Every bone and muscle tissue and even the soul in Madara's body was being destroyed and reconstructed multiple times which caused Madara an unimaginable level of pain.

*CRACK!*

"AAAAAAGGGHHH!!!*

Cracks appeared on his body as blood flows out of it. Madara screamed for the last time before he passed out because he was able to handle the amount of pain anymore.

The evolution of Madara's body went on for a couple of minutes before his body started going through its final transformation. Madara's body was enveloped in a cocoon of his own blood and he started growing from his twelve years old self until he was about eighteen years when it stopped growing.

His dark black hair also grew from his back down to his waist then it started changing from black to pure white.

While the fusion was going on, Madara was the only one evolving because the ten tails in him was also going through an evolution and it was the one who was most affected by the fusion because most of Shibai's chakra came from the chakra fruits that he ate to evolve into godhood.

The ten tail went through many transformations starting from its tree form to its humanoid and finally, it took the form of a giant mass of chakra and waited for Madara to come and decide what its true form will be.

Meanwhile, back to the real world. Madara's transformation was finally completed and the cocoon of blood dispersed onto the bed soaking it but the fusion was not done. Madara was only fifty percent through the fusion as the earlier transformation was to evolve his body to a degree where it can accept and contain Madara's new race/bloodline.

The remaining process was for Madara to acquire the abilities and power of Shibai Otsutsuki and this process caused Madara's chakra to overflow and started leaking but luckily for the world, Madara predicted this kind of thing happening so when he sealed off the room he also added seals to block out his chakra from leaking into the outside world but even those powerful seals were not able to totally block out Madara dense chakra because with a percentage that passes by Madara's chakra value increases exponentially.

This caused a fraction of his chakra to leak out before the system created a barrier capable of withstanding Madara's chakra but it was already too late as that fraction of chakra caused a being that no one in the black clover world existed to awaken from his long slumber.

In a separate dimension in the black clover world, a huge dungeon could be seen floating in the large expense of the dimension. In the core area of the dungeon where the treasury should be was a huge throne room filled with treasures of all kinds but that was the important part of the room because sitting on the throne was a person.

The person appears to be a slim man with long flowing hair reaching his lower back and he was wearing white robes. He had horns and his horns curved upward like a crown above his head. He had his right hand resting on the right armrest of the chair and his head was on his hand. He also had his eye closed, well that was until he felt the tiny bit of energy that escaped Madara's barrier.

The man opened his reveal that in his right eye was a Rinnegan and in his left eye there was a Byakugan.

"I can feel it, even though it's a little weaker than it was when we ascended to godhood that's definitely Shibai's chakra signature."

The man's emotionless voice sounded in the room and then for the first time in centuries, he changed his sitting position and sat straight on the throne.

"It's been ten thousand years(10,000) since you imprisoned me in this world never to go outside it but that will be coming to an end soon, finally are descendant of yours has stepped foot into this world and they will be my stepping stone in getting my revenge. You just wait for me, Shibai."

The man's voice grew sinister every time he mentions Shibai's name in his words while looking in the direction he felt that chakra from with his Rinnegan and he was able to see the entire village where Madara was even though he was in a separate dimension but he couldn't see Madara because of the barrier the system created.

"Even though I can't see them, they will definitely come to me. After all, we are family but for that to happen I have to leave this dimension of mine."

The man closed his eyes after he was done speaking and opened an eye on his forehead which was a red Rinne Sharingan.

The Rinne Sharingan glowed for a spilt second and the huge dungeon in the separate dimension disappeared.

[Clover Kingdom]

Somewhere in a secluded area of the common realm in the clover kingdom, the huge dungeon that was in the separate dimension a second ago appeared out of tiny air which caused the area to shake like it was stroke by a meteorite.

"Now all I have to do is just wait for that descendant of Shibai to come here."

The sinister voice of the horned man sounded in the dungeon before everything went quiet.

Meanwhile, Madara who passed out because of the excessive amount of he was feeling woke up laying on the ground in a very dark realm with a little bit of light lighting the place.

"Huh! Where are my?"

Madara got up from the ground and asked himself after looking around the surrounding and couldn't recognize the place he was.

"Don't tell me that I'm dead from the fusion? No that can't be, even though the pain was unimaginable I could still endure it so I might have passed out and came here."

Madara came to a conclusion after thinking about how he appeared here if he didn't die and after sauntering around the place the for a while he came to a conclusion but then a deep and emotionless voice sounded in the dark realm.

"You got that right, kid."

"Who was that?!"

Madara quickly turn around to see if the one who spoke was behind him but he saw no one there. He activated his Sharingan and looked around the realm but found no one, he activated his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan but still couldn't find anything and finally he activated his Rinnegan when he was finally able to see traces of chakra that were travelling around the realm at an incredible speed that he was barely able to keep track of.

"Who or what the hell is that?"

Madara asked himself in disbelief because this was his first time encountering something that made him activate his Rinnegan other than a battle with himself and on top of that he was able to keep track of the person even with his Rinnegan activated.

"The Rinnegan, huh! So you are a member of my clan."

Madara heard the person speak again but this time it was more than just hearing his voice but also seeing him because the person appeared before Madara right after he was done speaking.

The person was a slim man with long flowing hair reaching his lower back and wore black, tattered robes. His horns curved upward like a crown above his head. He had a Byakugan in his right eye and a Rinnegan which opened vertically on his forehead.

"Who are you?"

'His appearance and how he knew about the Rinnegan tells me he is an Otsutsuki for sure.'
