2 Chapter 2
When I woke I seem to be in an alleyway in Orario inside the body of a 10-year-old child, I look around to see nothing in particular just some rats and trashcans, I then inspected my body, as I was inspecting my body I see some various bruises and black spots all over my body it seems the child was beaten to death, I looked through the memory of the child and saw what happened before I transmigrated In this child's body; he was beaten to death because he stole some bread from a vendor.
I Then suddenly stood up and instantly I heard a 'Ding' sound. I Then looked right in front of me and saw a game panel. The color of it was blue with a silver outline and it has some letters which are written In English and it says.
"Welcome, Elijah Sato to the world of danmachi, where Gods, Demi-humans, Elves, Dwarves Etc. exist I am the Template system here to help you survive and thrive in the world where you'll die unexpectedly, so let's start by picking a template." As soon as I finished reading it, the panel changed.

After inspecting all of it, I pressed the plus signs, and it shows names ranging from famous names like Gold D. Rogers, Ichigo Kurosaki, Yami Sukehiro Etc.
After reading all of it I chose fairy tail and picked Natsu Dragneel for the Abilities. I always liked his Fire dragon slayer magic. It's so destructive it can level up mountains with just a roar, I then picked
"Host Picked Natsu Dragneel from fairy tail starting assimilation", I suddenly felt a sting inside my body it only hurt a little but it still hurts so I sat down, after 3 minutes of constant stinging pain it finally resides, standing up I felt stronger and I felt something inside me it must be mana, I was engrossed in the system I didn't felt the mana in me but it became hotter maybe it's because I got stronger.
I suddenly want to try my new abilities, but it's probably not a good idea to do it here since this alleyway is cramped. After calming down my excitement, I summoned my system and inspected it.

After seeing the Beginner package I quickly opened it and it contains a Spear, 5 thousand Valis, A set of clothes and a chest plate with a letter attached to it which says "Hello there my child I have given you this beginners package as a good luck gift, And also that spear and chest plate is special since it can change its shapes and sizes too easily matched by your stature.
Goodbye and have fun, my child
A small smile appeared on my face, and I summoned the spear and inspected it.

It was a beautiful spear with an outstanding pattern on the spearhead.
Spear name: Gungnir
Abilities:
Target Locked ( when the user locks a target and throws Gungnir it won't stop till the spear hits the target)
Indestructible (self-explanatory for it is built with all the steel imaginable from Mythril to Orichalcum)
Size shifter (Can change its size to match the user)
Magic circuits (Can let the user flow their mana into the Gungnir improved its capabilities)
Growth type ( It matches the Growth speed of the user the stronger the user becomes the stronger Gungnir's Capabilities)

And after that, I inspected the clothes and the chest plate given to me the clothing is normal medieval travelers clothes which is a perfect fit for me.

And then the Chest plate, which is made from leather with a steel shoulder guard and two armguards as, well neat.

Growth type (It matches the Growth speed of the user. The stronger the user, becomes the stronger the armors' capabilities)

After that, I put my chest plate and Gungnir inside the inventory and wore the traveler's clothing. I was satisfied with what I had. Walking out of the alleyway, I saw a group of people gathering and murmuring about something.
"Hey have you heard the Zeus familia and the Hera familia have failed on defeating the black One-eyed dragon and got annihilated?" Man 1
"No way!?? the top two familia's got annihilated," woman 1 says in distraught, not believing a thing but alas, the news is confirmed so she can only stay quiet.
"Hmmm, so by default the Freya and Loki familia will take the top 2 spots in Orario," An elderly man says
everyone was silently nodding in agreement
While everyone was having a conversation, Elijah was buying some supplies with his 5 thousand Valis thought it was weird that a 10-year-old child has a sum amount of money. The vendors never really have any thought about it, since money is money.
After buying enough supplies for two weeks, a tent and a sleeping bag, he put all of them inside of his inventory without being seen. Left with four thousand two hundred valis, he went outside of Orario.
Sneaking his way out, into a forest outside of Orario to test his new abilities, While walking inside the forest he stumbled into a lake.

The lake felt magical with fish, swimming birds flying and there is a small waterfall on the other side of the lake. Taking camp in the said place, Elijah Set up his tent and started using his abilities.
"Let's start" Elijah took a deep breath and then (Fire Dragon's Roar) A magic circle appeared in front of his mouth and Fire came out of Elijah's mouth though it is small it was enough to engulf a Rock or boulder about the size of a ten-year-old child or 138 cm And the length of the attack is roughly 6 meter far.
Elijah continued this routine with 3 of his abilities the Fire Dragon's Roar, Fire Dragon's Claw, and Fire Dragon's Iron Fist until sunset, he aimed to master his control over these abilities, and along the way, he sometimes increases the output of his firepower and control over it.
After eating he planned to continue this routine until he mastered the 3 abilities he picked, even though he has a limited amount of supplies he can always restock after two weeks until he has no more valis, he can always catch some fish inside the lake.

This went on for 3 months until one day while buying some supplies he suddenly bumps into a woman at the end of the street, she has long walnut brown hair that is gathered together behind her head in a dignified manner, along with deep indigo eyes that are reminiscent of a sea of stars. She wears a simple kirtle and a long skirt.

while I was rubbing my head I let out a grunt, I was thrown a couple of feet away cause of how small I am, I glanced at the person who bumped into me and widened my eyes in surprise, and muttered underneath my breath "Goddess Astrea".

Yay 1k read on this fanfic I want to say thanks to everyone I want to clear a few things here the reason I chose Natsu is because it was recommended by a friend of mine, she was the one who helped on this one hahaha, so sorry to disappoint you, maybe in the future ill make a poll.
I'm still inexperienced in writing a fanfic so I asked my friend if she can review it before I upload any chapter but this chapter is an exception since I forgot to send it to her currently my time writing this is 2:33 a.m.
Today I have a lot of free time since starting from 8 am to 4 pm the city where I live will have no electricity because of maintenance
So I have time to write the next chapter
