Chapter 13

"Lady, I welcome you to saussy village."

Madara turned around and said out in a grandiose manner. The girls except for Cynthia had stars in their eyes as they look at the village and the people walking around.

"This is my first time coming to another village other than our own."

Astrea said and the other girls nodded their heads because it was true none of them apart from Cynthia had gone outside of the village before.

"Well you girls should find a place to stay, I go get supplies and Astrea, you should take this time to say your goodbyes because you aren't going to see them again. At least not often. Anyway, I'm off."

Madara disappeared from the group right after he was done saying that leaving behind Astrea and the other girls who were looking at her with confused gazes.

"What did Madara mean by saying your goodbyes to us, Lady Astrea."

One of the three girls asked while looking at Astrea. The other two also had the same thought and were also looking at her.

"We need to find a place first, I will explain after that."

Cynthia responded instead of Astrea when she saw that Astrea didn't know how to tell them. The girls nodded their heads in understanding and left to look for a place.

Back to Madara. You could currently see Madara standing on top of the highest building in the village and he had his eyes closed but his senses were unleashed and it had enveloped the entire village in a cocoon.

"Hmm! Where is that damn stone."

Madara said to himself in frustration as he wasn't able to find what he was looking for.

What Madara was looking for is actually the magic stone in the village. He continued looking for it until he sensed the faint mana signal from the house of the chief of the village.

"Aah! There it is."

Madara said to himself when he found the stone and disappeared from the building he was standing on and appeared in the room where the stone was.

"There is nothing special about this stone."

Madara took the stone and examine it with his Mangekyou Sharingan but he found nothing special about it except for the small Mana traces in them. Madara took out a normal stone from his pocket and placed the magic stone in his inventory, he then infused the normal stone with a tiny bit of his chakra before transforming it into an exact copy of the magic stone and place it at where he took it before leaving the room.

Madara appeared in the forest outside saussy village with his Katana in hand.

"I have run out so boar meat and this place is infested with those stupid creatures."

Madara began walking deeper into the forest I'm hopes of meeting some magic boars to hunt them.

It's been a few minutes since Madara went boar hunting and we could currently see him in the middle of the forest and in front of him is a pile of dead boars. There were about four to five of them.

"This should be enough to last us a few weeks of boar's meat."

Madara stored all the dead boars in his inventory and disappeared from the forest. He appeared at the entrance of the village where he saw that all the girls were gathered there and they seem to be waiting for him. There was another person standing there with them.

The person was an old man with short grey hair and a small grey mustache and goatee.

Madara recognized the old man the moment he laid eyes on him. He is Seihi, the Chief of Saussy village.

"There you are, Madara. Come and let me introduce you to the Chief of the village."

Madara moved towards where the girls were and Cynthia called out his name when she saw him coming.

"Village Chief. This is Madara, the boy I told you about and Madara this is the chief of the village, Seihi."

Cynthia introduced Madara to Seihi when Madara got to them and introduced Saihi to Madara.

"You are so young yet you still fought to save these girls, that makes you a real man for your age."

Seihi placed his hand on Madara's shoulder and said with a gentle smile on his face.

"Thanks, Sir... Have you guys found a place to live?"

Madara nodded his head to Seihi's words before looking at Cynthia and asking if they had found a place to live.

"Yes, we have found a place with the help of the village chief. You can come and see the place if you are not in a hurry to leave."

Cynthia answered Madara's question and invited him to come to see the house if he was not in a hurry to leave. Madara nodded his head and followed them to where the house is while Saihi left the group and went to do his own thing.

They arrived in front of the house. The house looks like any normal house that can contain the four girls. Cynthia opened the door and they all went in one after the other. Madara toured the house with the help of Cynthia while the other girls prepared lunch.

"Well, thanks for the food but we have to get going. Astrea, I will be waiting for you outside."

Madara got up from the table after he was done eating and left the house right after he said those words.

Madara waited a few minutes at the door when it suddenly opened and Astrea walked out, following her were the other girls who looked at Madara with a very serious expressions.

"Take good care of our young lady. If anything bad happens to her you will answer to us, got it."

They all called out their grimoires when they said those words making their seriousness on the matter very clear to Madara who nodded his head.

"And you Lady Astrea, make sure to take very good care of yourself. We wish that you find what you seek in the outside world."

The girls turned their attention to Astrea after they were done with Madara and said to her even though they were sad about her departure.

"Thank you all for supporting me and I will take good care of myself."

Astrea said to them with a warm and gentle smile and hugged them.

Madara looked at them from the sidelines without saying anything to interrupt them until they were done with their farewells.

"We can go now, Madara."

Astrea said to Madara after she separated herself from the group hug. Madara nodded his head and said his goodbyes to Cynthia and the girls before taking hold of Astrea and disappeared from the village.

Madara and Astrea appeared in the middle of some forest in the forsaken realm. Astrea quickly run up to a tree nearby and vomited all the food she consumed earlier.

"What was that?!"

Astrea asked Madara with her face a little flushed from the experience of instant teleportation.

"I teleported us here, anyway that isn't important. You may be strong for someone your age but if you want to follow me then you need to be even more stronger than that so from today onwards I will be training you and your first training is to kill those beasts."

Madara explained his reason for bringing her into the forest and pointed behind her.

"...?!"

Astrea wipe her lips with a napkin and turned around only to see a pack of large wolves with lightning around them standing behind her.

"Those are Thunder wolves."
