1 Start In A New World

"Hubby, we are gonna bee together forever. So just keep loving me". Said a teenage beautiful girl. She had clear blue eyes like the sky and long beautiful blond, platinum hair . A face which could only fit an angel.

She was tightly hugging a boy of the same age who had golden hair which looked purer than gold and striking red eyes which could attracted anyone and a face which could attract any woman.

Although the boy did have some suspicion regarding her feelings, he never thought she would love him to such an extent. And I am that boy.

'Why did she suddenly hug me, isn't she supposed to be the heroine with her harem. I understand that all the male leads became a girl but why does she love me'. I am very confused.

If you wanna know how I came here than just listen to my story.

A few years ago

I am currently attending a birthday party of a little girl. I am alone in a corner because all most of the people here are kids. And for someone like me who is 19+6 year old, it is weird being friends with little kids.

Yes, I am a reincarnator. After I died when I was 19, I got my reborn still in the womb so at first I thought I was in some kind of void.

And like most protagonist I have a cheat. but it isn't a system but a library full of my life experience and even a book which I can use as diary.

I quickly realized that in this world woman rule society and men don't have a lot of rights.

Right now I am listening to the conversation of the kids here. They are talking about what they wanna become. Of course most girls here will probably inherit their family position.

But they are still kids who have dreams.

I heard answers like "I wanna be a knight" or "I want to be a mage" or "I wanna be an official". And yes, there is magic in this world but I don't wanna make it boring so I will talk about that later.

But then the birthday girl said something which shocked me.

"I wanna be a good person who helps others". Said the birthday girl.

And then It hit me. I am in a novel called {The flower among the beast} and the birthday girl is the heroine. The reason I suddenly realized that this is a novel is because this was the opening in the first chapter with her telling what she wanted to become.

The novel was a mix of action and romance with a female lead. It quickly became a hit. And it became so popular that they split the novel in 2 parts, With the second still going on when I died. They did this so they could make a game and a manga of the first part and were working on an anime.

'But in the novel woman weren't in power'. I thought confused.

'Since the crown prince who was a male lead is now the crown princess this is probably a yuri novel now'. I determined in my mind.

"Nico, what do you wanna become in the future". Said a cute young girl who is also the heroine.

"A knight". I said coldly, I didn't have any interest starting a friendship with a young girl and even less with the heroine. Although it could be very beneficial in the future it also comes with its down sides. Especially with the crazy now female leads.

"Really, then in the future you can protect me". She said smiling which made her look like an angel.

"No". I said and walked away like I didn't care which I don't but I am panicking.

I got reincarnated as the heroine's childhood friend. He was constantly in danger because he was a male who was close to the heroine which the crazy MLs didn't like.

He was very popular among the fan base for his looks and character and many speculated that he is a ML. If that is true I don't know because like I said the second part of the novel wasn't completed yet.

Although I can just stay away from the heroine and my problems should go away but I have a feeling it wont be that easy.

"HHmmh, why is it like this". I said sighing a bit too loud.

"Nico, did you say anything". Said the heroine. She is called Emma by the way.

"No, nothing". I said without much energy. I wasn't in the mood to be cold to her so I just went away to my nanny.

"Nanny, can we go home, I don't feel very good". I said to my nanny trying to look as sick as possible.

"Of course young master, lets go back". He said concerned.

"Than you, nanny". I said before we went to my carriage to go to my home. It wasn't very far so after about 1 hour we arrived.

My castle, well my parent's castle, was beautiful. And even though we weren't the richest nobles nor did we have the most beautiful castle. For someone like me it still looked majestic.

Having 2 tall towers, 1 for the main castle while the other 1 was standing at the side castle. It had several smaller towers and its roof was decorated with beautiful blue stones.

After being in awe of its beauty, I went inside my castle were I found my father reading a book on the couch

"Nico, why are you back so early". Said my father

"I didn't feel so good so I wanted go home". I said still playing sick.

"Are you alright son, do you need me to call the doctor". Said my father very worriedly.

"Thank you but I just wanna rest in my room". I said while already going to my room upstairs but stopped because I heard my mother.

"I heard Nico is sick". Said my mother who wildly opened the door. I can see my nanny behind her who is probably the person who told my mother. My mother is also the reason why I an Emma are friends, she and CEmma's mother are friends.

"Thank you for worrying mother but I am alright". I repeated what I said to my father.

"Okay, If you start feeling worse tell me". She said sighing of relief that I am fine.

Now I can finally go up to my room, which was quite simple with mostly books taking in the space, where I just lay on the bed thinking of my future.

And like that I fell asleep with good dreams. A dream of a life without any trouble. I dreamt of a life were I became a knight, had a good salary and a good pension.

(I know that pension is something newer but this is a different world.)

1 hour ago back at the party.

The party was still going on with the birthday girl at the center.

"Excuse me but could I please go away for a moment". Said Emma.

She then went around the party hall followed by a servant. She was clearly looking for someone.

"Did Nico go away? Hihihi, you can go for now but you will always be mine". She whispered under her breath looking a bit scary.

"Did you say something, miss". Said the servant next to her.

"No, nothing". She said smiling sweetly looking nothing like her scary before.

I just wanna make it clear that Emma and Nico already knew each other before this. Not very good but definitely contact.
