Time passed and everyone saw Rhaenyra doing her duties as queen perfectly, they saw her as the queen they needed.While this was happening, Aegon who was already married to Alerie Tully and had son named Araxas Tageryen and he claimed his dragon and named it Tyraxes.

Tyraxes was thriving and growing larger every year, he was the same size as Seasmoke also this gave Otto more confidence that his rebellion would work, since he now had three dragons.

But that was mistake on his part as he thought Helena would side with his blood and family in the war, which was huge mistake to just assume.Also Otto was not fully placing his hope on Aegon,since he knew the boy was an idiot and he was hoping Araxes would take throne,when the time comes.

Also Criston Cole was personal guard of Allicent,although Criston did try to get Rhaenyra's attention during the tourney.But failed and Otto was the one to recruit him mainly on Allicents behest.What many didn't know at that time this knight would play a part the massacre a loss of majority of the dragons the Targaryen's had.

Allicent being alone and with know one to count on fell for Criston's caring attitude,it was known to some of the maids that both are having an affair and Criston really belived he could get away with it,his plan was to curry favour from Allicent.But the problem was he belived Otto,when the man spoke about stroge alliances they had.He didn't know that Otto was only barely keeping the Alliances togther,most of the alliance members were aiming for Araxes.

While Allicent always liked to subtly poke at Rhaenyra for not producing any children or heir, but that stopped quickly when announced she was pregnant and it was boy.

Rhaenyra gave Allicent fake smile and said"I am not brood mare for just giving children,and

my husbands understood the fact, I was not ready for children.Also I am busy running the Five Kingdoms."

Rhaenyra had feeling, if Eragon wasn't present her life would be much worse and she would pressured into giving birth to children.

Rhaenyra then sighed she was really was tried from all the talk with councils and lords, she was really not in the mood to fight with Allicent over this and said"Allicent,please stop this.I don't have any grudge against you, so can you please stop trying to fight me on everything."

Allicent glared and walked away, while Rhaenyra shook her head feeling a more headace coming.She really didn't't hate Allicent now, after all her former friend was just a puppet for Otto.Whom Rhaenyra hated with deep passion and she was very wary of Aegon's son Araxes,as the boy showed the same ruthless as Aemon and cunning behaviour as Otto.

Rhaenyra sighed and went back to her room, where she saw Eragon was reading a book laying on the bed,waiting for her and Eragon seeing her tired face questioned"How was the council meeting?"

Rhaenyra removed her crown and replied"Very tiring, there was new trading agreements with Yi Ti and some issues with Arryn's?

Eragon nodded as Rhaenyra added"Then their is Allicent poking around.It seems they have gained courage since Araxes claimed his dragon.Also Allicent really seems to believe no one is a aware if her nightly affairs with Criston."

Eragon sighed and replied"Your father doesn't seem to care about what Allicent does or wants for now."

Rhaenyra having changed to a more comfortable night clothes lied next to Eragon and snuggled into him.
