61 61. Outrageous Demands

"Alright then, please tell me all the things you need." Bogrod nodded and took out a quill and parchment to write.

"Sentient Flame, Phoenix Egg, Phoenix tears, phoenix flame, Phoenix ash, Phoenix heart feathers....." Bogrod sweated more and more as Harry continued to recite the names.

" Lord Potter... I.. I am really sorry but some of the things you want are so outrageous that they are nearly impossible to find and even if we do manage to find them they will cost more than the whole Gringotts." Bogrod said sweating heavily.

" I know Bogrod but I'll say once more... I will pay for them, no matter the cost. Just don't try to scam me or you will not like the consequences." Harry said coldly.

" Ofcourse.. Ofcourse.. Do you need anything else Lord Potter." Bogrod nodded his head.

" Yes. I want you guys to make a Smithy, a Potion lab, a storage to store medical ingredients, a magical greenhouse, a vault with maximum security, an Alchemy room, a room for enchantments, 2 ritual rooms, 1 large training room and 1 large garage in the Potter Ancestral Home if they are not already in it.

I need them sometime during the next week." Harry ordered. He didn't want to go to Gringotts every time he needed to use those facilities. And with how fast he was learning things he knew he would need to use those facilities on a regular basis.

"This is easy. I promise to get it done in three to four days." Bogrod promised, happy to have something easy for once.

"One more thing, ask House Black's account manager to come here. I have some questions for him." Harry said. Soon the an old goblin who introduced himself as Ripjaw came in. Harry made him swear the secrecy oath which he only did after Bogrod told him that Rognuk himself had taken the same oath.

"Ripjaw, tell me about Sirius Black. I heard he was disowned by his mother, is it true?" Harry asked without wasting any time.

" Actually no. She did indeed try to remove him from the family, but she did not have the authority to do that. Sirius Black will be the member of house Black till he dies or till he himself use rituals to leave the family." Ripjaw answered shaking his head.

" So that would make Surius Black the Lord the house black, right? Afterall there is no male heir alive from the direct line. What rights Bellatrix, Andromeda and Narcissa have on it? "

" Sirius Black is indeed that candidate to become the next Lord Black. He will become Lord Black only if he accepts his legacy and claims the Lord ring.

Andromeda was disowned. Narcissa and Bellatrix too don't have any rights to it as they were married with proper dowry." Ripjaw finished but Harry could see in his status that he was hesitating to say something.

" What is it Ripjaw. You don't need to hesitate, tell me everything." Harry said.

" Lord Potter. While it is true that they can not claim anything legally but they are not the type to act within legal bounds. Lestranges are in Azkaban but Malfoy still hold major powers in their hands.

Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy had also tried to find out about Sirius Black's legal status many times. One time we even had to execute a goblin who was trying to steal some documents from my office. The incident was suppressed to not ruin Gringotts reputation but we found out that Malfoys want to let their son become the next Lord Black." This news was very concerning for Harry.

'This means Sirius's life is in danger. But if that is so then what is stopping Malfoy from bribing an auror and killing Sirius. According to his modus operandi, Sirius would have lost his life by now.' Harry thought in puzzlement.

"Ripjaw what do I have to do to become the next Lord Black?" Harry asked making both Ripjaw and Bogrod astounded.

"It is not possible. You are no Black so you can't become Lord Black." Ripjaw shook his head.

"What if Sirius allows me to become Lord Black?" Harry asked persistently.

"Lord Potter, it doesn't happen like that. Your grandmother was indeed a Black before her marriage but you are her grandson not the son to have any possibility of becoming Lord Black.

The only way you can become Lord black is if you marry a daughter of Black without dowry or if you are willingly adopted by the current Lord using rituals." Ripjaw went back after Harry clearly understood the ins and outs of the matter.

"By the way Lord Potter, if you are not in a hurry we do have a request." Bogrod said as if suddenly remembering something. He asked Harry to wait as he had asked Rognuk to come.

"So Rognuk, tell me what requests you have?" Harry asked curiously after the usual greetings.

"Lord Potter, we want your help to empty some centuries old vaults so that we can demolish them using brute force without worrying about the treasures inside." Rognuk said.

" Oh.. Why not.. after all I will be getting 50% with priority selection. Show me which vault it is and tabulate what is in there." Harry happily agreed and went with Rognuk and Bogrod towards an underground vault.

On the way he saw the Ukrainian Ironbelly that Gringotts kept to guard the important vaults. Looking at it, Harry truly felt pity for it.

'How unfortunate to be caged and used for your own powers. I should make a suitcase like Newt Scamander to house these creatures. Nah, I can't give them the care and attention they need.

I could send them to some reserves but there too they will be used for their materials.

I will keep them for a while, until I can find someone to take care of them.

I need a stable way to earn lots of money. Every project is burning galleons, I need to do something about it fast.' Harry thought.
