2 Chapter 2
I'm currently walking down the street taking in the sites, since I've never been to New York in my past life.
Oh, and good news I'm not into guys YEAH!
"Pff" I turn my head up to a light post, just to see a pigeon trying to contain its laughter.
And the moment 'it' sees me 'it freezes and lets out a "caw? "
"Pigeons don't caw!" I said exasperated
'It' says "ups" and then poofs away like a damn shadow clone.
'Oh god I never imagined I'll have Morgan Freeman as a stalker' I thought
Moving on, I was able to go through my memories better over the course of this week, the world is pretty calm right now well calm for DC at least, the justice league taking down their villains, sometimes together or in their own cities with their sidekicks. The Joker broke out again which pises me of. Other than that nothing major is happening which surprises me since I thought the butterfly effect would kick in by now.
I stopped 'Wait did I just jinx myself' I shake my head and keep walking.
Well, I also have a suspicion that Lex killed my parents here. Let me explain you see I overheard my parents one day talking about how Lex always wants to make(in their own words) shit to harm or potentially kill Superman, and how he always rants about how he is a threat to humanity and whatnot, which is true Injustice is proof of that but trying to kill him when he's done nothing wrong is stupid, because if he does a mistake and kills someone else like Superman's family then he will be the reason that turned Superman against humanity.
'Dumb-ass' I though
Oh yeah, I forgot, my job at Lexcorp (at least here in New York) is working in Research & Development, or R&D for short. I'm in the technology division you could say and like 2 days ago we started working on making armor for the military because of a contract, since Lex wants to 'suck up' to the military so the president listens to him more or something, oh and I'm pretty sure he is trying to groom me like he came over to New York and offered his condolences, and he also told me that I could go to him if ever need something, because its the least he could do. I think he just wants me to make him weapons for Superman or the League once Im experienced enough, which would also explain why I'm even permitted to work on stuff for the military.
As I was going deeper into my thoughts I hear a scream.
"SOMEONE HELP ME".
I glance to my right to pinpoint where it came from and see a dark alley.
'Of course, it's in a dark alley' I though
I check my surroundings for any cameras or people looking in my direction and since it's clear I nod to myself and walk down the alley, once I make a left turn I put my hood over my head, activate my camouflage, and start running up one of the buildings.
Once I'm on top of the building I hear another scream to the right and I sprinted to the location. When I arrive, I see 3 guys that are attempting to rap# a woman who they have pined against a garbage bin. Without wasting more time I fall down onto the bin, scaring everybody, I jump towards the one on the right, limiting my strength, I punch him in the temple knocking him out instantly, leg sweep the second one to my left, uppercut the stomach of the third one and then I finished off the second guy with a kick to the face.
After checking the woman for any injuries I started to walk away, and right when I was about to touch a wall.
"Wait is anyone there?" asked the woman I saved
*sigh*
I deactivate my camouflage with my back to her.
"Yes?" I ask
"Thank you for s-saving me" she said nervously
I nodded.
"Um, who are you?" she asked
"Im nobody" I grab a fire escape to make her think I'll use it "Oh and be a dear call the cops would you" I said before reactivating my camouflage again leaving the woman shocked.

*Running water*
"Yep that hits the spot"
While I took a shower I was also able to see the differences in my body after the bite while I was in there, like before I was 5'5(165.1cm)tall my body was healthy not athletic but still pretty good, but now I was 5'7(170.18cm)tall my body got more toned like I almost have the body that Mikasa from Attack on Titan has, almost so not as big but close.
I sit down on my couch with a towel still on my head after I dried my body and put on some black shorts and a white T-shirt, I then turn on my 60-inch tv (this thing is big and has a resolution of 8K, like Jesus)and started to watch Dragon ball z on Crunchyroll.
If you're wondering about the woman I saved, she's safe I stayed on the roof for like 30 minutes, to check if the cops got here and weren't corrupt, and after that, I just went into an alley a block from the hotel, and after saying hello to Becky(shes the receptionist) I went up to my floor.
"hahaha, that always gets me" It's the part where Goku falls over after discovering Vegeta marries Bulma.
I stop watching for a moment to think about the fight, I'm really glad I have the experience of those 3 Spidermen, or else I would have blown their heads off, I really owe them a lot and I wish I could repay them since I basically invaded their privacy since I saw stuff that wasn't in comics or tv shows, *cough* anyway it was pretty easy taking them down but if I want to save as many people as Peter, and also be as effective I'm going to need some gear first.
Why do I want to save People?
Well In my past life, I was lazy, I helped around the house and stuff but I never did my best In School or worked out the get healthy since I was fat, to be honest. And I also didn't help my friends when they were going through something bad In their life. Look I know it's not a good excuse but seeing that woman terrified just didn't sit well with me, maybe having the memories of 3 Spidermen changed my morals or something, I don't really believe that I have an obligation to be a hero to these people, since they can turn their back at me whenever they want. But Im a spider and that's what we do, so until that day comes I'm going to keep protecting them, and the first step to do that, is to get the materials and components that I need.
'and I know just where to get them' I thought while turning my head to the left looking at the 30-story building with a big L.
|3 MONTHS LATER|
Infiltrating a building owned by Lex wasn't going to be easy, so I had to prepare.
In the first month, I mostly did recon and I stole some stuff that they labeled as 'trash'. It may be trash for them but some of the things they threw out were as good if not better than the things back in my world(the year was 2023).
Since I couldn't take too much stuff, to not appear suspicious, I still managed to get enough for my web-shooters which I modified so they could shoot some spider-traces from the top part, I also put a tiny red light that is almost impossible to see for normal humans, that tells me when I'm about to run out of web-fluid.
I was also able to make enough web-fluid for 10 web cartridges of normal webbing, as well as 5 spider-traces that I still need to be programmed.
So that's why in my second month I learned not only to program but I also learned how to hack, and because of the added knowledge that I have I was able to bypass their firewall pretty easily, I even played around with their money and they didn't even notice. I don't think I can hack the Bat computer or anything close to that level but I think I could in another month or two.
As for my third month, I went out patrolling around my area which is by times square, almost nothing really happens in this part of the city, the only major crime that happened was that of a drunk driver that almost ran over a kid.

I was practicing parkour on some rooftops when all of a sudden I hear a.
*SCREEEEECH*
I stop what Im doing and immediately went toward the sound, as soon as I get there I see a Dodge Challenger doing zigzag maneuvers all over the street with cops chasing him, but the worst part is that there was a little boy that fell over when he was running with his parents to get out of the way, I watched as his parents ran back for him but they weren't going to make it in time.
So jumped from the rooftop I was on, and then brought my right hand down on the front of the car at an angle that will flip it *smash* while it was in the air I jumped towards it, and caught it, and then when I landed, I immediately started shaking the car to get the driver out, as soon as he landed I dropped the car so close to him, that one of the tires almost crushed his head. I got so mad that I deactivated my camouflage, luckily I prepared for this since I had a black balaclava under my hood, either way, I kicked his nose after that, and I'm pretty sure I broke it but I didn't care.
Then I Looked up and noticed that people were staring at me.
'Well time to go' I thought while starting to jog.
But before I went Invisible again.
"Wait" a voice called out to me.
So I stopped and turned around and saw the father of the kid approach me.
"Thank you for saving us I-I know that if it wasn't for you, me and my wife wouldn't be able to see our son grow up so thank you" he said to me with tears in his eyes.
"No need to thank me sir, I'm just happy that nobody got hurt" I said back with an eye smile.
"Hey you hands in the air" said a cop while pointing a gun at me
"Got to go take care of that kid alright" I say while jumping away
"Hey"
I turn Invisible and vanish in to the city.

I that's what I've been doing for the last 3 months.
Oh I also had a hair cut, so I look more like Gwen from the movie now.
I turn off the tv after watching another episode, and then I go to my room to suit up some what, the reason I'm suiting up is because a new shipment arrived yesterday that had different materials and stuff like Kevlar, titanium, and a few new computers that I could use.
I can buy the chemicals for the web-fluid so I'm ok in that department.
My outfit Is basically a black leather jacket, with a black hoodie underneath, black skinny jeans, black sneakers, a black balaclava so nobody sees my hair, black cap, a pair of brown colored contacts and some goggles like the ones Peter uses In Spiderman: Homecoming. Oh and my gadgets of course.
After I put everything on I turn invisible and get on the roof.
'Ok Gwen Deep breaths'
*Inhale*
*Exhale*
*Inhale*
*Exhale*
I jump of the roof and as I fall towards the ground I just get this rush that I just cant describe, after accouple of seconds that feel like hours I saw the ground getting closer and I shot.
*Thwip*
"YEAAAAHHHH" I scream as swung across the city just feeling the moment, the air, the rush of it all, it was awesome. After swinging for a few more minutes I stop at the side of the building that was the closest.
"Lets see what kind of dirt I can get on you while I'm here" I said jumping off
