77 76. Ritual for Body

As Lily finished explaining the details to Hermione, she saw her looking at Amelia with interest in her eyes. Lily decided to ignore it and then watched the rest of his meetings with Greengrasses and others.

"It looks like Christopher Greengrass is going to become a problem for you.." Lily frowned.

"I know. He was not like that after his marriage but because of Astoria's sickness, he had to endure many things before he became hopeless. Now The man only wants to see his house prosper and will always try to take advantage of others for this and it worries me." Harry also frowned in contemplation.

" How can he affect you Harry? " Hermione asked anxious for Daphne's wellbeing.

Harry still needed Christopher, not only as his supporter in Wizengamot but also to be the wall that would protect his family. Lily nodded, completely in support of Harry's idea.

"By the way Harry, since Hermione is already here, let her undergo the ritual you have selected for her." Lily suggested aptly.

It was a very complicated ritual as it was nearly impossible for anyone else in to world to draw so many complex runes and layers of ritual circles in the small space. It also needed some customisation for every other person. Harry had the confidence to complete it only because he had Vorn with him to do this.

" Let me first perform it on myself." Harry wanted to test if there will be any problems or side affects before letting others perform it.

Soon they reached the ritual chamber and Harry cleaned that place thoroughly. Summoning Vorn, he let it draw the circles while he prepared the ingredients. It took Vorn 15 minutes to draw everything and Harry took another 15 minutes to place to ingredients and check everything one final time.

"Alright Harry. Don't worry, we will be watching you all the time and I wouldn't let anything happen to you." Hermione said herself hyperventilating.

"Relax Hermione. I still think you should sit it out." Harry said for the fifth time.

"No. I want to be ever ready. Moreover it's my trun next and tomorrow I'll also have to help others. it'll we helpful to watch you undergo it." Hermione shook her head adamantly.

"Alright Harry. Let her watch, she has already made her mind.." Lily said amusedly.

Harry shrugged and started stripping up before going to lie down above the circle, keeping positions in mind. No matter how many times he does it but he always feels nervous before performing any ritual. Taking a deep breath to calm his mind, he started pouring magic into the circle thereby activating it. Soon he started to loose his consciousness and knew no more.

When he again opened his eyes and sat up, he saw Lily looking at him with relief but also disbelief while Hermione was actually looking at him with a furious blush on her face making him confused. He looked around himself and saw that the diagram had completely turned dark that means there was no problem with it.

Soon, he stood up wanting to check the results and only then he realised that his height had increased a lot.

"Th... That-" Harry stopped Hermione as soon as she started to speak, as he wanted to check the ritual effects before and after system's rewands.

"Vorn! Please write it for me.." He ordered and then seeing that it was ready, he continued-

" General Effects ( before rewards):

1. Removes the physical cap.

2. Promotes body growth towards the optimum condition.

3. Enchances the performance and durability of both internal and external body parts.

4. Enhances Stamina.

5. Selective regeneration.

6. Puts an intent based genic lock inside the body." Harry listed and then gave it to Hermione and Lily to see and understand, while he sat down to feel his own changes.

He realised that his own body's limitcap was removed meaning now he could grow stronger without reaching a limit anytime soon. His body growth speed had increased significantly, which was a good thing but he will also have to deal with things like harmones and libido as the system did not count them as side-effects. His body's overall durability and performance also improved exponentially, making his skin, bones, muscles, tissues, nerves, tendons, marrow, veins and arteries, internal organs and even cells etc. Improve their capabilities. After this ritual, nothing like that would happen, as without willing intent to give blood, nails, hairs, sweat and even all other types of body fluids will vanish after leaving the body.

As increase in height and strength were positive side effects of the ritual so the system also didn't cancel their effects.
