Chapter 8

*ROAR!!!*

The three heads of Cerberus all roared out at the same time to acknowledge the command Lucas gave before charging at Madara with its huge body.

'System, show me Cerberus's Status.'

"Shadow clone."

*PUFF!!*

Madara created five Shadow clones of himself after asking the system to show him the status of Cerberus. The clones nodded their heads after they appeared and each went to fight Hanson and his group while the real Madara run away with Cerberus chasing him.

Madara thought when he saw the status of Cerberus. He continued running until he got to an open field with no one around before he stopped and face Cerberus.

*GROWL!!*

Cerberus also stopped and growled when he saw that Madara was not running anymore.

"Wood Style: Wood Human."

Madara after forming the required hand seals created an enormous statue-like creature out of wood. This humanoid creature with a full body and an oni-like face with a wooden dragon wrapped around its torso.

"Wood Style: Exploding Wood Dragons."

"Release."

*BOOM!!!*

Madara created a dozen wood dragons and sent them at Cerberus who also charged at the wooden dragons but Madara exploded the wooden dragons when they came in contact with Cerberus.

*ROAR!!*

Cerberus roared out in pain as he was bombarded with multiple exploding wooden dragons one after the other until he was covered in blood and wounds.

"Wood Style: Wood binding."

Madara binded Cerberus with wood style after it was weakened by his exploding wooden dragon technique early.

"Now all I have to do is wait for the bindings to drain him out of its mana or until my clone kills the summoner."

Madara said with disappointment because he was expecting a good battle but it ended the moment it started.

"Huh?!..."

While was waiting for Cerberus to run out of mana he saw that his wounds were regenerating and at an abnormal speed at that.

*ROAR!!*

*FWOOSH!!*

Cerberus let out an angry roar before it breathed a torrent of black flame at Madara at an extremely fast speed. Madara who saw the attack barely managed to dodge if it wasn't for his Sharingan.

"Damn, that almost got me."

Madara cursed out after he managed to dodge Cerberus's attack.

*CRACK!!*

Cerberus broke through the woods binding him after all his wounds were closed up and charged at Madara which caused the ground to break with every step that it took.

Madara seeing the charging Cerberus manipulated the wooden dragon around the humanoid avatar to wrap around Cerberus before the avatar punched the left head of Cerberus.

*BANG!!*

*CRACK!*

The punch sent Cerberus flying a few meters back before it hit the ground and created a massive crater.

*BOOM!!*

Cerberus who was on the ground released its magic pressure causing the ground and trees to start shaking as he got up from the crater and then gave out a loud roar in anger.

*ROAR!!*

After it was done roaring Cerberus began charging up for a big attack. It opened its mouths and gathered its hell flames into a sphere and charged the with a large amount of magic power before swallowing them and fired it at Madara in the form of thick laser beams.

*SWOOSH!*

The attack was so fast that it appeared in front of Madara the moment Cerberus fired it from his mouth. Madara's instinctively activated Mangekyou Sharingan and used Susanoo. The Susanoo covered both Madara and the wooden avatar in it.

*BOOM!!!*

Cerberus's attack exploded the moment it came into contact with Madara's Susanoo and the force from the explosion sent Madara hundreds of meters into the forest and crashed into a mountain.

*BANG!!*

The impact cause a storm of dust to cover the area where Madara crashed into but if you look carefully you can see that half of Madara's Susanoo was ripped off and Madara also had blood on the left side of his face.

*ROAR!!*

Cerberus roared in victory when it saw the shape Madara was in.

"Damn, that attack is the same as Kurama's tailed beast bomb."

Madara didn't expect that Cerberus would use such an attack and almost killed him with it if it wasn't for his quick reaction.

"Seems like I have to get serious with you."

"Sage Mode."

Madara activated his sage mode which made black marks appear underneath his eyes and on his forehead just like Hashirama's sage mode.

"Sage Art: Storm Release: Laser Circus."

First, a halo of bright energy spreads around Madara's hands as this technique is activated, then it encircles his hand and from that, several beams are shot out towards Cerberus. Madara altered the beam's direction in mid-air after being shot, making them all strike the vital points of Cerberus.

*ROAR!!*

Cerberus roared out in pain as the laser beams tore through its skin like it was made of wet paper. It fell to the ground after the rain of lasers ended with multiple holes in his body.

"Now to finish you off."

"Sage Art: Grecious Deity Gates."

Madara manifested eight massive red torii that fall down from above, in order to pin each of Cerberus's limbs and tail between the gate and the ground. The size and form of these torii, which boast an absolute binding force, matches Cerberus in which it is used against. Not only is Cerberus arrested and unable to move even a finger, but the torii also blocks it's will of opposing the technique and is thus rendered it completely docile.
