in the middle of nowhere in between the dimension a lady and a little girl with unique galaxy hair, fox ears, and a tail.

the girl looking at the glowing globe in front of her with a sad face.

the lady, her mother patted her head and said "it's ok he had a good heart, so don't worry, he won't be angry"

lifting her eyes from the girl she look at the glob for a moment before snapping her finger and the darkness around turned white and the globe, or the soul to be specific, took a human shape with no characteristics (face, ears..)

the moment he takes shape he looks around finding the girl and her mother.

after a moment of silence, he look at the lady and said "I don't know what happened but from what I remember I was trying to save the little girl beside you, please don't tell me I didn't make it in time"

the girl flinches and hides behind her mother murmuring "sorry"

the lady just chuckles "no, you made it in time, but she didn't need saving, I am more surprise that you saw her with your mortal eyes."

the soul just got confused " saw her? sigh... can you explain to me in more detail, please?" seeing that he was calm after all this.

the girl looks at him for a moment before stopping hidden behind her mother and bowing "sorry for causing your death, and thank you for helping me."

the lady just start to noded and said with a smile " yup, as excepted, kind, forgiving, add to how you could see my daughter. I was right you hold a close link to nature " not understanding what she mean the soul ask "excuse me?"

the lady just continued" I am talking about your past life. when you help my daughter and died, your soul supposes to enter the wheel of reborn. but you end up here in "The between", a place between the dimension and world, and very few could survive here, and not about strength, but more about the uniqueness of the being itself"

the soul looks around " if understand well, this place supposed to be some kind of abyss? so how that related to me close to nature?"

the lady just smiles" nature is more than forests, mountains, and seas. nature is more than just part of the floating rock in space, its principal and definition are more than you can imagine." the soul just keeps silent trying to understand the meaning behind her world.

what he dident notice is, the moment he starts to try to understand this world the energy around him started to jumble, surprising the duo watching.

the girl looked at her mother "mom, is that!?" the lady just nodded and look serious for a moment before smiling and looking into the far unknown space and smiling "fate is really interesting".

looking back at the soul that she meets unexpectedly 'let's give him his chance and see where he gets'

after a while, the soul starts to get back to his thought "I see ..."

he look at the lady and said "so what happened to me now?"

the lady just keeps observing him for a while " how do you feel about living a second life? let's see, how about soul land?" the soul flinches for a second then with hardly canceled excitement "wish generation? the soul nodded "all good, but you never told me your names, and way little sweety was not in danger?"

the lady looks at the girl" right, we never did. but.."

she looks back at the soul with mischief smile " that is something you should ask next time you meet us, but for now, you can address me as ancestor"

not giving him time to talk she start accumulating the energy around the soul to form a sphere, after a moment the sphere dispair leaving only the soul that starts to despair too.

the last thing she told him in a soft voice before he despair completely "I don't know how your new body will be, but I make it so you will wake up in a little base close to Shrek where supposed to be, good luke, and remember ' everything has value to have, deserve to fight for, and don't forget, Strong Will bring the impossible close to possible, and with the hard work noting fare from hands"

after the soul despair completely, the two of them despair too, and the place goes back to what it was before.
