloody which would later create distortions.

Now that Arthur knew the timeline followed the series, then there would be no more tourney's later. As a result Laenor's Boyfriend, Joffrey Lonmouth would die in the wedding not because of tourney. But he would get thrashed by Cristone. With such a heavy mind, Arthur started cursing at the series director because he altered many events from the books to his series.

But one thing Arthur is sure now which is Daemon would participate in this event and later get wrecked by Cristone. Then he would get sent to Dragonstone for saying Baelon 'an heir for a day'.

'so the war of the stepstones hasn't started yet but will soon.'- Arthur mumbled to himself.

What Arthur didn't know was that there were already rumours that a boy has come from old Valyria or a bastard boy has come to prove. But in the end all the rumours pointed that someone has come who has pure valyrian traits. Even the Targaryens and Velaryons heard about it.

~Small Council~

There was a discussion going on about Arthur.

"I am telling you, your grace. A boy of the Valhalla house, one of the most powerful house in Valyrian Freehold has come, your grace. We should welcome him. He might be the last one who survived like us. He is like our family."- Lord Corlys Velaryons told all the lords in the meeting.

King Viserys Targaryen was busy eating an egg while Rhaenyra Targaryen was pouring drinks to all the council members cups. There were 8 members in the small council including King Viserys, Rhaenyra and Lord Corlys.

"I highly doubt that the boy had come to help. Your grace, he is a risk to your ruling. You must condemn him guilty for treason and execute him. That way your ruling is secured."- Lord Otto Hightower, the hand of the king suggested to Viserys.

Hearing this, Daemon and Lord Corlys chuckled. "Do you think that you can measure him with your meekly strength. If what Lord Corlys said is true, then he might be a dragon ride and a magician. After all, those who were from the top houses in Valyrian Freehold had access to not only dragons but also magics. Brother, I say we welcome him cordially. If he becomes a threat, we shall fight. "- Daemon stated glaring at Lord Otto.

Meanwhile, Rhaenyra was a 14 year old girl. After the mention of Arthur and him being someone from the old Valyria, made Rhaenyra interested in him.

' These people are saying that a boy from Old Valyria has come to participate in the tournament. He is just 15. A year older than me yet he is participating. He has courage. I wonder how does he look like. Does he have pure silver hair like our ancestors?'- Rhaenyra started thinking about Arthur. What the men from the council didn't know was that a women's curiosity is a dangerous thing. They didn't know that curiosity could bore love. If they did, they would have excluded her from this meeting only. Now Rhaenyra was curious about the boy and decided to meet him if possible in the tourney.

'I wonder which maiden would he choose for a blessing? will he choose me? But he doesn't know me at all. Why am I thinking about him? I am a princess. I don't have time for such dreams.'- Rhaenyra thought to herself not knowing that her father King Viserys is calling her for some time.

"Rhaenyra!"- King shouted at his Daughter.

Hearing that, Rhaenyra's dream got broken and got flustered before replying," Yes father."

"Are you all right? I need more wine."- King Viserys pointed at his cup. Rhaenyra rushed to fill his cup.

"perhaps the princess needs rest."- Lord Otto told everyone in the council. Rhaenyra frowned because if she left, she would not learn more about Arthur. So, she replied that she was fine and told not to worry about her.

Soon, King Viserys declared his response about Arthur.

"Like Lord Corlys said that boy is like our family. Unless he does something harmful, he will be our family. I don't want to hear anything bad about him. If someone from this room sends assassins to do harm to the boy and in response he kills all of them, it will be your fault not the boy's."- Viserys declared to all the council members especially at his brother Daemon and his hand Lord Otto.

" What about the triarchy? They invaded Stepstones for many time now. They are destroying my fleet, your grace. Please your grace, send an army to defeat them. The tolls imposed on our ships for crossing Narrow Sea is also a great amount. I don't have that many riches to give tolls anymore."- Lord Corlys Velaryon stated to King Viserys who in response didn't give a shit to it.

Reluctantly Viserys declared," We can't harm the Triarchy alliance. But I will send an army after my queen Aemma Arryn gives birth."

Though Lord Corlys was angry at his behavior but he didn't show it in his face.

Almost all the members of the small meeting had only one thing in mind which was Arthur Valhalla. They all thought one thing 'Is he an ally or an enemy'. While Rhaenyra became more curious about Arthur.

Arthur on the other hand was sleeping peacefully in his bed not knowing all the plots were circulating around him.
