While all this was happening, Lan Rou went to call her children. She had been thinking if it was correct to tell her children but then thinking about how devastated they would feel if she left without telling them anything, she realized it was better to tell them everything now.

Hearing this, both Lin Feng and Lan Xi were shocked as they hadn't expected the person they just met yesterday will now take care of them in the future. Hearing this, Long Chen smiled as he had already planned to stay here and now he could spend his time freely and read books. With this, he asked the question he wanted to ask.

Long Chen: "So, I wanted to ask if Princess Cang Yue's mother who has also surnamed Lan a part of your clan?"

Hearing this, Lan Rou had a shocked expression on her face which then turned melancholic and then sour. After a few minutes of thinking, she replies, "Yes, she was part of the clan and she was my sister."

Hearing this Long Chen smiled a little and said, "So you are the current Princess's aunt while these two are her cousins. So want to meet her once?"

Both Lan Xi and Lin Feng had a hopeful on their face as maybe this can help their mother Lan Rou had a pensive look on her face it was the first time she had seen a serious expression on his face. With this, she knew that the price she will have to pay will be very high.
