24 Night Attack: Surprise?

Roar... Boom...

Both pressures were intense as they cracked the ground layer, and their battle turned into a pressure battle.

He received no injury or damage from the fight with the two-star mid-level variant orc thanks to Zion's Celtic shield self-protection, and the pressure was slightly lifted on him because he was thoroughly protected by the barrier.

Zion dashed towards the variant orc, ignoring the pressure it was releasing and countering it with its own, filling a 10-meter radius area with cracks, and the swords, tents, and dead bodies were also sinking to the ground, as if hammered many times by the pressure.

Roar... The variant orcs saw Zion dash towards him with incredible speed, but this did not frighten him; instead, he gripped his long saber and roared loudly, claiming that Zion was weaker in strength than him. He was confident in his abilities because no one could beat him except the orc leader, who was both strong and a warlock.

The Orc variant in front of Zion develops only brute strength, with muscles that are larger than the other variants, more stamina, and iron-like skin.

The variant orc slashed his long saber with great force at Zion, who was running towards him.

As he felt the threat of the blade force approaching him, "Fuck" Zion finally drew his second blade heart and injected its  mana  into it before crossing it to his chest to add another defense against the attack.

Boom…

As the attack directly hit Zion, stone, dirt, and dust flew in every direction. The variant orc didn't pass up the opportunity to rush toward the smoke dust because he still believed Zion wouldn't die from a single hit from him.

Even though the variant orc's mind was only that of a ten-year-old child, it was enough, combined with his instincts, to determine whether his attack was powerful enough to kill his opponent.

As a variant orc warrior who spends his life in the forest fighting other monsters for food and survival, it is etched into his core and instinct to be more vigilant and directly go for the kill.

Roar… The orc entered the dust of smoke, which disrupted his vision, but he didn't let down his guard as he moved, gripping his saber tightly.

While Zion used his illusion to disguise himself as smoke, he didn't take much damage because he blocked that powerful force of attack. From the smoke of dust, he observed the variant orc's actions as he waited for the right moment to surprise attack the variant orc.

Sad to say, he didn't fare well in a direct confrontation with the bastard variant.

He was unable to seriously injure the orc despite using vibration, a Celtic shield, and illusion to disrupt his vision, as it was a veteran warrior and, unlike him, a noob from earth who was bathed in the peace of the world. He could already see the difference in battle experience between someone with years of experience and him with only a month or so.

Roar... The roar of the variant orc provoked Zion to fight as a warrior.

'Bastard, I'll make sure that's your last roar,' Zion muttered in his mind as he carefully examined the orc's movements with his monocle, allowing him to see through the dust smoke without being obstructed in any way.

That's when he noticed the orc's wide back as it lowered its head and picked up a dead soldier's arm.

From Zion's perspective, it appears that the variant orc expended too much energy in releasing that attack. Unaware of Zion's presence, the orc slightly relaxed his guard as he saw the fleshy arm and was attempting to reach by half kneeling, exposing his wide, big back and a cavity between the armors.

Zion moved slowly as he watched the orc eat the flesh and bones. He was disgusted by the orc's behavior and wanted to kill the orc because of his savagery in treating humans as toys and food.

Zmnnn… Zion's dagger began to vibrate as he prepared to launch his sneak attack against the orc, just as he had done with the previous one when he saved Baku from death.

He immediately stabbed the orc, and as he was about to release the pent-up energy vibrating to his dagger courage, he was forcefully punched two meters away by the variant orc, shattering his Celtic shield instantly.

"Pfft," he rolled on the ground in pain before coughing up some blood.

Boom…

Cough… Cough

Zion was startled by the orc's reflexes and instincts as it roared in pain. And tried to take out the dagger that had been stabbed in its back.

Roar…

"Darn, this is the most difficult fight I've ever had in this world," Zion exclaimed as he decided to use his illusion once more and leap at the orc's back to stab his dagger heart into the orc's neck, killing him.

Roar… The variant orc noticed this as he endured the pain in his back and prepared to fight Zion, swinging his saber upward to meet Zion, who was attempting to leap at him.

He was certain Zion would not be able to escape his faith while he was high in the air because he also lacks the ability to change the trajectory of his body in the air.

The sinister grin of the variant orc.

As he slashed Zion's body, slicing him apart and causing him to fall to the ground as a dead corpse...

PAK... Roooaaar

Roar….

As he roared loudly, he declared himself the champion of the fight, and even the last variant orc on the sidelines, who couldn't intervene in the fight because he was weak against Zion, roared loudly, congratulating its commander on killing the dumb human who tried to challenge their superiority.

Zmnnn…

That's when the variant orc felt the dagger on his back vibrate again, but this time it was stronger than before.

When he turned around, he saw Zion alive and well, with blood on his left eye and a black and white butterfly encircling its entire body.

When he looked at the corpse he had sliced, he saw it transform into the same black and white butterfly that dissipated the body in the air.

"Surprise?"

Roa…..

Booooom…
