After they were done with the crossing exercise, in which the duo couldn't even move one-tenth of the total distance.

Long Chen now understood that his Sword Intent had gotten too much power and he would have to hunt a few Earth Profound Realm and Sky Profound Realm beasts to check his complete strength.

Heck, he even felt he would be able to fight those at Emperor Profound Realm, but only if they had a Basic Domain.

With this, he decided to wait for 2 months to get them to deal with their basics and then take them to Ten Thousand Mountain Range.

He would then leave them on the range and then go to the Phoenix Village to check up on a few things and then would allow Lan Xi to get the Phoenix Inheritance.

But all of this would happen after 8 months as he would have to strengthen them and then use Evil God's Fire Seed to make her feel a few things about fire.

He had also planned for Lin Feng to get the Dragon God's Legacy and then beat him up if he gets his arrogance too. He will make sure Lin Feng will get the complete inheritance even if he would have to blackmail the Dragon God with her daughter's condition.

Thinking of all this, Long Chen got out of his thought as currently, they were much away from even trying to challenge the legacy trials.

After giving them 15 minutes to rest, Long Chen ordered them to start practicing their aim using the bow and the arrows and throwing knives. They kept on doing this for 2 hours and then again were given a 15-minute break.

Then came his favorite part, he told them to pick up the spear and gauntlet and then fight him. To further increase the pressure on them, He took a book in one hand and started reading it while he used his other hand to give them the signal to fight him.

Seeing him like this, both of them got angry as they thought he was underestimating them a bit too much, and just as they were about to start. He told them to stop. he then took out a platinum coin and then hung it on his waist.

Long Chen: "You can see the Coin here. If you can take away the coin from me, you can then keep it and you cannot use archery and throwing knives. Rest in everything is possible."

Saying all this, Long Chen again started reading the book and then gave the signal to start.

2 hours later, both Lan Xi and Lin Feng were lying down on the ground panting heavily. Looking at them, Long Chen smiled as he got a free ticket to beat them up and he gave them the manual for throwing knives, archery, spear, and gauntlet. He also gave them a book he wrote on how to handle things, how to handle a weapon, etc.

After giving them the books, he left them to catch their breath and went to take food for everyone.

This was his training schedule for them and he had prevented them from cultivating every time and told them to meditate only for an hour and it should be before going to bed.

While rest of the time, they would practice the basic moves of spear and gauntlet and he thought them how they should manipulate the energy and then create energy arrows, bows, and throwing knives.

Due to their low cultivation, they couldn't maintain the energy for a long time but repeatedly exhausting the energy and then recovering helped them in making their basic foundation strong and their energy became denser.

This all was his method for the next 2 months and in the meantime, Long Chen also started learning about Talismans, Formations, runes, herbs, ores, Blacksmithing, and other things in the library.

In just 1 month, he had read all the books in the library because he had been abusing his extreme adaptability and extreme compression.

He had been adapting his body to his maximum comprehension state and which helped him increase his level of Extreme Comprehension by One Level.

With this, he was able to learn about all things easily and he got proficient in painting and calligraphy because of Talisman and Runes and in music and literature because of extra books about folks, poems, etc.

After the end of 1st month, he started to focus on Runes and Formation. This was because he didn't need anything to make formation except ink and paper.

15 days later, he didn't even need to use anything except energy to create any runes. He had also tried to merge runes with formation using Talismanic runes as a medium in between but it would need a strong metal to hold onto the pressure of the runes. So he decided to leave the integration and started creating the runes.

The first rune he created was a communication rune. It was pair of runes that could help in communication between two people.

He created this rune because he had promised Lan Rou that he would make sure she would be able to communicate with both Lan Xi and Lin Feng.

After the rune was done, he mixed it with Talisman and created a new Communication Talisman which could now add other people as well and it just worked like a calling Phone.

After he was done with the Communication talisman, he thought of creating a Teleportation talisman but he wasn't proficient in Space laws and then added the practice to laws in his To-do list.

He then created two types of gravity runes, one which could increase gravity continuously after a definite interval and another which could be manually operated.

He fixed the manually operating gravity rune into a talisman while using the continuously increasing rune on himself.

He adjusted it a few times and then found his best adaptability range where he wouldn't feel anything. After a few tries he found out that his body could adapt to 0.0001x gravity increase per minute and he wouldn't even feel anything and his strength would grow passively. 0.0001x in a minute meaning 0.006x in an hour and 0.144x in a day and then 52.56x gravity in a year.

And this multiple wouldn't only work with his present strength but also with his future strength as his base strength would keep on increasing and by the time the canon starts his base would be around 75x stronger than the normal base.

(If you all are confused, I will explain in simpler times. It's the same as the person giving a normal punch at 1x times gravity but it would be normal according to him and then a person giving a normal punch who would always be at 75x gravity and then giving a normal punch at 1x. If you all still can't understand, the others who understood, please explain to others.)

This was Long Chen's work after 2 months and his cultivation increased from the 1st Level of Spirit Profound Realm to the 4th Level of Spirit Profound Realm.

On the other hand, both Lan Xi and Lin Feng had also grown in these 2 months. Their cultivation had also increased from 2nd Level oF Nascent Profound Realm to ...
