109. Hogwarts express

After settling the matter of Sisara, Harry first sealed all the entrances into the chamber and then finally went ahead to start with Salazar's legacy.

Just like his mother had told him, he was given a few choices of subjects and asked to select one. Harry first started with the easiest subject, that was Potion and started giving tests continuously, advancing rapidly. After two hours, he finally took a break and went back home, deciding to do it daily for an hour or two.

The next day was his last class with Nic and Perry, as he had started calling them. He had already learnt everything Perry had to teach about healing and Charms while he was halfway through his Alchemy with Nic. It was because he had already done much research on charms and healing himself before learning from Perry but Alchemy was a completely new subject to him and he only had some basic knowledge about it.

Even then Nic and Perry praised Harry to the high heavens as in their eyes what he had achieved was nothing short of impossible. Harry also got the idea on how he could proceed with Astoria's treatment and he and Perry decided that it would be his mastery project in healing. Harry also talked to her about Frank and Alice Longbottom's illness but unfortunately even Perry had no idea on how to proceed with their illness. Harry still promised himself to try his best to help them and let Neville feel the love and care of his parents.

It was first of September 1992. Harry sat with Hermione, Daphne, Penny, Susan and Hannah as they watched everyone bid farewell to their families. Harry also bid them farewell and was hugged motherly by Emma and Emily. Isabel also nodded at him knowing that many people were looking at them.

Jessica had been sad thinking about being away from him but he assured her that he would visit his home regularly for various purposes and they can meet then.

" What are you thinking about, Harry?" Penny said pulling him to her lap and looking at Hermione and Daphne teasingly making them roll their eyes at her.

" That how close the four of us has gotten in just one year that I'm actually feeling uncomfortable with Jess' absence.. " Harry sighed warming their hearts.

" You are right. She is usually the quite type but her presence made us feel goood." Penny said as she started combing his hairs using her fingers making him close his eyes and enjoy the care contendedly.

Suddenly he felt like he wanted to walk around the train and check all the new students. Harry knew it was his luck guiding him so didn't resist and sat up sighing.

" What happened?" Penny asked seeing him sign and sitting up.

" I want to walk around the train." Harry said standing up and stretching.

" Alright. I too have to go do my prefect duties." Penny nodded as she too stood up.

" If you see others from our house, can you point them towards here. We should sit with everyone.." Daphne suggested making Harry nod.

Harry and Penny first changed into their school uniforms and then seperated to walk towards the opposite direction. He started looking around, meeting and greeting everyone as he passed by their compartments.

Harry wasn't friends with everyone but he knew to maintain a nice image in front of everyone. He knew that even many Slytherins liked him because of his looks, aura and image but maintain a distance because their house leaders don't like him.

Harry greeted everyone with a charming smile whether they were from Hufflepuff, Gryffindor or Ravenclaw. His popularity with the girls was no less than Lockhart and it was specially so after his body ritual.

He met with many new students on the train and even allowed Colin Creevey to take his photos with many eager people. He found his friends. Michael, Terry, Padma, Sue and others. He greeted them and pointed them towards his own compartment and as he went even further ahead he stumbled into the Slytherin group.

Draco scrunched his nose looking at Harry, " So you even know to walk without your mudbloods Potter.." He mocked and some laughed as if he had cracked the funniest joke.

" Wow. I can see flowers falling from your mouth Draco. Well what more can be expected from a Malfoy.

And for your information we are not as clingy to each others as you, Nott, Crabbe and Goyle are. By the way how is your relationship progressing these days? Asked your daddies to sign marriage contracts? You shouldn't wait for the babies to be born before doing so.. " Harry spoke without letting them interrupt.

" POTTER!! " Draco yelled taking out his wand as did many others but Harry was still standing casually looking directly in their eyes fearlessly. They didn't know that he could kill them all with a few waves of his hands.

" Leave it Draco.. Let him dance as much as he wants.." Nott stopped Draco by holding his hand but not looking into Harry's eyes. Harry was surprised at his action but didn't show it in his face.

Harry scoffed at them and started walking back towards his compartment.

\ So what are they planning?/ Harry asked Bree directly. Nott might have acted like he was scared of him but Harry knew because of his empathy that Nott absolutely abhors him and was even having some dark amusing feelings.

\ Notts plan on attacking Penny's and Hermione's home tonight. His father has arranged everything and they plan to rape and kill both Emily and Emma. / Bree answered carefully but truthfully knowing full well how angry Harry was going to be with the news.

\ It's good that they are already living with you. Notts snr. Is not gonna find anyone there. / Bree added wanting to calm him down. The problem was Harry still had smiling expression on his face but she knew there was a fiendfyre hidden within his eyes at that moment.

\ No Bree. Our guests are coming expecting a party so a grand welcome and a party is what they are going to get tonight.. Do you know the detailed plan?/ Harry asked as he also understood why Nott didn't look in his eyes. He thought Harry found out about their plans because of legilimency the previous time.
