1 Chapter 1- A new bond

In Heaven Dou City, on the crowded streets, people were walking and chatting with each other. But a strangely beautiful woman with long black hair was walking aimlessly, and in front of her was a small blonde-haired boy who was walking towards her and quickly passed by her. 

She came to a halt and turned to face the child who was running away from her. She started walking in his direction with a little smile on her lips. 

After that, a six-year-old youngster was quickly devouring bread with his dirty hands in a dark lane of rusted dwellings. He was dressed in ragged clothing with numerous tears on it, but his golden hair shone like diamond ore. 

"But what should I eat at night, Is it really a good choice for me to run away? No, I don't like that place..." said the youngster as his ocean blue eyes were slightly teary. 

While he was thinking, he heard footsteps and looked around to see who had come. A woman with long black hair was approaching him, and he was terrified of her since he remembered stealing money from her. 

He stood up, summoning the two kunai in his hands, glaring at her in a defensive stance. She was astounded by his Martial spirit and wondered how an orphan child had awakened his Martial spirit. 

"S...Stop!" exclaimed the child, pointing the kunai at her as a warning not to approach him. She came to a halt, gazed at the frightened infant, and felt sad in her heart to scare the child. 

"Don't worry, kid, I won't hurt you," she said as she approached him carefully. 

"I said stop right there!" exclaimed the child, his back touched against the wall. When she approached him, his heart rate increased and his hands trembled. He stabbed her hand with Kunai, and blood began to ooze from the wound. When he saw this, his legs became heavy and he kneeled on the ground, covering his head with his hands, prepared for a beating.

She gazed at her hand, now bloodied and looked at the terrified child. She then kneeled on the filthy ground since she didn't care. She caressed his perplexed head as he glanced at her through his tears. When she saw his crying face, her heart couldn't take it any longer and she hugged him. 

"Y..you..what are you up to..Hic.." He was holding back his tears while speaking to her, but her warmth made him impossible to do so, and tears streamed from his eyes as he cried loudly into her chest. 

"Waa~..Wuaaa~" 

His tears got her blouse wet, but she didn't mind and patted him. He stopped crying as she gazed at the child who had fallen asleep on her bosom. 

'This boy seems very exhausted,' she thought as she picked him up and carried him to the nearby hotel room, where she was staying temporarily. 

She kept him on a nice bed slowly, and when she was going to move up, the child grabbed her tightly. She smiled and cuddled the kid on her soft chest while sleeping with him. 

'What am I supposed to do with this kid now?... I can't just abandon him now...then Why shouldn't I adopt him?' she reasoned as she caressed his pale cheeks, which were pale in comparison to normal children at his age; he was malnourished and feeble. 

'Xiaogang, when will you come? It's been years since you fled away from our marriage, but I'll wait for you, and this youngster will be our child, I'll look after him like my own child,' Liu Erlong, the illegitimate daughter of Yu Luomian from Blue Lighting Tyrant Dragon clan, pondered. 

After her going-to-be husband abandoned her on the wedding day, she established the Blue Tyrant Academy for Commoners and waited for him there.

'But who is this youngster, and how did he manage to awaken his martial spirit?' thought Liu Erlong as she waited for him to awaken.

'Awe, very cute, It's been a long time since I felt happy haha,' Liu Erlong thought as she looked at him, who was still pressing his face on her chest. 

He moved his head towards her, resting his chin on her bosom, his eyes widening as he noticed her, and he sprang off the bed, gripping the kunai, ready to strike her. 

"Well, calm down, I won't hurt you," Liu Erlong remarked as she tied her elegant black hair and removed her upper blouse-type shirt before rising from the bed and looking at him.

 He paused for a while and took back the Kunai, and she immediately grabbed him with her slender arms and lifted him like a child, catching the kid off guard with her sudden cuddle.

"By the way, what is your name?" Liu Erlong said as they walked to the bathroom together. 

"Qian Feng," he muttered, blushing as he struggled from her embrace.

'Qian?...whatever, he's my son now, and I'll protect him with my life,' Liu Erlong thought grimly and determinedly. 

"Nice name, and now you're taking a bath," Liu Erlong stated joyfully as she removed his ragged clothes. His face was flushed, and he pleaded with her to stop.

But when she saw the whips and bruises on his tiny body, she was taken aback. Her eyes turned lethal as an intense killing intent exploded from her. Qian Feng shook from her rage, but Liu Erlong soon calmed her rage with a smile and cleaned the filth from his body without causing him pain. 

'What did this kid experience out there If I find out the one who harmed my son I will kill that bastard in every cruel way possible' thought Liu Erlong as she dried him with a warm towel. 

"Let's go out to your treatment," Liu Erlong remarked softly after clothing him in the inn's worker son's outfit because she couldn't afford to buy new clothes for him at that moment. 

After concluding the Healing Spirit Master's treatment, both went out in a carriage for Blue Tyrant Academy. 

Qian Feng, who was forced to sit on her lap, turned his head to stare at her face and said, "I am sorry for hurting you and the money that I stole, I will return it to you." 

"Don't worry about it, and I'm adopting you as my son Qian Feng," Liu Erlong spoke directly to him, as he was taken aback by her words.

"Why? I am a thief, and you don't know anything about my background; how can you make such a decision?" Qing Feng asked with a puzzled look.

"I don't know, I just felt like you could be a wonderful son for me, and about your history or story, I don't care because I trust my guts," Liu Erlong remarked with a grin. 

"I...I.." 

"Take your time, I'm not forcing you," she whispered, cuddling him with her arms and placing her chin on his head as he nodded his head and clenched his fist.

As the carriage reached the Blue Tyrant Academy, Qian Feng's eyes looked around with curious looks but he didn't feel amazing looking at the architecture of the Academy as normal orphans could be mesmerized and this was all seen by Liu Erlong.

"Ok, why don't we go inside Qian Feng?" said Liu Erlong as he nodded his head. The workers and teachers were whispering about their dean suddenly coming with a child but Liu Erlong didn't care about them and took him to the dining room of her. 

With a cheerful expression on her face, Liu Erlong was feeding Qing Feng meals at the table in her residence at the Bule Tyrant Academy. 

"Ara, don't be shy, eat as much as you want," Liu Erlong remarked, laughing at his hot face. 

"I can eat myself," Qian Feng replied, but Liu Erlong ignored him and continued to feed him. 

After dining, he felt more comfortable with her, they talked and laughed a lot. Liu Erlong was also glad that after years of loneliness, she felt happy in her heart, and her urge to adopt him grew to the point where she couldn't wait to hear him call her mommy. 

Liu Erlong who was wearing nightwear slept next to Qing Feng in bed at night, snuggling his face against her breasts. Qing Feng had a disturbed countenance at her closeness. 

"Can I sleep on my own?" Qing Feng inquired.

"Ara, you are cute when you are blushing haha," Liu Erlong laughed as she caressed his cheek. 

"May I ask you a question?" 

"Oh? Sure," Liu Erlong replied, suddenly feeling anxious about his question. 

"Will you leave me if my Innate spirit power is very low?" said Qian Feng with a disturbed face. Liu Erlong had not anticipated him to ask this type of question, and she could recall what he had experienced, such as how her lover had poor Innate spirit power that discriminated against him. She moved his head slowly towards her with a lovely smile that no one had ever given him. 

"I will always be with you no matter what, and I promise you I will take care of you with my heart," Liu Erlong whispered gently as Qian Feng's eyes welled up with tears and he hugged her tightly. 

"Are you not lying to me?" he asked again, this time in her embrace. 

"Yeah, I promise you in my name so can I be your mother," Liu Erlong stated, waiting for his response. He smiled as he stared at her. 

"Yes, I accept you as my mother, and I will never disappoint you, even with this low Innate spirit power, I will bring you pride...m...mommy," Qing Feng murmured, a little embarrassed by calling her mommy. 

"Kya~ it feels good when you call me mommy and...I am happy my dear son," Liu Erlong remarked as she hugged his head, happy tears in her eyes.

'Finally, I am a mother, and I will dedicate my life to his happiness,' Liu Erlong thought as they slept, holding one other, a new bond emerging.
